Abstract

Procedimiento de llenado de ampollas.Blister filling procedure.

Conventionally the blisters containing drinkable products are sterilized after filling, by high temperature thermal shock that sometimes causes the product lose part of its properties. To avoid this problem the invention consists in sterilizing the product prior to packaging, insert it in the ampoules (1) through nozzles (6) that maintain sterilization conditions, and after introduction of the dose (7) of the product, remove the air residual by introducing nitrogen through nozzles (6 '), finally closing the blister by Cut your neck (2) with a flame (9) that melts the material constitutive of the blister.

Description

Procedimiento de llenado de ampollas.Blister filling procedure.

Objeto de la invenciónObject of the invention

The present invention relates to a new procedure for manufacturing glass bottomless ampoules, with glued aluminum bottom, and filling of container blisters of drinkable products, such as medicated products or dietary, or with cosmetic products, ampoules commonly denominated "securviales", that incorporate in their breast a dose of the product in liquid state in question.

The object of the invention is to achieve a more reliable use by the final consumer of the packaging of glass, without this having to break any glass to be able to access its content and thus increase its security, using the same filling machinery and keeping the aseptic conditions that the product requires.

The invention thus falls within the scope of the Pharmacological, dietary and cosmetic products, more specifically in the replacement of the conditioning material (container that we will call securvial) instead of the breakable blister of a traditional tip. The filling machinery and facilities would not need any modification.

Antecedentes de la invenciónBackground of the invention

Blisters for marketing are known of drinkable medicinal products, which initially have a glass body, open at its ends, in one of which defines a sharp strangulation topped in a long and fine neck, for filling the blister, while its base, is say its other end, it is sealed by an aluminum cover removable at the time of consumption of the blister contents, by pulling it on a small tongue radial.

The conventional procedure for filling These ampoules consist of introducing them in the product liquid to be contained, filling by pressure difference, then proceed to the unit closure of the ampoules by applying heat, specifically in the area near its neck, simultaneously producing the cut of said neck and the fusion of the glass to close the blister, proceeding finally to a shock sterilization process, applying high  temperatures for a short time. This thermal shock causes that in Sometimes the product contained in the blister loses part of its properties. At the moment that the consumption of its contents the cover of  Aluminum is limited by manual traction on it, as previously said, each blister becomes a species Small glass that allows you to drink its contents.

Descripción de la invenciónDescription of the invention

The procedure that the invention proposes solves the problem fully satisfactorily exposed, eliminating any risk of the drinkable product may lose part of its properties, and this because during said procedure does not apply a thermal shock sterilization to high temperature

More specifically in the procedure of the invention is based on a blister similar to those above cited, whose body has its main base open and sealed with an aluminum lid, but with the particularity that said lid it is not provided with a radial tongue because it is not planned to be detached at the time of consumption of your content, but intended to be pierced by the "straw".

The procedure focuses its characteristics on the fact that the product in question reaches the capsule already treated and sterilized, conveniently housed in tanks that maintain aseptic conditions.

The sterilized product is supplied, by appropriate nozzles, directly inside the ampoules, in the pre-established doses.

Once the blister filling phase is finished, injected into the same nitrogen to expel the air contained in such blisters.

Finally the blister is closed by process heat sealing, as in the conventional system, leaving the blister able to be packaged together with the straw planned for its consumption, such as within of two thermo-retractable plastic capsules.

It is achieved in this way, not being necessary a post-filling sterilizing treatment, which the product contained in the blister fully keep your properties within a hygienic, resistant and clean container, since spillage consumption prevents spillage accidentals of said product at the time of consumption.

Descripción de los dibujosDescription of the drawings

To complement the description that is being performing and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization of it, is accompanied as part member of that description, a set of drawings where with illustrative and non-limiting nature, what has been represented next:

Figure 1.- Shows a representation schematic of the different phases of the procedure since it starts filling the blister until the consumption of its content

Realización preferente de la invenciónPreferred Embodiment of the Invention

In view of the figures outlined and in special of figure 1, it is observed as the procedure of the invention part of the use of ampoules (1), tubular, open at its ends, with one of them determining a narrow neck (2), and the other closed by a cover (3) of aluminum, sealed on the bottom (1) and with a central weakening (4) that allows easy drilling with a straw (5).

Optionally said neck (2) may be initially closed, to be opened by the machinery of filled, if it has this operational possibility.

As previously stated on procedure, from the use of ampoules of this type, it consists of the parallel use of the drinkable product of which treat, already treated and sterilized, conveniently stored in tanks from that through appropriate and topped pipes in nozzles (6) said dosed product is supplied inside  of the blisters (1) through your neck (2), as shown by the second sequence of the aforementioned figure 1.

Then and always keeping the Initial sterilization conditions, once the blister (1) has received all the expected product dose (7), receives through from the nozzle (6 ') the amount of nitrogen (8) needed to expel all the air from the inside of the vial, specifically the oxygen (O2) that might initially belong therein, as shown in the third sequence of figure 1, with the obvious purpose that said oxygen cannot act as oxidizer of the product (7) in question.

Finally, the blister is closed, by cutting the neck (2) with flame (9), which simultaneously causes the fusion of the material by closing the body (1) at the level of beginning of said neck (2), specifically by the area in which the cut occurs.

As shown in Figure 2, the vial (1) with its content (7), will be marketed in a container (10) appropriate, such as a capsule heat shrink, which will be removed at the time of the consumption of the blister contents, while the complementary straw (5) is also protected within a capsule (11) until the moment of its use, in which said straw (5) will pierce the aluminum cap (3) of the vial, for its weakened area (4), as shown in the last sequence of Figure 1

Logically the mentioned straw (5) is used when it comes to medicinal or dietary products, but when it comes to cosmetic products, that straw will be replaced by an appropriate applicator, which can act simultaneously as a dispenser.
