Claims (11)

  1. Procédé, destiné à fabriquer un porteur de charges en matière plastique (1, 4), lequel est composé au moins partiellement en une ou en plusieurs matières plastiques recyclées et la matière plastique recyclée en question est constituée en tant que substitut à pureté variétale de produits neufs, dans un premier temps, un produit de départ en matière plastique étant déchiqueté et traité en rognures et pour finir, le porteur de charge (1, 4) étant produit par emboutissage et/ou par moulage par injection, caractérisé en ce qu'après le déchiquetage du produit de départ en matière plastique, on lave et on classifie les rognures, la matière plastique recyclée en question étant conçue en tant que substitut de produit neuf libéré d'impuretés, en ce qu'on réduit à une part inférieure à 1 % en poids les impuretés dans la matière plastique recyclée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise exclusivement une matière plastique recyclée à pureté variétale et une matière plastique en produits neufs de la même variété.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique recyclée est une matière thermoplastique.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique recyclée est une matière plastique du groupe du polypropylène (PP), du polyéthylène (PE) ou du polystyrène (PS).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique recyclée fait preuve de propriétés rhéologiques qui divergent uniquement d'un maximum de +/- 10 % des valeurs des propriétés des matières plastiques en produits neufs de variété identique.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore à l'intérieur au moins un élément de sécurité conçu en tant que puce RFID ou que transpondeur et/ou on le prévoit en surface.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le porteur de charge est configuré sous la forme d'une palette de transport et/ou de stockage (1) et/ou d'un conteneur de transport réutilisable (4).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on équipe la palette de transport et/ou de stockage (1) de patins (2) interchangeables.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on raccorde de manière amovible, respectivement on emboîte les patins (2) sur la face inférieure d'une surface d'une charge (3).
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que sur la face supérieure de sa surface de charge (3), on munit la palette de transport et/ou de stockage (1) de contours (6) lesquels correspondent à des contours antagonistes (7) sur le fond inférieur d'un conteneur de transport réutilisable (4), de telle sorte que le conteneur de transport réutilisable (4) puisse être maintenu en position sûre sur la surface de la charge (3).
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on munit le conteneur réutilisable (4) de contours (9) lesquels correspondent à des contours antagonistes (8) sur la face inférieure des patins (2) de la palette de transport et/ou de stockage (1), de telle sorte que la palette de transport et/ou de stockage (1) puisse être maintenue en position sûre sur le conteneur de transport réutilisable (4).
