Cover for cosmetic product packaging device

This disclosure relates to the field of cosmetic product packaging devices.

Users are particularly sensitive to the aesthetics of cosmetic product packaging devices. However, users are looking for a personalized offer, including customizable aesthetics of conditioning devices. Users also want to be able to adapt the personalization of their containers of cosmetic products to suit their desires, during the lifetime of the device for packaging the cosmetic product. Users want it to be possible to remove a personalization element to replace it with another, without having to buy a new cosmetic product packaging device.

An object of the present invention is thus to provide a cover for a cosmetic product device that is easily customizable, without calling into question the aesthetics of the cover in question.

It is known, in the field of beverage containers, remote from the field of cosmetic products, to fix a personalization means on a cap by means of a screw, as described in application US 2010/0187196 A1.

Application US 2012/0138563 A1, also in the field of beverage containers, proposes attaching a personalization element to a cap, to avoid confusing the containers of two different owners. The personalization element can take the form of a plate inserted into a slot corresponding to the top of the cap. According to another embodiment provided in this document, the personalization element takes the form of a flexible covering element, unrolled on the cap.

These solutions do not have a degree of aesthetics suited to the technical field of cosmetic product packaging devices.

Summary

This disclosure improves the situation.

The present disclosure proposes a cover for a device for packaging at least one cosmetic product, the cover being adapted to be fixed on a cosmetic product packaging box, the cover comprising:
- a hollow body extending mainly in a longitudinal direction, comprising a first longitudinal end, defining a first outlet and intended to be oriented towards the housing of the packaging device, and a second longitudinal end, defining an outlet, opposite the first longitudinal end, the hollow body comprising at least a first elastic interlocking relief, and
- a decorative part, the decorative part comprising at least one face intended to be oriented in a direction opposite to the packaging box, with a decoration, and at least one second elastic interlocking relief,
the decorative piece being fixed to the hollow body so as to block the second outlet of the hollow body, by elastic fitting of the at least one first and at least one second elastic fitting reliefs, the elastic fitting of the at least one first and at least least one second elastic interlocking reliefs being removable without damaging the hollow body or the decorative piece.

According to preferred embodiments, the packaging device may have one or more of the following characteristics, taken alone or in combination:
- the hollow body comprises a cap, defining an internal cavity, and an insert fixed inside the cap;
- the insert has the general shape of a sleeve extending in the longitudinal direction between a first longitudinal end of the insert and a second longitudinal end of the insert, the first longitudinal end of the insert being intended to be oriented towards the first longitudinal end of the hollow body or forming the first longitudinal end of the hollow body, the second longitudinal end of the insert being preferably solid with, more preferably, at least one through opening in the longitudinal direction;
- the cap is fixed to the insert by elastic interlocking of at least one third elastic interlocking relief of the cap with at least one fourth elastic interlocking relief of the insert, the at least one third interlocking relief elastic being on an internal face of the cap, the at least one fourth elastic interlocking relief preferably being on an external surface of the insert;
- the insert has a means for fixing the cover to the housing of the packaging device, in particular at least one relief for fixing the cover to the housing, such as at least one elastic fitting relief, a thread or a diameter allowing an adjusted or even tight assembly;
- the at least one first elastic interlocking relief is formed by the cap;
- the at least one first elastic interlocking relief is formed by the insert;
- the at least one first elastic interlocking relief is formed on an outer face of the insert;
- the at least one first elastic interlocking relief is formed by at least one bead, the at least one second elastic interlocking relief being formed by at least one elastically deformable tab extending from one face of the decorative piece, opposite the at least one face with a decoration;
- the at least one face with a decoration of the decorative piece is substantially flat;
- the at least one face with a decoration of the decorative piece is flush with the second end of the hollow body;
- the decor piece comprises a decor plate and a support plate for the decor plate, the decor plate being fixed, in particular glued, to the support plate;
- the cover comprises a clearance between the decorative piece and the second end of the hollow body, the clearance being preferably less than or equal to 1 mm, more preferably less than or equal to 0.5 mm, even more preferably less than or equal to 0.2 mm;
- each first elastic fitting relief comprises a first surface in contact with a second surface of an associated second elastic fitting relief, each first or second surface extending in a plane which forms an angle with the longitudinal direction, the the angle being preferably greater than or equal to 30°, more preferably greater than or equal to 40°, and/or less than or equal to 60°, more preferably less than or equal to 50°;
- the at least one first elastic interlocking relief and the at least one second elastic interlocking relief are shaped to allow disassembly of the decorative piece from the hollow body, by pushing on one of the decorative piece and the hollow body in the longitudinal direction, the thrust preferably being between 10 N and 50 N;
- the decor includes at least one of:
-- a color, in particular distinct from the color of the hollow body or the cap, if applicable,
-- a pattern,
-- at least one pellet made of a material or imitating the appearance of a material,
-- a trademark, in particular a logo, and
-- a recessed or projecting relief;
- the cap is a cap;
- the hollow body is integral with a rod, an application element being arranged at one end of the rod opposite the hollow body; And
- the decorative part comprises a guide relief on a face opposite the at least one face with decoration, received in a complementary housing in the hollow body, in particular in the cap or the insert, if applicable.

