Abstract

1412375 Skin-packaging articles TRANSPARENT PAPER Ltd 25 Jan 1974 [26 Jan 1973] 4193/73 Heading B8C An object to be skin-packaged is laid on a film of thermoplastic material which rests on a net or grid-like structure to which it will not adhere when heated and softened, which structure rests in turn on a layer of foam or sponge material, the object then being covered by a second film of thermoplastic material, the second film is heated, air is withdrawn from between the two films, and peripheral sealing between the two films takes place.
