Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Handstopfer zum Unterstopfen von Schotter eines Gleises, bestehend aus einem Handgriffe aufweisenden Antriebsmotor und einem daran anschließenden, mit einer Stopfplatte ausgestatteten Stopfpickelrohr, in dem eine durch den Antriebsmotor rotierbare, mit einer Unwucht verbundene Unwuchtwelle gelagert ist, wobei zwischen Antriebsmotor und dem Stopfpickelrohr eine Schwingungsentkopplung angeordnet ist.
  • Ein derartiger Handstopfer ist gemäß AT 239 296 bereits bekannt. Durch Distanzierung der Unwucht vom Antriebsmotor bzw. den Handgriffen wurde versucht, die Schwingungseinwirkungen auf die Bedienungsperson zu minimieren.
  • Aus CN 1600991 A und CN 101173491 A sind Handstopfer bekannt, die jeweils eine zwischen Antriebsmotor und Stopfpickelrohr angeordnete Schwingungsentkoppelung aufweisen.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun in der Schaffung eines Handstopfers der eingangs genannten Art, mit dem eine weitere Schwingungsreduktion im Bereich der Handgriffe erzielbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit einem Handstopfer der gattungsgemäßen Art dadurch gelöst, dass die Unwuchtwelle aus einem unteren, mit der Unwucht verbundenen Wellenteil und einem oberen, mit einer Antriebswelle verbundenen Wellenteil gebildet ist, wobei beide Wellenteile unter Bildung einer gemeinsamen Rotationsachse durch einen Schwingungsdämpfer miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Mit einer derartigen Schwingungsentkopplung kann in Verbindung mit einer vom Antriebsmotor distanzierten Unwucht eine Übertragung der für die Verdichtung des Schotters erforderlichen Schwingungen auf die Handgriffe wesentlich reduziert werden. Dies hat eine für die Bedienungsperson deutlich verringerte Belastung und Ermüdung zur Folge, ohne dass die Stopfqualität beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der Zeichnungsbeschreibung.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
  • Fig. 1 eine Ansicht eines Handstopfers und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch eine Schwingungsentkopplung.
  • Ein in Fig. 1 ersichtlicher Handstopfer 1 besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem mit Handgriffen 2 verbundenen Antriebsmotor 3 und einem an diesen anschließenden Stopfpickelrohr 4, das an einem unteren Ende 5 mit einer Stopfplatte 6 verbunden ist. Innerhalb des Stopfpickelrohres 4 ist eine durch den Antriebsmotor 3 um eine Rotationsachse 7 rotierbare Unwuchtwelle 8 gelagert. Diese ist im Bereich des unteren Endes 5 des Stopfpickelrohres 4 mit einer Unwucht 9 zur Erzeugung von für die Schotterverdichtung erforderlichen Stopfschwingungen verbunden.
  • Zwischen dem Antriebsmotor 3 und einem oberen, der Stopfplatte 6 gegenüberliegenden Ende 10 des Stopfpickelrohres 4 ist eine Schwingungsentkopplung 14 vorgesehen. Dazu weist das Stopfpickelrohr 4 am oberen Ende 10 Rohrfixierelemente 11 und der Antriebsmotor 3 Motorfixierelemente 12 auf. Diese sind ausschließlich durch Schwingungsdämpfer 13 mit den Rohrfixierelementen 11 verbunden.
  • Der Handgriff 2 ist über weitere Schwingungsdämpfer 15 mit den Motorfixierelementen 12 sowie mit Bedieneinrichtungen 16 zur Steuerung des Antriebmotors 3 verbunden.
  • Wie in Fig. 2 ersichtlich, ist die Unwuchtwelle 8 aus einem unteren, mit der Unwucht 9 verbundenen Wellenteil 17 und einem oberen, mit einer Antriebswelle 18 eines Getriebes bzw. des Antriebsmotors 3 verbundenen Wellenteil 19 gebildet. Beide Wellenteile 17, 19 sind unter Bildung einer gemeinsamen Rotationsachse 7 durch einen Schwingungsdämpfer 20 miteinander verbunden.
  • Zwischen dem oberen Wellenteil 19 und der Antriebswelle 18 ist ein zweiter Schwingungsdämpfer 22 vorgesehen. Dieser ist in einer durch die Schwingungsentkopplung 14 gebildeten und normal zur Rotationsachse 7 verlaufenden Dämpfungsebene 21 positioniert. Beide Schwingungsdämpfer 20, 22 sind als elastische Kupplungen bekannter Bauart ausgebildet.
  • In einer alternativen Ausführung könnte aber auch anstelle der beiden Schwingungsdämpfer 20, 22 jeweils ein Kreuzgelenk vorgesehen werden.

Claims (3)

  1. Handstopfer zum Unterstopfen von Schotter eines Gleises, bestehend aus einem Handgriffe (2) aufweisenden Antriebsmotor (3) und einem daran anschließenden, mit einer Stopfplatte (6) ausgestatteten Stopfpickelrohr (4), in dem eine durch den Antriebsmotor (3) rotierbare, mit einer Unwucht (9) verbundene Unwuchtwelle (8) gelagert ist, wobei zwischen Antriebsmotor (3) und dem Stopfpickelrohr (4) eine Schwingungsentkopplung (14) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unwuchtwelle (8) aus einem unteren, mit der Unwucht (9) verbundenen Wellenteil (17) und einem oberen, mit einer Antriebswelle (18) verbundenen Wellenteil (19) gebildet ist, wobei beide Wellenteile (17, 19) unter Bildung einer gemeinsamen Rotationsachse (7) durch einen Schwingungsdämpfer (20) miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Handstopfer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweiter Schwingungsdämpfer (22) vorgesehen ist, der zwischen der Antriebswelle (18) und dem oberen Wellenteil (19) angeordnet ist.
  3. Handstopfer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Schwingungsdämpfer (22) in einer durch die Schwingungsentkopplung (14) gebildeten und normal zur Rotationsachse (7) verlaufenden Dämpfungsebene (21) positioniert ist.
