Claims (10)
- Elektrische Zigarette, die umfasst:ein Mundstück (1), eine obere Einheit (2), einen Verdampferkern (3), einen Behälter für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (4) und eine Energie- und Steuereinheit (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Zigarette von oben nach unten umfasstdas Mundstück (1), das lösbar ist, die obere Einheit (2), den Verdampferkern (3), den Behälter für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (4) und die Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) nacheinander, wobeiein unterer Abschnitt des Mundstücks (1) lösbar mit einem oberen Abschnitt der oberen Einheit (2) verbunden ist;die obere Einheit (2) mit dem Mundstück (1) und dem Verdampferkern (3) verbunden ist und Lufteinlässe (23) umfasst; wobei nach dem Eintritt in den Verdampferkern (3) durch die Lufteinlässe (23) die Luftströmung sorgfältig mit dem Zerstäubungsdampf in dem Verdampferkern (3) durchmischt wird, die Luftströmung dann durch die obere Einheit (2) und das Mundstück (1) strömt und schließlich in den Mund eines Benutzers eintritt;der Verdampferkern (3) eine erste Schale (31) umfasst; eine Einheit zum langsamen Durchdringen (32) eng gegen eine innere Wand der ersten Schale (31) gedrückt ist; ein Einlass für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (311), der ermöglicht, dass Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten in dem Behälter für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (4) für elektrische Zigaretten in die Einheit zum langsamen Durchdringen (32) eintritt, auf der ersten Schale (31) vorgesehen ist und eine Heizvorrichtung (34) eng gegen die Einheit zum langsamen Durchdringen (32) gedrückt ist; eine erste Elektrode (35) an einem unteren Abschnitt der ersten Schale (31) vorgesehen ist und eine erste isolierende Dichtung (33) zwischen der ersten Schale (31) und der ersten Elektrode (35) vorgesehen ist; ein erster Pol der Heizvorrichtung (34) mit der ersten Elektrode (35) elektrisch in Kontakt ist, ein zweiter Pol der Heizvorrichtung (34) mit der ersten Schale (31) elektrisch in Kontakt ist; der untere Abschnitt der ersten Schale (31) durch Schrumpfpassung der ersten isolierenden Dichtung (33), der ersten Schale (31) und der ersten Elektrode (35) abgedichtet ist; ein oberer Abschnitt der ersten Schale (31) geöffnet ist, um eine hohle Struktur mit einem abgedichteten unteren Ende und einem geöffneten oberen Ende zu bilden; der Verdampferkern (3) von einem oberen Abschnitt des Aromaflüssigkeitsbehälters für elektrische Zigaretten (4) aufgefüllt wird und ein oberer Abschnitt des Verdampferkerns (3) lösbar mit einem unteren Abschnitt der oberen Einheit (2) verbunden ist;der Behälter für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (4) eine zweite Schale und eine zweite Elektrode (45), die an einem unteren Abschnitt der zweiten Schale vorgesehen ist, umfasst, wobei eine zweite isolierende Dichtung (47) zwischen der zweiten Schale und der zweiten Elektrode (45) vorgesehen ist, der untere Abschnitt der zweiten Schale durch Schrumpfpassung der zweiten isolierenden Dichtung (47), der zweiten Schale und der zweiten Elektrode (45) abgedichtet ist; ein oberer Abschnitt der zweiten Schale geöffnet ist, um eine hohle Struktur des Aromaflüssigkeitsbehälters für elektrische Zigaretten (4) zu bilden, der ein abgedichtetes unteres Ende und ein geöffnetes oberes Ende umfasst; der Behälter für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (4) lösbar mit einem oberen Abschnitt der Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) verbunden ist;die Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) eine dritte Schale und eine dritte Elektrode (56), die an einem oberen Abschnitt der dritten Schale vorgesehen ist, umfasst, wobei eine dritte isolierende Dichtung (47) zwischen der dritten Schale und der dritten Elektrode (46) zum isolierenden Abdichten dazwischen vorgesehen ist; eine Batterie (54) innerhalb der Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) die elektrische Zigarette mit Energie versorgt und einen Strom durch einen Leistungsschalter (57) ausgibt oder unterbricht;nach Montage der erste Pol der Heizvorrichtung (34) des Verdampferkerns (3) mit einem ersten Pol der Batterie innerhalb der Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) durch die erste Elektrode, die zweite Elektrode und die dritte Elektrode nacheinander verbunden ist; der zweite Pol der Heizvorrichtung (34) des Verdampferkerns (3) mit einem zweiten Pol der Batterie innerhalb der Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) durch die erste Schale, die zweite Schale und die dritte Schale nacheinander verbunden ist; geschlossene Stromkreise an jedem Teil gebildet sind; die Heizvorrichtung (34) des Verdampferkerns (3) durch die Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) zum Zerstäuben der Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten mit Energie versorgt wird.
