Claims (16)

  1. Composition pharmaceutique, comprenant :
    - l'ester propylique de l'acide [4-[(N,N-diéthylcarbamoyl)méthoxy]-3-éthoxyphényl]acétique ;
    - un solvant non miscible à l'eau ;
    - un émulsifiant ;
    - un agent de modification de la tonicité ;
    - entre 0,05% et 0,2% en poids d'histidine ; et
    - de l'eau,
    où le pH de la composition est supérieur à 7 ; et où la composition comprend en outre éventuellement un agent de conservation.
  2. Composition pharmaceutique selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un agent de stabilisation
  3. Composition pharmaceutique selon la revendication 2, où l'agent de stabilisation est l'acide oléique.

    - entre 1,2% et 2,6% en poids de lécithine ;
    - entre 1,9% et 2,8% en poids de glycérol ;
    - entre 0,01 % et 0,1% en poids d'acide oléique ; et
    - entre 0% et 0,2% en poids d'acide éthylènediaminetétraacétique,
  9. Composition pharmaceutique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, où la composition comprend en outre un agent thérapeutique choisi dans le groupe constitué par un agent hypnotique sédatif, un analgésique et un agent paralytique.