According to another aspect, a device for packaging at least one cosmetic product is described, comprising a housing defining a volume for receiving at least one cosmetic product, and a cap as described above, in all its combinations. , attached to the housing.

The box can in particular be a bottle with a neck, preferably fitted with a pump, the cap being a stopper adapted to be fixed to the neck of the bottle.

Alternatively, the housing may be a lipstick body, receiving a lipstick mechanism.

According to another aspect, a tool is described for removing a decorative piece of a cover as described above in all its combinations, from the hollow body of the cover, the tool comprising a relief adapted to be received in the body hollow of the cover so as to be in contact with a face of the decorative part, opposite to the at least one face with a decoration, and to allow a push on the decorative part.

Preferably, the tool includes one or more of the following features, taken alone or in combination:
- the tool further comprises a housing for receiving the cover, the relief of the tool protruding from a bottom of the housing;
- the second longitudinal end of the insert being solid with at least one through-opening in the longitudinal direction, the relief extends in a longitudinal direction, a longitudinal end of the relief of the tool having at least one position and dimensions lug adapted to be in contact with the face of the decor piece, opposite the at least one face with a decor, through the at least one through opening in the insert and to allow a push on the face of the decor piece , opposite the at least one face with a decoration, as long as the hollow body of the cover is not in contact with the bottom of the housing, if necessary;
- the height of the lugs, measured in the longitudinal direction, is such that the lugs push on the decorative piece over a relative travel of the hollow body relative to the tool, at least equal to the height of the first elastic interlocking reliefs ;
- the relief of the tool has a cylindrical rod adapted to pass through all or part of the hollow body of the cover; And
- the tool is shaped to allow positioning of the cover on the tool in a finite number of angular positions.

According to yet another aspect, there is described an assembly of a cover for a cosmetic product packaging device, as described above in all its combinations, and of a tool, as described above, in all its combinations, adapted to allow removal of the decorative piece from the hollow body.

Finally, there is described a process for removing a decorative piece from a bonnet as described above in all its combinations, by means of a tool as described above, in all its combinations, the process comprising the steps of:
fit the cover on the tool;
exert a relative thrust of the cowl in the direction of the tool, in the longitudinal direction.

In the rest of the description, identical elements or identical functions bear the same reference sign. For the purpose of conciseness of this description, the identical elements in several examples are not described in detail, within the framework of the detailed description of each of these examples. On the contrary, the description below details above all the differences between the various examples.

There illustrates an example of a device 10 for packaging a cosmetic product. Here, the packaging device 10 comprises a housing 12, in the form of a bottle 12a. The bottle 12a contains a liquid cosmetic product, for example a perfume or an eau de toilette.

The bottle 12a extends mainly in a longitudinal direction , in this case the direction of an axis A. In what follows, the axis A is called “the axis A of the bottle 12 a ”. The bottle 12a is for example rotationally symmetrical about the axis A of the bottle 12a , or even rotationally symmetrical about the axis A of the bottle 12a .

The bottle 12a here comprises a bottle body 14 , forming a neck 16 . At the end of the neck 16 , the bottle 12 has a hoop 17 , for fixing a body 18 of a pump device 19 on the bottle body 14 , in particular on the neck 16 of the bottle 12 . Band 17 is for example screwed onto neck 16 of bottle 12 . The pump device 19 also includes a button 20 movable in translation relative to the pump body 18 , to actuate the pump device 19 . A trim skirt 21 covers hoop 17 . The trim skirt 21 essentially has an aesthetic function.

The packaging device 10 also comprises a cover 2 2 . Here, the cover 22 takes the form of a cap 2 2 a .

As can be seen in the figures , the stopper 22a has a shape with symmetry by rotation around an axis A 1 of the stopper 22a , corresponding to the axis A of the bottle 12a when the stopper 22a is fixed on the bottle . 12 a .

As visible in Figures 2 and 3 , for example, the stopper 22a here comprises a hollow body 24 , defining an internal cavity 26 opening out at an upper end of the hollow body , and a decorative piece 28 at least partially closing the internal cavity 26 .

In the example illustrated, the hollow body 24 comprises a cap 30 defining the internal cavity 26 and an insert 32 fixed inside the cap 30 in the internal cavity 26 .

