Claims (18)
- Unité de pressage pour un cylindre de pressage, qui présente un sabot de pressage (1) s'étendant axialement, qui est monté sur un support (7), le sabot de pressage (1) pouvant être déplacé linéairement par rapport au support (7) dans une direction de pressage (9) et au moins une unité de pression active étant disposée entre le sabot de pressage (1) et le support (7), caractérisée en ce qu'entre l'unité de pression et le sabot de pressage (1) sont prévus plusieurs éléments de transfert (4) disposés axialement le long du cylindre de pressage les uns à côté des autres, qui sont montés de manière déplaçable au moins légèrement dans la direction axiale.
- Unité de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de transfert (4) ont une stabilité de forme notamment dans la direction de pressage (9), et se composent de préférence d'acier, d'aluminium ou d'un plastique.
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications par conséquent, caractérisée en ce que le sabot de pressage (1) est relativement souple en flexion.
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le sabot de pressage (1) présente, dans la direction de pressage (9) une épaisseur moyenne comprise entre 5 et 30, de préférence entre 15 et 20 mm.
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le sabot de pressage (1) se compose d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium.
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le sabot de pressage (1) est accouplé au support (7) par le biais d'un élément de rappel (8).
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une plaque de compensation (11) souple en flexion, s'étendant de préférence axialement sur tout le sabot de pressage (1), est prévue entre les éléments de transfert (4) et l'unité de pression.
- Unité de pressage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de compensation (11) s'étend dans la direction périphérique du cylindre de pressage sur l'ensemble du sabot de pressage (1).
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de pression est formée par plusieurs éléments de pression (5, 6) disposés axialement les uns à côté des autres et commandables de préférence séparément.
- Unité de pressage selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le nombre des éléments de transfert (4) disposés axialement les uns à côté des autres est supérieur au nombre des éléments de pression (5, 6) disposés axialement les uns à côté des autres.
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de pression est formée par plusieurs éléments de pression (5, 6) disposés les uns à côté des autres dans la direction périphérique du cylindre de pressage et de préférence commandables séparément.
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de pression n'est formée que par un seul élément de pression (5, 6).
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de pression (5, 6) sont formés à chaque fois par un agencement cylindre-piston pouvant être sollicité par un fluide sous pression.
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de pression (5, 6) sont formés à chaque fois par un corps de pression flexible, qui présente au moins une cavité (13), qui peut être sollicitée avec un fluide sous pression pour produire la force de pression par le biais d'une augmentation de volume du corps de pression.
- Unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le sabot de pressage (1) possède, vu dans la direction périphérique du cylindre de pressage, une surface de pressage concave (12).
- Cylindre de pressage comprenant une unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre de pressage possède une enveloppe de cylindre (2) rotative et de préférence flexible. - Cylindre de pressage selon la revendication 16, comprenant une unité de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que
l'unité de pressage presse l'enveloppe de cylindre (2) dans la direction d'un cylindre conjugué (3) pour former une fente de pressage. - Utilisation du cylindre de pressage selon la revendication 16 ou 17 dans une machine de fabrication et/ou d'amélioration d'une bande de papier, carton, papier-tissu, ou d'une autre bande fibreuse (10).
