Description
Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Skis mit zumindest einem Element zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen einer Skibindung oder eines Teils einer Skibindung, wobei der Ski eine Lauffläche, einen Kern, eine Oberflächenfolie und mehrere Verstärkungslagen, insbesondere aus hochfesten Faserwerkstoffen, aufweist und in einer ein Formober- und ein Formunterteil aufweisenden Form verpresst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10, 10', 10") zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen der Skibindung oder eines Teils der Skibindung während des Aufbaus des Skis (3) in zumindest eine Verstärkungslage (8) und in die Oberflächenfolie (9) eingesetzt wird, wobei bei geschlossener Pressform zumindest die in Skilängsrichtung verlaufenden Stoßbereiche des Elementes (10, 10', 10") mit der Oberflächenfolie (9) unter Pressdruck gesetzt werden und das Element (10, 10', 10") derart mit dem Ski verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10, 10', 10") zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen der Skibindung oder eines Teils der Skibindung während des Aufbaus des Skis (3) in die Oberflächenfolie (9) unter Bildung zumindest weitgehend stufenloser Stoßbereiche eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10, 10', 10") zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen einer Skibindung oder eines Teils einer Skibindung mit mehreren, insbesondere mit bis zu drei, Verstärkungslagen (8, 8', 17) verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10, 10', 10") zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen einer Skibindung oder eines Teils einer Skibindung auch mit dem Skikern (4) verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungslagen (8, 8', 17) und die Oberflächenfolie (9) vor dem Auflegen mit entsprechenden Ausnehmungen zur Aufnahme des Elementes (10, 10', 10") versehen werden.
- Ski mit zumindest einem Element zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen einer Skibindung oder eines Teils einer Skibindung, wobei der Ski eine Lauffläche, einen Kern, eine Oberflächenfolie und mehrere Verstärkungslagen, insbesondere aus hochfesten Faserwerkstoffen, aufweist und in einer ein Formober- und ein Formunterteil aufweisenden Form verpresst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10, 10', 10") zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen einer Skibindung oder eines Teils einer Skibindung in zumindest eine Verstärkungslage (8) und in die Oberflächenfolie (9) eingesetzt, gemeinsam mit diesem verpresst und derart mit dem Ski verbunden ist.
- Ski nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächenfolie (9) bündig an das Element (10, 10', 10") zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen der Skibindung oder eines Teils der Skibindung anschließt.
- Ski nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10, 10', 10") zum Anordnen bzw. Befestigen einer Skibindung oder eines Teils der Skibindung zumindest eine in Skilängsrichtung verlaufende Führungsleiste (12) aufweist, auf welche die Skibindung bzw. das Skibindungsteil aufschiebbar ist.
- Ski nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsleisten (12) von zumindest einem Verbindungsansatz (11, 11', 11") des Elementes (10, 10', 10") geringfügig überragt sind, welcher jeweils an die Oberflächenfolie (9) anschließt und mit zumindest einer der Verstärkungslagen (8, 8') in Kontakt ist.
- Ski nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10', 10") mit dem Skikern (4) verbunden ist.
- Ski nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10', 10") zumindest ein Fußteil (22) aufweist, welches in einer Aufnahmenut (4a) des Skikernes (4) sitzt.
- Ski nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10, 10', 10") mit Absätzen (23, 25, 26), Fortsätzen (27) oder dergleichen derart versehen ist, dass die Verstärkungslagen (8, 8', 17) und die Oberflächenfolie (9) in unterschiedlichen Ausmaßen zur Aufnahme des Elementes (10, 10', 10") ausgenommen sind.
- Ski nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (10', 10") zweigeteilt ist und zwei Führungsteile mit je einer Führungsleiste (12) aufweist.
- Ski nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Führungsteil je einen weiteren zur Skimitte weisenden Verbindungsansatz (21, 21') aufweist.