- Elektrische Zigarette nach Anspruch 1, wobei
zwei exzentrische Tunnel (11,12) innerhalb des Mundstücks (1) vorgesehen sind und miteinander in einer Kreisform kommunizieren; Querschnitte der zwei exzentrischen Tunnel (11,12) tangential zueinander sind oder sich überhaupt nicht schneiden. - Elektrische Zigarette nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, wobei
die obere Einheit (2) einen Verbindungsträger (21) an dem oberen Abschnitt davon umfasst, ein Lufteinlasstunnel (212) innerhalb des Verbindungsträgers (21) vorgesehen ist; eine Dekoration (22) außerhalb an dem Verbindungsträger (21) vorgesehen ist, der den Lufteinlasstunnel (212) umgibt und eine Mehrzahl von Lufteinlässen (23) hält, wobei die Lufteinlässe (23) zum Schleifenlufteinlass in einer 360°-Schleifenform angeordnet sind; die Lufteinlässe (23) mit dem Lufteinlasstunnel (212) verbunden sind und ein Luftauslassschlitz (211) an einem unteren Abschnitt des Verbindungsträgers (21) vorgesehen ist;
die obere Einheit ferner eine erste Dichtung (26a), die an einer Außenwand der oberen Einheit (2), wo das Mundstück (1) montiert ist, vorgesehen ist, eine zweite Dichtung (26b), die an einer Montageposition der oberen Einheit (2) und des Verdampferkerns (3) vorgesehen ist, und eine dritte Dichtung (26c), die an einer Montageposition der oberen Einheit (2) und des Aromaflüssigkeitsbehälters für elektrische Zigaretten (4) vorgesehen ist, umfasst;
ein Verbinder (28) an der Montageposition der oberen Einheit (2) und des Verdampferkerns (3) vorgesehen ist. - Elektrische Zigarette nach Anspruch 3, wobei
ein doppelschichtiger Lufttunnel innerhalb der oberen Einheit (2) vorgesehen ist, der eine innere Lufttunnelröhre (25) und eine äußere Lufttunnelröhre (27) umfasst;
die Luftströmung mit der oberen Einheit (2) nacheinander durch den Lufteinlass (23), den Lufteinlasstunnel (212) und die äußere Lufttunnelröhre (27) zum Eintritt in einen hohlen Abschnitt des Verdampferkerns (3) strömt; sich die Luftströmung nach dem sorgfältigen Durchmischen mit dem Zerstäubungsdampf nach oben bewegt und nacheinander durch die innere Lufttunnelröhre (25) und das Mundstück (1) strömt, um schließlich in den Mund des Benutzers einzutreten. - Elektrische Zigarette nach Anspruch 1 bis 2 und 4, wobei
die zweite Schale einen ersten oberen Träger (41), eine Seitenlochröhre (42) und einen ersten unteren Träger (44) umfasst, wobei der erste obere Träger (41) eine hohle Struktur mit einem offenen oberen Ende umfasst und durch die Seitenlochröhre (42) mit dem ersten unteren Träger (44) verbunden ist;
die zweite Elektrode (45) an einem unteren Abschnitt des ersten unteren Trägers (44) vorgesehen ist;
die zweite Elektrode die zweite isolierende Dichtung (47) zum Bereitstellen von Schrumpfpassung mit dem ersten unteren Träger (44) zusammendrückt;
ein Innendurchmesser des ersten unteren Trägers (44) nicht mehr als ein Außendurchmesser der ersten Schale (31) des Verdampferkerns (3) beträgt oder der Innendurchmesser des ersten unteren Trägers (44) größer ist als der Außendurchmesser der ersten Schale (31) des Verdampferkerns;
ein Loch (421) an der Seitenlochröhre (42) zum Beobachten eines Inhalts der Aromaflüssigkeit der elektrischen Zigarette gebohrt ist, der Behälter für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (4) ferner eine transparente Einheit (43) umfasst, wobei die transparente Einheit (43) an einer Mitte der Seitenlochröhre durch eine vierte Dichtung (46a) an einer oberen Seite davon und eine fünfte Dichtung (46b) an einer unteren Seite davon mit einer elastischen Wirkung montiert ist;