The cap 30 essentially has a covering function. The cap 30 has a general shape with symmetry by rotation around the axis A 1 of the stopper 22 a .

The internal cavity 26 in the cap 30 can be divided into two parts:
- The lower part is adapted to receive essentially the trim skirt 21 surrounding the hoop 17 for fixing the pump body 18 to the neck 16 of the bottle 12a . This lower part is for example cylindrical, with a substantially circular section;
- the upper part forms a housing 26 a opening out at the upper end of the hollow body 24 , adapted to receive the upper end of the button 20 of the pump device 19 and the upper end of the insert 32 . Here, the housing 26a is square in section with cut corners. At each cut corner is formed a groove 29 , extending parallel to the axis A 1 of the stopper 22a .

As is more particularly visible in FIGS. 8 and 9, the cover 30 has projections 34 protruding into the internal cavity 26 . Here, the projecting reliefs 34 are located substantially at the limit between the lower and upper parts 26a of the internal cavity 26 . The protruding reliefs 34 extend substantially perpendicular to the direction of the axis A 1 of the stopper 22a . Here, the projecting reliefs 34 extend substantially in a radial direction with respect to the axis A1 of the stopper 22a .

As seen on the in particular, in a section plane comprising the axis A1 of the stopper 22a, an upper surface S34 of each relief 34 forms a substantially right angle a34 with the axis A1 of the stopper 22a. For example, the angle a34 between the surface S34 of each relief 34 and the axis A1 of the plug is greater than or equal to 60°, preferably greater than or equal to 70°, and/or less than or equal to 120°, preferably less than or equal to 110°. Here, the angle a34 is equal to 75°. As indicated above, the angle a34 can be obtuse.

Furthermore, as can be seen in particular in FIGS. 3 and 4, the insert 32 has the general shape of a sleeve. In other words, the insert 32 has a substantially cylindrical, hollow general shape, with axis A 2 corresponding to the axis A 1 of the stopper 2 2a when the insert 32 is fixed in the stopper 22 a . A first end 32a of the insert 32 is empty or hollow. A second end 32b , opposite the first end 32a , is mostly solid . Here, this second end 32b is a solid face comprising four openings 35 passing through the solid face. The four openings 35 here have the form of angular sections of the same ring, with axis the axis A 2 of the insert 32 . The four openings 35 are here regularly distributed around the axis A 2 of the insert 32 .

The insert 32 has a collar 36 at its first end 32a . The collar 36 here forms a housing 38 adapted to cover a collar 39 of the covering skirt 21 of the hoop 17 . In one embodiment, the collar 36 can be magnetized to secure the stopper 22a to the neck 16 of the bottle 12a . Here however, the fixing of the stopper 22a on the bottle 12 is carried out by friction of the insert 32 on the covering skirt 21 of the hoop 17 . Longitudinal flats 46 can be provided on the internal face of the insert 32 in order to adjust the friction between the insert 32 and the covering skirt 21 of the hoop 17 .

Alternatively, the stopper 22a can be fixed on the bottle 12a by screwing or elastic fitting, in particular by snap-fastening.

Furthermore, the insert 32 forms elastic interlocking reliefs 40 on the substantially cylindrical surface of the insert 32 . The elastic interlocking reliefs 40 here take the form of beads, arranged longitudinally in the vicinity of the second end 32b of the insert 32 . Insert 32 as shown includes four such snap fit reliefs 40 . The insert 32 may however comprise more or less elastic interlocking reliefs 40 , in particular at least one elastic interlocking relief 40 or at least two elastic interlocking reliefs 40 , preferably at least three elastic interlocking reliefs 40 . The elastic fitting reliefs 40 are preferably regularly distributed angularly around the axis A 2 of the insert 32 .

As is particularly visible on the , each elastic fitting relief 40 here has a lower surface S40, oriented towards the first end of the insert 32, forming a non-flat and non-straight angle a40 with the axis A2 of the insert 32. For example , in a cutting plane of the insert 32 comprising the axis A2 of the insert 32 illustrated in , the angle a40 between the lower surface S40 of a bead 40 and the axis A2 is greater than or equal to 30°, preferably greater than or equal to 40° and/or less than or equal to 60°, preferably less than or equal at 50°. Here, for example, the angle a40 is substantially equal to 45°. As indicated above, the angle a40 is preferably acute.

Each surface S40 also has a height h40 measured in the direction of the axis A2 of the insert 32 .

