ことには変わりがない。[0003] In view of the above, the present inventors, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, a pentagonal front sheet (31) having a heat-adhesive resin layer and a back sheet (32) are overlapped with the heat-adhesive resin layer facing each other, and the front sheet (31) and the back sheet (3) are overlapped.
The base of the spout (25) in which the cap (24) is integrally formed upside down at the tip of the spout (23) is sandwiched between the inclined sides (31a) and (32a) of (2), and the lower sides (31b) and ( 3
A pouch (34) in which the periphery except for 2b) is heat-sealed and the lower sides (31b) and (32b) of the unsealed portions serve as the content filling port (33) was also examined. According to this, the pouch (34) can be turned upside down and supplied to the filling machine for flat bags, and the contents can be filled into the pouch (34) from the contents filling port (33). (31c),
It is the same that wrinkles and the like occur in the heat seal portion between (32c) and the inclined sides (31a) and (32a) and in the vicinity thereof, which is poor in appearance and low in commercial value as a pouch. There is no.

下げる恐れがない。In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a vertically long sheet having a heat-fusible synthetic resin layer folded in the width direction with the heat-fusible synthetic resin layer inside. The front side sheet and the back side sheet are heat-sealed on the left and right sides of the front side sheet and the back side sheet, and a corner formed by the sealed side side and the fold is cut obliquely and inclined. A side is formed, and the base of the spout is sandwiched between the oblique sides of the front sheet and the backside sheet, and heat-sealed along the oblique side to attach the spout, and the lower side of the unsealed part is the content filling port. It is characterized by being done. According to this, since the heat-sealing is unnecessary for the folded fold, there is no generation of wrinkles or the like near the inclined side or near the fold which is heat-sealed with the pouring tool therebetween, and the appearance of such a portion is improved. Good, high commercial value, and low energy consumption required for heat sealing. The lower side of the unsealed sheet on the front sheet and the back sheet is used as a content filling port, and since there is no pouring tool near the opening, filling with a flat bag filling machine becomes possible. This eliminates the need to introduce a pouch, which can reduce the unit price of the pouch. Further, after filling the content from the content filling port, the content filling port may be heat-sealed, so that the heat-sealing of the content filling port does not deteriorate and there is no danger of lowering the commercial value.

Is formed with a male screw (5a), and an inner surface of the cap (6) is formed with a female screw (6a) screwed to the male screw (5a). The connecting portion between the cap (6) and the tip of the spout (5) has a groove (10) formed in an annular shape and is made thin.
By twisting the cap (6), the cap (6) and the spout (5) can be separated in the groove (10), and the cap (6) can be screwed to the spout (5) to close the lid. I can do it. The spout (5) is connected to the boat-shaped base (8), a flange (11) is formed on the upper surface of the boat-shaped base (8), and the inclined sides (4) of the front sheet (3) and the back sheet (4) are formed. 3c) and (4c) are easily sandwiched. The outer shape of the cap (6) is diamond-shaped so that it can be easily grasped. It is needless to say that the dispensing tool (7) is not limited to the one having the structure shown in FIG. 2, but may be one having a structure in which the cap is screwed into the spout from the beginning.

First, a vertically long rectangular sheet is folded in two in the width direction and overlapped to form a front sheet (3) and a back sheet (4) by the formed folds (2), and the front sheet (3) and the back sheet ( 4) left side (3a), (4a) and right side (3b),
(4b) is heat-sealed. Then, a corner formed by the sealed left side and the fold (2) is cut obliquely to form inclined sides (3c) and (4c). The vicinity of the inclined sides (3c) and (4c) of the front sheet (3) and the back sheet (4) is sucked by, for example, a suction cup (not shown), and the suction cup is moved outward to make the inclined side (3c), (4c) is opened, and a boat-shaped base (8) of a pouring tool (7) in which a cap (6) is integrally formed upside down is inserted into the tip of the pouring port (5) and sandwiched therebetween, for example, as shown in FIG. Thus, the heat seal bars (12), (1
According to 2), the boat-shaped base (8) is inclined side (3c),
Heat-sealing is performed along (4c), and the spouting tool (7) is attached. The pouch (1) manufactured in this way has a crease (2) at the upper side, and the heat sealing of such a portion is unnecessary, so that the pouch (1) is heat sealed with the pouring tool (7) interposed therebetween. There are no wrinkles or the like in the vicinity of the inclined sides (3c) and (4c) and in the vicinity of the fold (2), and the appearance of such a portion is good.

シワ等の発生ない製品を得ることができた。EXAMPLES Next, examples will be shown together with comparative examples, and will be described in more detail. (Example 1) A laminated film composed of a low-density polyethylene film having a thickness of 80 μm as an inner layer, an aluminum foil having a thickness of 9 μm as an intermediate layer, and a biaxially stretched polyamide having a thickness of 25 μm as an outer layer was formed into a sheet. When a pouch as shown in FIG. 1 was manufactured by heat sealing at 160 ° C. with a seal bar, no wrinkles or the like were generated near the inclined side and the fold near the heat sealing with the pouring tool therebetween. The appearance was good. The top and bottom of the manufactured pouch were inverted, supplied to a filling machine for flat bags, filled with water into the pouch from the content filling port, and heat-sealed with a heat seal bar along the content filling port. A product free from wrinkles and the like based on heat sealing was obtained.

When the upper side was heat-sealed, wrinkles were observed in the vicinity of the inclined side and near the upper side which were heat-sealed with the pouring tool in between, and the appearance was poor.

品価値を下げる恐れがない。Since the present invention is constructed as described in detail above, the heat-sealing is not required for the folded fold, and the vicinity of the inclined side and the vicinity of the fold which are heat-sealed with the pouring tool interposed therebetween. No wrinkles or the like are generated, the appearance of such portions is good, and the commercial value is high. Further, since there is no need to heat seal along the fold, the energy consumption required for the heat sealing is reduced correspondingly, which is economic. The lower side of the unsealed front and back sheets is used as a filling port, and since there is no spout near the opening, filling for flat bags can be performed without introducing a special filling machine. Filling with a machine is possible, and the increase in the unit price of pouches can be suppressed. In addition, after filling the contents from the unfilled lower contents filling ports of the front sheet and the back sheet, the contents filling port only needs to be heat-sealed. There is no danger of lowering the value.

する注出具を備えたパウチ。1. A vertically long sheet having a heat-fusible synthetic resin layer is folded in two in the width direction with the heat-fusible synthetic resin layer inside, and is superimposed on each other to form a front sheet and a back sheet by folds. The left and right sides of the front sheet and the back sheet are heat-sealed, a corner formed by the sealed side and the fold is cut obliquely to form an inclined side, and the base of the spouting tool is connected to the front sheet and the back sheet. A pouch equipped with a pouring device, wherein the pouring device is attached by sandwiching between the inclined sides and heat-sealed along the inclined side, and the lower side of the unsealed portion serves as a content filling port.
