Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bausatz zur Herstellung von Überdachungen, insbesondere für Wintergärten, Portale, Haustür- oder Fenstervordächer und Carports. The invention relates to a kit for the production of roofing, especially for conservatories, portals, front door or window awnings and carports.

For the production of roofing mostly building materials like wood or steel are used. In roofing with glass, aluminum has become increasingly important. The reasons are that aluminum can be produced in extruded profiles, has a relatively low density, is characterized by a high corrosion resistance and has sufficient strength and flexural rigidity. The document DE-A-10048954 shows a kit for the production of roofing, which contains the features of the preamble of claim 1.

The disadvantages of conventional roofing systems lie in the large number of different parts that are required and often have to be made or processed to a considerable extent on the site, as well as a variety of joining operations required to fix the individual components together and to give the building the necessary stability ,

The invention has for its object to provide a kit for the production of canopies, which consists of as few, versatile parts that can be connected by as few joining operations.

This object is achieved by a kit according to claim 1, wherein the design features listed in the dependent claims represent advantageous developments of the task solution.

The kit according to the invention for the production of canopies consists of at least one support, at least two cross members and at least one rafter, which are each formed as extruded profiles. At least one of the cross member has at least one in particular undercut receiving profile for attaching add-on elements, wherein at least one of these receiving profiles is designed as a particular undercut mounting channel. The rafter has at least one recess for the passage of the cross member. At least one end face of a cross member, an end piece is mountable. In at least one mounting channel of a cross member an attachment is receivable, with at least one end piece rafters and attachment element are fixed in position against each other and in particular braced against each other can be brought to bear. In this assembly process, only fasteners for fixing an end piece or two end pieces at one or both ends of the cross member are necessary. Furthermore, at least one roof element is provided, which is to be carried by the rafter.

Vorzugsweise bestehen die Strangprofile aus Aluminium.Preferably, the extruded profiles are made of aluminum.

In a favorable embodiment, the rafter has a flange region to be arranged perpendicularly, the height of which exceeds its width. This edgewise design increases the flexural stiffness of the rafter so that it can absorb relatively high bending forces. The recess is preferably arranged in the flange region.

Beleuchtungseinrichtungen.Preferably, the rafter has, at the level of its upper edge, laterally projecting attachment pockets. These attachment bags serve to receive add-on elements which are mountable by being pushed in transversely or pushed in the longitudinal direction and can perform different functions, e.g. the inclusion of the roof element and / or the leadership of cables or lighting devices.

In a further embodiment is at a lower edge of the rafter, in particular the flange portion, a fastening profile for the cultivation of add-on elements. These may include, but are not limited to, brackets for lighting equipment, cables, ceiling fans and / or blinds.

Preferably, the rafter has at an upper edge, in particular above the flange area, a further fastening profile for attachment parts. These attachment parts are, for example, insulating elements intended to improve the thermal insulation of the structure.

The support and / or the cross member are preferably circular in cross-section and have on the outside each offset by 90 ° in the circumferential direction four in particular undercut cultivation channels, which are open to the outside, but the boundary walls protrude inward, so that an outer cylindrical contour only recesses but does not have projections. In a particular embodiment, support and cross members can be made from the same extruded profile. As a result, the variety of parts of the kit is further reduced.

It can be provided that the cultivation channels each have a rectangular cross section and are provided on opposite inner walls with hook strips.

In a preferred embodiment, the cultivation channels each have a rectangular cross-section and are provided on opposite inner walls with hook strips. The attachments can be attached by latching and / or clamping connections to the support and / or the cross members and / or the rafters.

Preferably, the support and / or the cross member have a plurality of, in particular four each offset at a distance of 90 ° in the circumferential direction, internally arranged screw channels. These screw channels are used for attachment of attachments such. Tails.