The insert 32 also has a surface 41 connecting the upper end of the surfaces S40 to the second longitudinal end 32b of the insert 32 , which is cylindrical with a circular section or even slightly frustoconical, so that the diameter of this surface 41 decreases from the upper end of the surfaces S40 towards the second longitudinal end 32b of the insert 32 . In a longitudinal section plane, comprising the axis A2 of the insert 32 , the angle between the surface 41 and the axis A2 is thus for example greater than 0°, and/or less than or equal to 10°, of preferably less than or equal to 5°. Alternatively, surface 41 is centered on axis A2 of insert 32 . The upper end of the surface 41 can be rounded, seen in section.

The insert 32 also forms lugs 42 on the radially outer face. The insert 32 as illustrated includes four such lugs 42 . The insert 32 can however comprise more or less lugs 42 , in particular at least one or two lugs 42 , preferably at least three lugs 42 . The lugs 42 are preferably regularly distributed angularly around the axis A 1 of the stopper 22 a .

Each lug 42 projects from the cylindrical portion of the insert 32 , radially outwards. Each lug 42 has a shape extending mainly circumferentially over the cylindrical portion of the insert 32 .

As is particularly visible on the , each lug 42 here has a triangular cross-section, the lower surface S42 of which forms a substantially right angle with the axis A2 of the insert 32. For example, in a cutting plane of the insert 32 comprising the axis A2 of the insert 32, the angle a42 between the lower surface S42 and the axis A2 of the insert 32 is greater than or equal to 60°, preferably greater than or equal to 70°, and/or less than or equal to 120 °, preferably less than or equal to 110°. The angle a42 of the surface S42 is preferably substantially equal to the angle a34 of the upper surface S34 of each relief 34 of the cap 30. Here, the angle a42 is equal to 75°. As indicated above, the angle a42 can be obtuse.

Finally, the insert 32 has here on its cylindrical portion, longitudinal ribs 44 , extending longitudinally, over only a portion of the radially outer surface of the insert 32 . Specifically, insert 32 has pairs of such longitudinal ribs 44 . In particular, in the example illustrated, the insert 32 has four pairs of longitudinal ribs 44 , regularly distributed over the radially outer surface of the cylindrical portion of the insert 32 .

Remarkably, an opening 35 and a bead 40 are aligned in the direction of the axis A2 of the insert 32 . Similarly, a lug 42 and a pair of longitudinal ribs 44 are here aligned in the direction of the axis A 2 of the insert 32 . According to the particular embodiment represented in the figures, an opening 35 , a bead 40 , a lug 42 and a pair of longitudinal ribs 44 are aligned in the direction of the axis A2 of the insert 32 .

As is particularly visible on the , the cap 30 is here fixed on the insert 32 by elastic interlocking of the protruding reliefs 34 of the cap 30 with the lugs 42 of the insert 32. To do this, the insert 32 is introduced into the cap 30, this introduction being guided by the reception of the longitudinal ribs 44 of the insert 32 in complementary grooves 47 in the cap 30. The position of the insert 32 is thus indexed with respect to the cap 30. In other words, the insert 32 can only be introduced into the cap 30 in a finite and restricted number of relative angular positions. Here, these relative angular positions are four in number. The insert 32 is then pushed into the cap 30 until the elastic interlocking of the protruding reliefs 34 of the cap 30 with the lugs 42 of the insert 32.

It should be noted here that due to the substantially right angles a34 , a42 between the surfaces S 34 , S 42 of the projecting reliefs 34 and the lugs 42 , which cooperate to ensure the fixing of the insert 32 in the cap 30 , and the direction of insertion of the insert 32 into the cap 30 , which is parallel to the axis A 1 of the stopper 22 a , the elastic fitting of the insert 32 into the cap 30 is permanent. In other words, it is very difficult or even impossible to remove the insert 32 from the cap 30 , without damaging one of these two parts, in particular the projecting reliefs 34 of the cap 30 and/or the lugs 42 of the insert 32 . This dismantling of the insert 32 relative to the cap 30 is made all the more difficult as the protruding reliefs 34 and the lugs 42 , if only by their shape, have a relatively high rigidity.

The fixing of the insert 32 in the cap 30 by elastic interlocking appears to be particularly easy to achieve, requiring no additional parts, and durable.

Of course, the insert 32 can be fixed in the cap 30 by means other than elastic fitting. In particular, the insert 32 can be glued into the cap 30 . Alternatively or additionally, the insert 32 can be inserted by force into the cap 30 and be held there by friction.

In the following, the decor piece 28 is described in more detail.

As can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, the decorative piece 28 comprises a face F 28 , oriented towards the outside of the stopper 22a , provided with a decoration 48 .

The decor 48 of the decor piece 28 can in particular be chosen from:
- a color, in particular distinct from the color of the hollow body 24 , in particular of the cap 30 ,
- a pattern, in particular imitating a material
- at least one pellet made of a material or imitating the appearance of a material,
- a commercial brand, in particular a logo,
- a recessed or projecting relief.

