Claims (10)

  1. Wasserdichte und dampfdurchlässige Sohle (10; 110, 210) für Schuhwerk, welche folgendes aufweist:
    eine Trittfläche (11; 111; 211), welche aus Leder oder einem ähnlichen Material im Hinblick auf die Dampfdurchlässigkeit hergestellt ist;
    eine Membrane (12; 113; 212) aus dampfdurchlässigem und wasserdichtem Material, welche wenigstens teilweise die Trittfläche in einem oberen Bereich überdeckt; und
    wenigstens ein oberes Teil (13; 114, 213), welches aus Kautschuk oder einem äquivalenten Material in Hinblick auf die Nichtdurchlässigkeit hergestellt ist, welches mit der Trittfläche wenigstens entlang des Umfangs verbunden ist, und daß wenigstens eine oder mehrere Durchgangsöffnungen (14; 115; 214) wenigstens in dem durch die Membrane basis flußten Bereich vorgesehen ist oder sind, wobei das obere Teil wenigstens die Umfangsbereiche der Membrane überdeckt.
  2. Sohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Teil (114), welches aus Kautschuk oder einem äquivalenten Material hergestellt ist, durch die Trittfläche unter Durchgang durch die Durchgangsöffnungen (112) derselben mit Nasen (116) geht, welche an, diesen vorgesehen sind, wobei die Nasen etwa an der Untergrundkontaktebene enden.
  3. Sohle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Teil aus weichen, stoßabsorbieranden Materialien, wie Polyurethan, EVA oder äquivalenten Materialien, hergestellt ist.
  4. Sohle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Teil, welches aus Kautschuk oder eines äquivalenten Material hergestellt ist, durch ein Teil bedeckt ist, welches aus weichem, stoßabsorbieranden Material, wie Polyurethan, EVA oder äquivalenten Materialien, hergestellt ist und mit Durchgangmöffnungen an der Membrane versehen ist.
  5. Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membrane im wesentlichen den Fußsohlenbereich überdeckt und in einem Abstand von dem Rand der Trittfläche entlang des Umfangs angeordnet ist.
  6. Sohle nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membrane mit der Trittfläche mittels Klebstoff verbunden ist, welcher derart verteilt ist, daß hierdurch die Transpiration nicht behindert wird.
  7. Sohle nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membrane, welche aus dampfdurchlässigem und wasserdichtem Material hergestellt ist, von dem Material gebildet wird, welches unter der Markenbezeichnung "Gore-Tex" im Handel erhältlich ist, oder von äquivalenten Materialien gebildet wird.
  8. Sohle nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Teil, welches aus Kautschuk oder ähnlichen äquivalenten Materialien hergestellt ist, auf den Umfang der Trittfläche einwirkt, und die Ränder der Membrane überdeckt.
  9. Sohle nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Teil, welches aus Kautschuk oder äquivalenten Materialien hergestellt ist, mit der Trittfläche mittels Spritzgießen, Vergießen in einer Form, Nähen, Kleben oder äquivalenten Mitteln verbunden ist.
  10. Sohle nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere Durchgangsöffnungen des oberen Teils, welches aus Kautschuk oder äquivalenten Materialien hergestellt ist, konische Ränder haben.