Preferably, a clamping element for fastening the cross member can be inserted and screwed on an upper side of the support. An embodiment of this clamping element has four areas. A first lower area can be stuck in a frontal end of the support and serves to hold the clamping element on the support. A second area has bushings, through which it can be screwed to the support and then closes it like a lid. A third region consists of an upwardly open, semi-annular element whose inner contour corresponds to an outer contour of a cross member, wherein, for example. Its inner radius corresponds to the outer radius of a cross member. In an upper or fourth area laterally two flanges are provided with Schraubdurchführungen. A semi-annular counterpart to the third and fourth region can be connected to the lateral flanges with screw penetrations such that a cross member located between the two semi-annular elements can be fixed non-positively.

It can be provided that an insulating device can be attached as an attachment for the rafter to increase the thermal insulation.

In a further variant, a hook-shaped attachment element can be attached to the rafter in order to prevent the roof element from slipping off the rafter. In particular a Insertion into an upper side mounting channel of the rafter, with securing by at least one fastening screw, proves to be favorable embodiment.

In a further embodiment, a device for receiving a sun protection element can be attached to the upper side of the rafter. This sun protection element is preferably a perforated metal sheet. This sun protection element can for example be firmly connected to the rafter or guided on a rail and be slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the rafter.

Fig. 23a explains the position fixing of the rafter 26 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the cross member 20. The rafter has in its flange portion corresponding to the cross section of the cross member, here circular opening 24, through which the cross member 20 is inserted. At least one, z. B. two or as here four distributed over the circumference of the cross member and inserted in the cultivation channels or inserted strip-shaped attachments, z. B. after Fig. 5 . 6 (Element 74) extend partially outside the circular contour of the opening 24 and are loose or under longitudinal tension against the rafters in the flange on the other hand by another rafter or a cap or lid-like tail 146, the front side screwed onto one end of the rafter is, positively supported or at least prevented from moving out. With appropriate length specification of the elements 74 can be achieved by screwing the tail 146 by means of engaging in the screw channels of the cross member 20 screws a non-positive, tight attachment of the / of the rafters on the cross member.

Fig. 23b shows a clamping member 120 having a first, lower portion 120a for insertion into and for the support on a support section 10, a second portion 120b for screwing with screw channels of the support profile, which is circular and the support closes like a lid, a third semi-annular, after open-topped region 120c having an outer radius corresponding to the outer radius of the cross member, and a fourth region 120d having side flanges provided with screw holes. A counterpart 121 allows a positive and non-positive attachment of a cross member.

Fig. 24 shows a gutter profile 130 in cross section, which may be the same as the support or cross member profile 10, but here slightly different shaped screw channels, only three spaced by 90 ° in the circumferential direction cultivation channels and only over about 270 ° (210 ° to 330 ° ) has a circumferentially extending cross-sectional shape with a more than about 90 ° (30 ° to 140 °) extending recess which serves to receive a lower end of a roof element, such as a glass plate 96 ( Fig. 25 ). In this way, a front side (in Fig. 24 left) of the profile 130, which is opposite to the roof element, smooth cylindrical and free of cultivation channels ( Fig. 24, 25 show an orientation in the mounted state with the recess receiving the roof element in a laterally and upwardly facing orientation).

Fig. 25 and 28 (Top view) show the holder of the channel profile 130 by means designed as attachments 132 gutter holders, on the one hand profile bars 132a which engage in cultivation channels of rafters 26 (or held thereon additional profiles), and on the other hand retaining rings 132b, which in particular integrally with a respective profile bar 132a are connected and enclose the gutter profile 130 with a cylindrical inner contour. If desired, analogous to the securing or tensioning of the rafters and cross beams ( Fig. 23a ) by inserting strip-shaped add-on elements corresponding to the elements 74 and attachment of corresponding end pieces 146 (FIG. Fig. 26 ) a solid fixation of the gutter profile can be achieved on the gutter brackets.

Fig. 26, 27 explain a water drain from the gutter profile 130 down. In a lower mounting channel 140 of the channel profile 130 vertical retaining strips 142 are used, which carry an upwardly open water drain box 144. In the area of the water drain box, the gutter profile is provided on its underside with a drain opening. End pieces 146 close the gutter profile end waterproof.