As is particularly visible on the , the decor piece 28 illustrated consists of a decor plate 50, forming the face F28 provided with the decor 48, and a support plate 52. The realization of the decor piece 28 in at least two separate parts is preferred because it allows a greater variety of decor plates 50, the latter having only an aesthetic function. In particular, the decor plate can be made of a greater variety of materials in this case. The support plate 52 then ensures the attachment of the decorative piece 28 to the insert 32 as will be described in more detail later.

Here, the decor plate 50 is flat.

The decor plate 50 is fixed on the support plate 52 . For example, the decor plate 50 is glued to the support plate 52 . Other means of fixing the decorative plate 50 to the support plate 52 are however possible. For example, the decor plate 50 can be tightly mounted in a frame formed by the support plate 52 .

The support plate 52 is particularly illustrated in Figures 5 and 6.

As visible in these figures, the support plate 52 extends essentially perpendicular to an axis A 3 , median of the support plate 52 , intended to correspond to the axis A 1 of the stopper 22a when the decorative piece 28 is fixed in the cap 2 2a .

The support plate 52 has a substantially flat face, on which the decorative plate 50 is intended to be fixed.

The support plate 52 also comprises lugs 54 whose free end has the shape of a hook 56 . For example, in a cutting plane of the support plate 52 , comprising the axis A3 normal to the support plate 52 , the angle a56 between the upper surface S 56 of the hooks 56 and the axis A 3 normal to the support plate 52 , is greater than or equal to 30°, preferably greater than or equal to 40° and/or less than or equal to 60°, preferably less than or equal to 50°. Preferably the angle a56 of the upper surface S56 equal to the angle a40 between the lower surface S 40 of a bead 40 of the insert 32 and the axis A 2 of the insert 32 . Here, for example, the angle a 56 is substantially equal to 45°. As indicated above, the angle a 56 is preferably acute.

The support plate 52 further comprises a tab 57 . Tab 57 here extends from a corner of support plate 52 . The tongue 5 7 extends along a main direction of extension parallel to the axis A 3 normal to the support plate 52 . The tongue 5 7 here is substantially parallelepipedal.

The support plate52also has through holes58. Here, the through-holes58are four in number. Each through hole58has the general shape of an angular sector of the same ring. The through holes58are regularly distributed angularly around the axisAT 3normal to support plate52. The through holes58are equidistant from the center of the support plate52. The through holes58can in particular make it possible to evacuate a surplus of glue from between the support plate52and the decor plate50and/or to facilitate the molding of the support plate52, in particular the molding of the legs54 described below. Regarding the excess glue between the support plate52and the decor plate 50, one or less of these plates 50, 52, in particular the support plate 52may include recesses to accommodate at least a portion of excess glue.

Flanges protrude from the support plate52, on its face opposite its face intended to receive the decor plate50, from the radially inner edge of the through holes58, each rim thereby forming a ridge60. The crests60have for example a heighth60, measured in the direction of the axisAT 3normal to support plate52 from the surface of the support plate 52 from which they protrude, substantially equal to the height of the openings35in the insert32. So the ridges6 0are adapted to be received in the openings35to partially block them, without extending beyond these openings35.

As is particularly visible in Figures 8 and 9, the decorative piece 28 is fixed on the insert 32 by elastic fitting of the hooks 56 of the legs 54 of the support plate 52 with the first elastic fitting reliefs 34 in the form of beads, of the insert 32 . The tongue 57 of the support plate 52 can be received in a housing 29 complementary to the cap 30 , to guide the insertion, along a rectilinear trajectory, of the decorative piece 28 into the internal cavity 26 defined by the cap 30 .

Once the decorative piece 28 has been fixed to the insert 32 , the crests 60 of the support plate 52 extend inside the openings 35 of the insert 32 . However, the ridges 60 do not protrude from the openings 35 of the insert 32 , in the direction of the first end 32a of the insert 32 .

Furthermore, as can be seen in FIGS. 8 and 9 in particular, once the decorative piece 28 has been fixed to the insert 32 , the latter is entirely received in the internal cavity 26 of the cap 30 . In other words, the surface forming the face F 28 of the decorative piece 28 is preferably flush or even slightly recessed with respect to the upper end of the cap 30 . Thus, a withdrawal or an attempt to withdraw the piece of decoration is prevented by resting on a portion of an edge of the piece of decoration 28 which would protrude from the cap 30 , in the direction of the axis A 1 of the cap 22 a .

