Class 29 The rotary container 7 for the cream to be frozen is removably fixed at its base to a shaft 3 which penetrates through the bottom of the stationary freezing-mixture container 2 and has a square end 4 for coupling directly to the vertical shaft of an electric motor. A bell-shaped coupling device 5 enables the parts to be correctly central. The lid 10 of the ice &c. container 2 carries by a small ring 11 a U- shaped loop 12 entering down into the container 7 and carrying liquid scrapers spring-pressed on to the inner surface of the container, which is closed by a transparent central part 14 of the lid.
