Abstract

149,697. Broulhiet, G. Aug. 1, 1919, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Act]. Spring wheels with chambers between relatively-moving parts filled with friction elements.- Wheels are formed in two parts capable of relative movement in the plane of the wheel against frictional resistance. The outer part of the wheels has axially movable disks f, g, h which are interposed between plates b, c, d carried slidably but non-rotatably by the hub a, clearance spaces k, l being left at the free edges of the plates. A strong spring washer i is forced against the outer plate d to produce the necessary friction between the plates.