Also, the decorative piece 28 fixed to the insert 32 extends into the internal cavity 26 of the cap 30 with a reduced clearance j . For example, the clearance j between the decorative piece 28 and the walls delimiting the internal cavity 26 of the cap 30 , at the level of the upper end of the stopper 22 a , is for example less than or equal to 1 mm, preferably less or equal to 0.5 mm, more preferably less than or equal to 0.2 mm. Thus, it is difficult or even impossible to introduce a rigid element into the gap between the decorative piece 28 and the cap 30 , making it possible to achieve a leverage effect in an attempt to remove the decorative piece 28 from the stopper 22a .

However, due to the angles a40 , a56 formed by the surfaces S 40 , S 56 of the beads 40 and the hooks 56 , which are relatively slightly inclined with respect to the direction of the axis A 1 of the stopper 22 a , the fitting elastic of the decorative piece 28 on the lug 42 can be removed, without damaging the component parts of the stopper 22a , in particular without damaging the decorative piece 28 , the cap 30 , or the insert 42 . This dismantling is facilitated by the relative flexibility of the tabs 54 . Thus, the beads 40 and the lugs 54 are for example shaped to allow dismantling of the decorative part 28 from the hollow body 24 , by pushing one of the decorative part 28 and the hollow body 24 with respect to the another, in the direction of the axis A 1 of the stopper 22 a . In this case, the force exerted, parallel to the axis A1 of the stopper 22a , causes an elastic deformation of the tabs 54 , the surface S56 of the hooks 56 following the ramp formed by the surface S40 of the bead 40 , until the surfaces S40 , S56 of elastic interlocking no longer face each other at all. The thrust necessary for this disassembly is for example greater than or equal to 10 N, preferably greater than or equal to 15 N, and/or less than or equal to 50 N, preferably less than or equal to 30 N. This limits the risks of damage a constituent part of the cap 22 a . The thrust force is, according to a particular example, substantially equal to 20 N.

It should be noted that from the position in which the surfaces S40 , S56 are no longer facing each other at all, the withdrawal movement of the decorative piece 28 can continue, the hooks 56 following the surface 41 tapered to the top of the insert 32 , because the tabs 54 tend to resume a position substantially parallel to the axis A2 of the insert 32 .

However, due to the configuration of the plug 22a , access to the decorative piece 28 in order to exert such a thrust is relatively difficult. In particular, it is not possible to exert such a force on the decorative piece 28 by plunging a finger into the stopper 22a . This limits the risk of unexpected dismantling of the decorative piece 28 .

It is proposed here to implement a tool 100, illustrated in FIGS. 10 and 11, to remove the decorative piece 28 from the hollow body 24, in particular when the user wishes to change the decorative piece 28. illustrates the assembly 200 formed by such a tool 100 and the plug 22a associated.

The tool 100 as illustrated comprises a relief 102 adapted to be received in the hollow body 24 of the stopper 22 a , in particular in the insert 32 so as to be in contact with the decorative piece 28 . Here, this relief 102 takes the form of a cylindrical rod 104 projecting from a base 106 in the direction of an axis A 4 intended to correspond to the axis A1 of the stopper 22 a when the latter is received on the tool 100 . The cylindrical rod 104 is for example hollow, in order to facilitate its production by molding. The cylindrical rod 10 4 has, at its free end, lugs 10 8 shaped to be received in the openings 35 in the insert 32 and come into contact with the crests 60 of the support plate 52 of the decorative piece 28 , when plug 22a is received on tool 100 . To allow this reception, the tool 100 forms, around the cylindrical rod 104 , a housing 110 shaped to receive the stopper 22a . The housing 110 is delimited on the outside by walls 112 . The walls 112 can in particular make it possible to guide the relative movement of the stopper 22a with respect to the tool 100 . Here, two of the opposite walls 112 have, at their top, a recess 114 facilitating the removal of the hollow body 24 when the decorative piece 28 has been removed, as will be described later. Alternatively, a single wall 112 may have such a recess 114 or more than two walls 112 . In particular, each wall 112 may have such a recess 114 .

The base 106 of the tool 100 also has a base 10 7 , at the foot of the relief 102 . The cross section of this base 107 is complementary to the housing 38 at the end 32a of the insert 32 . However, the base 107 has a height h107 , measured along the axis A4 of the tool, greater than or equal to the height of the housing 38 at the end 32a of the insert 32 , measured along the direction of the axis A2 .

The tool 100 is for example made of plastic material. The tool is preferably in a material having a lower hardness than the material in which the cap 28 is made and/or soft to avoid damaging the cap 28 when the tool 100 is implemented. Tool 100 edges can also be rounded or chamfered

Implementing tool 100 is easy.

First, illustrated in , the plug 22a is placed on the tool 100, so that the lugs 108 of the tool 100 are in contact with the ridges 60 of the support plate 52. The lugs 108 of the tool 100 can then extend at least partially through openings 35 in insert 32.

