Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 特に鉄鉱石とされた微粒化された金属鉱石の還元に用いるCOおよびH2 を含有する高温の還元ガスが、特に石炭とされたカーボン含有体を酸素供給下で ガス化することによりガス化領域内で生成され、続けて還元プロセスに適した還 元ガス温度まで冷却される、還元ガスを製造する方法において、 前記還元ガスは、ボーダード反応および異種水性ガス反応ならびにこれら反応 による還元ガスの加熱を回避するために、H2O及び/又はCO2を付加すること により、還元ガス温度において熱力学的にさらに安定した還元ガスへと変換され ることを特徴とする方法。 2. 還元プロセスに適した温度において還元ガスのボーダード反応および異種 水性ガス反応の平衡がほぼ得られるまで、H2O及び/又はCO2を付加すること を特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3. 還元ガスの冷却は、H2O及び/又はCO2を供給することにより行われる ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の方法。 4. H2Oの付加は、水蒸気を供給することにより行われることを特徴とする 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5. CO2の付加は、CO2含有ガスを供給することにより行われることを特徴 とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6. 還元プロセスにおいて反応した還元ガスが、還元ガス内に供給されること を特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 同種の冷却済み還元ガスが還元ガスに対して混合され、かつ、H2O及び /又はCO2が冷却済み還元ガスに付加されることを特徴とする請求項1から請 求項 4のいずれかに記載の方法。 8. 少なくとも一つの還元炉(8)およびガス化炉(10)を備えており、前 記還元炉は、金属鉱石用のコンベアダクト(7)と、該還元炉内へと走行する還 元ガスダクト(17)とを有しており、前記ガス化炉は、該ガス化炉内へと走行 するカーボン含有体用および酸素含有ガス用の複数の供給ダクト(11,12) と、該ガス化炉から出発する前記還元ガスダクト(17)とを有している請求項 1から請求項7のいずれかに記載された方法を実施するためのプラントにおいて 、CO2源および/またはH2O源が、前記還元ガスダクト(17)に対して流体 的に接続されていることを特徴とするプラント。 9. 前記還元炉(8)は、反応済み還元ガスを排出する頂部ガス排出ダクト( 6,30)を備えており、分岐ダクト(41)が、前記頂部ガス排出ダクトから 出発しているとともに前記還元ガスダクト(17)に対して流体的に接続されて いることを特徴とする請求項8記載のプラント。 10. 還元ガス再循環ダクト(28)が、前記還元ガスダクト(17)からス クラバ(26)およびコンプレッサ(27)を介して前記還元ガスダクト(17 )内へと再び走行し、 前記還元ガス再循環ダクト(28)の分岐点のガス流れ方向に見た際の上流位 置に、特に前記還元ガスダクト(17)に設けられた脱ダスト手段(25)の上 流位置に、CO2源および/またはH2O源が前記還元ガス再循環ダクト(28) と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載のプラント。