der erste obere Träger (41), die Seitenlochröhre und der erste untere Träger (44) alle elektrisch leitfähig sind. - Elektrische Zigarette nach Anspruch 5, wobei
wenn ein Innendurchmesser der Seitenlochröhre (42) größer ist als ein Außendurchmesser der transparenten Einheit (43), die transparente Einheit (43) durch die Seitenlochröhre ummantelt ist; wenn der Innendurchmesser der Seitenlochröhre kleiner ist als der Außendurchmesser der transparenten Einheit (43), die Seitenlochröhre durch die transparente Einheit (43) ummantelt ist. - Elektrische Zigarette nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, 4 und 6, wobei
die dritte Schale einen zweiten oberen Träger (51), eine dünnwandige Röhre (53) und einen zweiten unteren Träger (58) umfasst, wobei der zweite obere Träger (51) durch die dünnwandige Röhre mit dem zweiten unteren Träger (58) verbunden ist;
die dritte Elektrode (56) an einer Öffnung des zweiten oberen Trägers (51) vorgesehen ist;
die dritte isolierende Dichtung (55) zwischen der dritten Schale und der dritten Elektrode (56) zum Abdichten davon vorgesehen ist; und ein Atmungsloch (581) an dem zweiten unteren Träger (58) vorgesehen ist;
die Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) ferner eine Steuerschaltung (52), die Batterie (54), den Leistungsschalter (57) und eine Universal-Serial-Bus-"(USB"-) (531) Schnittstelle umfasst; wobei nach Empfangen eines Auslösesignals von dem Leistungsschalter (27) die Steuerschaltung (52) den Strom ausgibt oder unterbricht. - Elektrische Zigarette nach Anspruch 7, wobei
die Steuerschaltung (52) eine einlagige Leiterplatte ("PCB") oder eine mehrschichtige "PCB" ist, die Steuerschaltung (52) horizontal angeordnet ist, was rechtwinklig zu einer axialen Richtung der elektrischen Zigarette ist. - Elektrische Zigarette nach Anspruch 8, wobei
die Steuerschaltung (52) mit einer Lichtröhre verbunden ist, wobei durch Einstellen von Lichtspitzen mit unterschiedlichen Farben und Blinkfrequenzen jeweils unterschiedliche Lichtkombinationen einem Kurschlussalarm, einem Niedrigwiderstandsschutzalarm, einem Alarm für einen offenen Stromkreis, einem Niedrigspannungsalarm, einem Zeitüberschreitungsalarm, einem Überhitzungsschutzalarm und einem Batterieüberlastungsalarm auf solche Weise entsprechen, dass der Benutzer einen Fehlerzustand eindeutig einschätzt. - Elektrische Zigarette nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, 4, 6 und 8 bis 9, wobei
durch Schraubengewinde, Klammern oder feste Passungen der obere Abschnitt der oberen Einheit (2) lösbar mit dem Mundstück (1) verbunden ist, der untere Abschnitt der oberen Einheit (2) lösbar mit dem Verdampferkern (3) verbunden ist, die obere Einheit (2) lösbar mit dem oberen Abschnitt des Aromaflüssigkeitsbehälters für elektrische Zigaretten (4) verbunden ist und der Behälter für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (4) lösbar mit dem oberen Abschnitt der Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) verbunden ist;
eine individuelle Anordnung, die von der Saugdüse, der oberen Einheit (2), dem Verdampferkern (3) und dem Behälter für Aromaflüssigkeit für elektrische Zigaretten (4) gebildet ist, und die individuelle Energie- und Steuereinheit (5) zwei wesentliche austauschbare Einheiten der elektrischen Zigarette sind.