The positioning of the stopper 22a on the tool 100 can be facilitated by the walls 112 delimiting the housing 110 , the walls 112 making it possible to guide the stopper 22a on the cylindrical rod 104 . The housing 110 thus has, here, a cross section complementary to the cross section of the upper part of the cap 30 , with symmetry by rotation around the axis A1 . It will be noted here that the positioning is also facilitated by the fact that the stopper 22 has a symmetry by rotation around its axis A 1 , so that the four positions allowing the reception of the stopper 22 a on the tool 100 , in particular in the housing 110 , all lead to the same configuration. On the contrary, a rotational symmetry of the cap 28 appears less favorable to an easy positioning of the stopper 22 a on the tool 100 . It is indeed possible that the legs 108 of the tool 100 are not directly opposite the crests 60 of the support plate 52 and that a relative rotation of the cap 22a with respect to the tool 100 is necessary, without visual reference to facilitate this positioning by relative rotation.

In particular in the latter case, there may be provided a means of angular indexing of the plug 22a in the tool 100 making it possible to ensure that the plug 22a is correctly placed on the tool 100 so that a thrust on the cap 22a towards the tool 100 actually allows the decoration piece 28 to be removed.

Secondly, plug 22a is pushed into housing 110 of tool 100 . In other words, the cap 28 is pushed in the direction of the axis A 1 of the stopper 22a , in the direction of the tool 100 . This thrust is guided by the walls 112 of the housing 110 . This thrust results in a thrust of the tabs 108 on the crests 60 of the holes 58 of the support plate 52 . Due to the relatively large inclination of the surfaces S 40 , S 56 of the reliefs 40 , 56 allowing the fixing of the decorative piece 28 on the insert 32 and/or due to the elasticity of these reliefs, in particular of the tabs 54 carrying the hooks 56 , it is then possible to "disengage" the reliefs 56 , 40 elastically and to remove the decorative part 28 from the stopper 22a , without damaging the decorative part 28 , the cap 30 or the insert 32 .

Preferably, the thrust on the cap 28 is possible over a stroke c whose length, measured in the direction of the axis A4 of the tool 100 , is at least greater than or equal to the height h40 of the beads 40 . Preferably, the race c has a length greater than or equal to the height h40 of the beads 40 added to the height h41 of the surface 41 connecting the upper end of the surfaces S40 to the second longitudinal end 32b of the insert 32 . In other words, the stroke c is preferably greater than or equal to the distance, measured in the direction of the axis A 2 of the insert, between the lower (or free) end of the surface S56 of the hooks 56 and the second end 32b of the insert 32 .

The race c is slightly less than or equal to the height h108 of the legs 108 to prevent the bottom of the insert 32 from abutting on the upper end of the cylindrical rod 104 before the insert is abutting on the plinth 107 .

The decorative piece 28 removed can then be kept, in particular for later reassembly on the stopper 22a of the bottle 12a or on another cover 22 adapted to another box 12 , if necessary. A new decorative piece 28 can then be placed in the stopper 22 a , replacing the decorative piece 28 removed. This installation is carried out by elastic fitting, without requiring a priori the implementation of any tool.

This disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described above, only by way of examples, but it encompasses all the variants that those skilled in the art may consider within the framework of the protection sought. In particular, the different examples described above can be combined as long as their teachings are not contradictory.

For example, in the example described above, the packaging device for a cosmetic product is a perfume bottle fitted with a pump. The bottle may however be devoid of such a pump.

The fixing of a piece of decoration as it has just been described can also be carried out on a cap of a packaging device for the application of cosmetic product for the lips, in particular for a lipstick. The cap then presents such a decorative piece. The cap is attachable to a lipstick body, including a lipstick mechanism.

It is also possible to implement a cap as described previously, in a device for packaging and applying a liquid cosmetic product, in particular a mascara or a gloss. In this case, the cap can be integral with an applicator element of the liquid cosmetic product. For example, a rod connects the cap to the applicator element of the cosmetic product. The rod can be fixed or integral with the insert in the cap. In this case, the free end of the cylindrical rod of the tool 100 advantageously has a hole allowing the passage of the rod and the applicator element, when the plug is placed on the tool.

