側を支点として揺動自在に支持し、かつ前記略U字形状
フレーム枠、掘込み部および止水堰シート用柱状収納体
に沿って全周が固定された止水堰シートを設け、浸水防
止時に前記略U字状フレーム枠を揺動させ止水堰シート
を展開した状態で前記略U字状フレーム枠を保持手段に
よって支持するようにしたことを特徴とする浸水防止
堰。
