Abstract

Procedimiento para el pago seguro de cantidades que ascienden a distintos importes mediante un procedimiento de pago libremente elegible para bienes libremente elegibles, en particular, para el suministro de servicios de pago a un cliente usando terminales de comunicación a través de redes abiertas, orientadas a paquetes, en particular Internet, integrando los estándares de seguridad y procedimientos de codificación usuales, con un software de acceso usual, independientemente del sistema operativo, caracterizado porque después de una consulta de un cliente mediante el ordenador de un comerciante (3) se genera una pareja de comprobantes (6; 10), transfiriéndose un primer comprobante (6) de forma indirecta a través de un terminal de comunicación de un cliente (1) a un ordenador de un proveedor de pago (4), porque, a continuación, el ordenador del proveedor de pago (4) transmite un formulario (7) para la confirmación del pago al terminal de comunicación del cliente (1), porque, después de haberse registrado los datos necesarios respecto al cliente, así como respecto al servicio (6) deseado y la transmisión del formulario rellenado junto con el primer comprobante (6) usando el terminal de comunicación, éstos están disponibles, como autorización de pago, en un ordenador en un proveedor de pago (4) para la contabilización del importe correspondiente en la cuenta del comerciante, porque el proceso de contabilización se realiza después de haberse validado los datos del cliente por parte del proveedor de pago (4) usando un ordenador, así como después de estar disponible el segundo comprobante (10) transmitido por el comerciante (3) al ordenador del proveedor de pago (4) como respuesta a la consulta del ordenador del proveedor de pago (4) para la validación del primer comprobante (6) mediante el ordenador del comerciante (3), que ha sido transmitido por el ordenador del proveedor de pago (4) de forma modificada con los datos del cliente a éste y porque el cliente (1) tiene acceso al servicio (5) a través de la red (2), después de haber realizado el pago usando un terminal de comunicación, después de haberse correlacionado, así como validado el segundo comprobante (10) transmitido por el ordenador del proveedor de pago (4) al terminal de comunicación del cliente (1) mediante interacción con el ordenador del comerciante (3) por éste, habiéndose dado la autorización de esta forma.