Furthermore, in the example illustrated, the tool 100 does not cooperate with the elastic interlocking reliefs of the decorative piece, but pushes on the decorative piece. Indeed, the elastic interlocking reliefs of the decorative piece are not accessible from inside the insert. These elastic interlocking reliefs are thus invisible to a user, which contributes to the aesthetic appearance of the stopper 22a . As a variant, however, the elastic interlocking reliefs of the decorative piece are fixed to the insert, so as to be accessible from inside the insert. For example, the elastic interlocking reliefs of the decorative piece can take the form of lugs passing through the openings in the insert and each be fixed to a rim of one of these openings. In this case, the lugs of the tool 100 can cooperate directly with these elastic fitting reliefs. This reduces the force to be applied to the decorative piece to dismantle it, by pushing directly on the elastic fitting lugs, which will then deform elastically following the complementary elastic fitting reliefs. This therefore further reduces the risk of damaging one of the parts of the stopper, when dismantling a decorative part.

Also according to another variant, the elastic interlocking reliefs of the decorative piece cooperate with complementary elastic interlocking reliefs formed by the cap.

Claims (27)

Cap (22) for a packaging device (10) for at least one cosmetic product, the cap (22) being adapted to be fixed on a case (12) for packaging a cosmetic product, the cap (22) comprising:
- a hollow body (24) extending mainly in a longitudinal direction (A1), comprising a first longitudinal end (32a), defining a first outlet and intended to be oriented towards the housing (12) of the packaging device (10) , and a second longitudinal end, defining an outlet, opposite the first longitudinal end (32a), the hollow body (24) comprising at least one first elastic interlocking relief (40), and
- a decor piece (28), the decor piece (28) comprising at least one face (F28) intended to be oriented in a direction opposite the packaging box (12), with a decor (48), and at least one second elastic interlocking relief (56),
the decorative piece (28) being fixed to the hollow body (24) so as to block the second outlet (26) of the hollow body (24), by elastic fitting of the at least one first and at least one second elastic fitting reliefs (40; 56), the elastic fitting of the at least one first and at least one second elastic fitting reliefs (40; 56) being removable without damaging the hollow body (24) or the decorative piece (28),
cover in which, preferably, the decoration (48) comprises at least one of:
- a color, in particular distinct from the color of the hollow body (24) or of the cap (30), if applicable,
- a pattern,
- at least one pellet made of a material or imitating the appearance of a material,
- a commercial brand, in particular a logo, and
- a recessed or protruding relief. Cover according to claim 1, in which the hollow body (24) comprises a cover (30), defining an internal cavity (26), and an insert (32) fixed inside the cover (30). Packaging device according to claim 18, in which the box (12) is a bottle (12a) with a neck (16), preferably provided with a pump (19), the cover (22) being a stopper (22a) adapted to be attached to the neck (16) of the bottle (12a). A packaging device according to claim 18, wherein the housing is a lipstick body, receiving a lipstick mechanism. Tool (100) for removing a piece of decoration (28) from a cover (22) according to any one of Claims 1 to 17, from the hollow body (24) of the cover (22), the tool (100) comprising a relief (102) adapted to be received in the hollow body (24) of the cover (22) so as to be in contact with a face of the decorative piece (28), opposite to the at least one face (F28) with a decor (48), and to allow a push on the decor piece (48). Tool according to claim 21, further comprising a housing (110) for receiving the cover (22), the relief (102) of the tool (100) projecting from a bottom (106) of the housing (110). Tool according to claim 21 or 22, the cover (22) being according to claim 3, the second longitudinal end of the insert (32b) being solid with at least one through opening (35) in the longitudinal direction (A1; A2) , in which the relief (102) extends in a longitudinal direction (A1, A4), a longitudinal end of the relief (102) of the tool (100) having at least one lug (108) of position and dimensions suitable for be in contact with the face of the decor piece (28), opposite the at least one face (F28) with a decor (48), through the at least one through-opening (35) in the insert (32) and to allow a thrust on the face of the decor piece (28), opposite the at least one face (F28) with a decor (48), as long as the hollow body (24) of the cover (22) is not not in contact with the bottom (106, 107) of the housing (110), if any. Tool according to Claim 23, in which the height (h108) of the tabs (108), measured in the longitudinal direction (A, A1, A4), is such that the tabs (108) push on the decorative piece (28) on a relative stroke of the hollow body (24) with respect to the tool (100), at least equal to the height (h40) of the first elastic fitting reliefs (40). Tool according to Claim 23 or 24, in which the relief (102) of the tool has a cylindrical rod (104) adapted to pass through all or part of the hollow body (24) of the cover (22). Tool according to any one of Claims 21 to 25, in which the tool (100) is shaped to allow positioning of the cover (22) on the tool (100) in a finite number of angular positions. Method of removing a piece of decoration (28) from a cover (22) according to any one of claims 1 to 17, by means of a tool according to any one of claims 21 to 26, the method comprising the steps consisting of:
fitting the cover (22) onto the tool (100);
exerting a relative thrust of the cover (22) in the direction of the tool (100), in the longitudinal direction (A1, A4).
