Abstract
Procédé de fabrication additive d’une ébauche en alliage d’aluminium à durcissement structural Procédé de fabrication additive d’une ébauche de pièce en alliage d’aluminium à durcissement structural, comportant l’étape consistant à déposer ledit alliage, à l’état de fusion, en couche par couche, sur un substrat de base, ledit alliage, l’étape de dépôt étant mise en œuvre par utilisation d’un matériel de soudage à l’arc avec fil-électrode en atmosphère gazeuse inerte (MIG) avec courant et matériau d’apport pulsés selon un procédé de transfert de métal à court-circuit (CMT), le matériau d’apport étant un alliage d’aluminium à durcissement structural, tout ou partie des paramètres du matériel de soudage, en particulier la vitesse du matériau d’apport, la vitesse de dépôt et la composition du gaz protecteur formant l’atmosphère gazeuse inerte, étant contrôlés de manière à stabiliser le dépôt.
