Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för infodring av en ledning (C) medelst en invändig beklädnad av kompositmaterial, varvid beklädnaden efter att ha impregnerats med ett värmehärdande harts, utan plastisk deformation anbringas mot ledningens insida genom ett fluidumtryck som utövas mot beklädnadens insida och upp-rätthalles tills hartset härdat, vilket astadkommes medelst ett uppblasbart system (2) som innefattar ett böjligt, upp-blasbart membran (3, 30, 60), vilket är anbringbart mot nämnda sida, samt uppvärmningsorgan och som införes i led-ningen samtidigt med beklädnaden och dras ut ur ledningen efter det att hartset härdat, kännetecknat av att ett beklädnadselement (1) med relativt liten längd (a) i förhallande tili ledningens längd anbringas mot nämnda sida av ledningen för infodring av atminstone ett parti av omkretsen av ett avsnitt av ledningen, och att ett flertal beklädnadselement placeras ände mot ände till dess att atminstone ett parti av omkretsen av ledningens (C) insida blivit fullständigt beklädd, och att ett annat parti av omkretsen av nämnda insida därefter kan täckas pa identiskt vis, varvid fogarna mellan beklädnadselementen görs tätä.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att beklädnadselementet (1), som är impregnerat med ett harts, placeras pa utsidan av ett hölje (30), som kan inga i ett uppblasbart, tätt, ringformigt system (2), vilket monte-ras pa utsidan av en hylsa (5), som kan ha vilken som heist lämplig sektion i enlighet med ledningens (C) sektion och som har tillräcklig styvhet för att inte ge efter när ett trycksatt fluidum införes i det tätä, ringformiga utrymme som avgränsas atminstone delvis av ett hölje i nämnda system; att hylsan (5) vid varje ände är försedd med atminstone tva hjul (10) eller liknande, sa att den är förflyttbar i ledningen under verkan av en dragkraft som utövas i endera av dess ändar; varvid för anbringning av beklädnadselementet mot ledningens (C) insida genom reglerad verkan av ett tryck-fluidum, detta fluidum införes i nämnda uppblasbara system (2) 24 76200 för att blasa upp detta och halla det uppblast tills nämnda harts polymeriserats atminstone partiellt, varvid denna polymerisation regleras medelst elektriska uppvärmningsorgan (12, 14), som är fast monterade atminstone pa det i systemet (2) ingaende höljets (30) insida; att efter det att bekläd-nadselementet (1) anbringats pa ledningens (C) insida, trycket i systemet (2) elimineras och den rörliga enheten som bestar av hylsan (5) och det uppblasbara anbringnings-systemet (2) dras ut ur ledningen; att ytterligare ett beklädnadselement (1), som är impregnerat atminstone delvis med harts, placeras pa nämnda hölje (30), som avgränsar det härvid icke trycksatta systemet; den rörliga enheten (E) som bestar av hylsan (5), det uppblasbara anbringningssystemet (2) (hölje, utrymme) och beklädnadselementet införes i ledningen, och det ytterligare beklädnadselementet anbringas mot insidan av ledningen sa att det kommer att befinna sig invid nämnda första beklädnadselement, varvid fogen mellan det första och det andra beklädnadselementet utföres pä tä-tande vis; och att denna operation upprepas med ytterligare, pa varandra följande beklädnadselement till dess att ledningen fullständigt infodrats.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat av att nämnda tätä system (2) är i form av ett slutet, tätt, ringformigt membran av böjligt material.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat av att nämnda uppblasbara, tätä system avgränsas av hylsan utsida och av ett böjligt hölje, vars främre och bakre ändar är tätande och fast förbundna med hylsans utsida.
5. Förfarande enligt nagot av de föregaende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att de elektriska uppvärmnings-organen (12, 14) är i form av i och för sig kända värmerem-sor, vilka är anordnade inuti längsgaende utrymmen, som de-finieras av band (13, 15), vilka med sinä sidokanter är fastsvetsade i stödorgan, sasom nämnda membrans (30) insida och/eller hylsans (5) utsida. 25 76200

7. Förfarande enligt nagot av de föregaende patentkraven, vid vilket den för infodring avsedda ledningen (C) har ät-minstone ett parti (C1) med större sektion än ätminstone ett annat parti (C2), säsom i avloppsledningar, kännetecknat av att infodringen utföres i huvudsak i flera st eg:
1. Det parti (Οχ) av ledningen som har den största sektionen beklädes med ett kompositmaterial, som är impregnerat ätminstone partiellt med harts och sä anpassat att det kan anbringas pä det parti av ledningens (C) insida som skall infodras, sä att det bildar en partiell beklädnad (1) av ledningen, varvid den partiella beklädnaden (1) placeras pä ätminstone ett uppbläsbart anbringningssys-tem (2), som är anbragt pä ätminstone en hylsa (50), som har mindre sektion än men vars form är huvudsak likadan som sektionen hos ledningens (C) parti (<2χ), varvid hylsan (50) har en basplatta (51) vars bredd är större än 26 76200 den största bredden pa partiet av hylsan som uppbär det uppblasbara systemet och nämnda beklädnad; varvid it-minstone tva hjul (10), rullar eller liknande Mr monte-rade vid kanterna pa basplattan (51) atminstone vid var-je längsgaende ände av plattan, varigenom enheten besta-ende av hylsan (50), det uppblasbara anbringningssyste-met (2) och beklädnaden (1) kan förflyttas i partiet (Οχ) av ledningen under verkan av en dragkraft i lednin-gens langdaxelriktning, varvid nämnda hjul (10) eller liknande är placerade pa ansatser (41) mellan den störs-ta sektionen (Οχ) och den minsta sektionen (C2) i ledningen (C) och varvid ansatserna (41) bildar rullbanor; beklädnaden anbringas genom att ett tryckfluidum infores i anbringningssystemet (2) under regiering av tempera-turen pa nämnda fluidum och hartset, varvid beklädnader-na (1) anbringas mot väggen i nämnda parti av ledningen medelst ett böjligt hölje (60), som kan inga i ett tätt, ringformigt membran, till dess att hartset polymerise-rats atminstone partiellt; när beklädnaden anbringats mot insidan av nämnda parti (Οχ) av ledningen (C), eli-mineras trycket i det uppblasbara systemet (2), och den av hylsan (50) och det uppblasbara anbringningssystemet (2) bestaende, rörliga enheten dras ut ur ledningen; enheten förses pä nytt med en beklädnad (1) som är impreg-nerad atminstone partiellt med harts för fortsättande av infodringen av ledningens (C) parti (Οχ); och varvid dessa atgärder upprepas tills nämnda parti av ledningen infodrats fullständigt; 2. ledningens parti (C2) med mindre sektion förses med en infodring med det under (1) ovan angivna sättet; 3. de partier av ledningen som ännu inte försetts med nagon infodring, sasom rullbanorna (41), förses med en beklädnad som kan anbringas manuellt; 4. de partier av beklädnaderna som ännu inte anbringats mot ledningens väggar medelst det uppblasbara systemet kan anbringas manuellt;
