Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour rassembler des envois (8) plats traitables à la main à un courant d'envois (2) triés automatiquement dans une trieuse d'après l'ordre de distribution et déposés sur une bande convoyeuse de section (1) qui transporte les envois (2, 8) dans les sections vers un poste de collecte où les envois (2) sont rassemblés d'après l'ordre de distribution, caractérisé en ce que
    - sur une partie de la bande convoyeuse de section (1) on prévoit des récipients (3) mobiles qui circulent sur une bande transporteuse (5) fermée et qui comportent chacun plusieurs casiers (4) à ouvrir vers le bas de façon commandée pour un envoi (8) à chaque fois,
    - les casiers (4) ne pouvant être vidés que quand les récipients (3) se trouvent en position de repos dans un poste de tri (6),
    - et la vidange automatique sur les sections associées aux points de remise ayant lieu en fonction de l'adresse de destination reconnue sur les envois (8) et
    - en ce que, après qu'un récipient (3) a été vidé, il peut être conduit à un poste de chargement (9) où les casiers (4) sont remplis d'envois (8),
    - en fonction de l'adresse de destination correspondante, les casiers (4) chargés des envois (8) sont alors associés aux points de remise de l'ordre de distribution et cette association est transmise à une installation destinée à l'ouverture commandée des casiers (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque casier (4) qui reçoit un envoi (8) en position verticale comporte un fond (13) à ouvrir qui est ouvert dans le poste de tri (6) pour faire sortir l'envoi (8) grâce à des actionneurs (12) fixes qui saisissent des mécanismes correspondants qui ouvrent les casiers (4).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les casiers (4) sont inclinés obliquement vers l'arrière par rapport à la direction dans laquelle est transportée la bande convoyeuse de section (1).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des actionneurs (14) fixes et destinés à fermer les casiers sont placés en aval des postes de tri (6) en direction où sont transportés les récipients (4).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande transporteuse (5) des récipients (4) est conçue de telle manière qu'un nombre déterminé de récipients (4) chargés est maintenu en position de stockage en amont du poste de chargement (9) et/ou en amont du ou des postes de tri (6) jusqu'à ce que le poste (6, 9) correspondant se libère.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poste de chargement (9) est prévu pour charger à la main les casiers (4) et qu'il comporte un dispositif de codage (11) pour indiquer à la main les adresses de remise.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le poste de chargement (9) possède un mur de casiers (10) pour prétrier à la main les envois (8) avant de charger les casiers (4) et que les indications d'adresse pour chaque zone prétriée de distribution sont indiquées avant de commencer à placer dans le casier les envois (8) de cette section.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des afficheurs qui indiquent la section de distribution à charger à ce moment sont prévus à l'endroit de chargement et sur les casiers du mur de casiers (10).
