Claims (12)
- Heißlufttrockner für eine Beschichtungsanlage, insbesondere für eine Beschichtungsanlage für Fahrzeugkarosserien (102), umfassend
einen Trocknernutzraum (120) zur Aufnahme zu trocknender Gegenstände,
eine Fördereinrichtung (104) zum Hindurchfördern der zu trocknenden Gegenstände durch den Trocknernutzraum (120) längs einer Förderrichtung (106), wobei die zu trocknenden Gegenstände eine sich längs der Förderrichtung (106) erstreckende Förderkontur (131) überstreichen, und
in seitlichen Begrenzungswänden (122) des Trocknernutzraums (120) angeordnete Zuführdüsen (148) für den Durchtritt von Trocknerzuluft in den Trocknernutzraum (120),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heißlufttrockner (100) mindestens ein erstes Segment (126) umfaßt, in dem mehr als die Hälfte der dem Trocknernutzraum (120) in diesem Segment zugeführten Luftmenge durch Zuführdüsen (148), welche in einem ersten (132a) der durch die Längsmittelebene (130) der Förderkontur (131) begrenzten Halbräume angeordnet sind, zugeführt wird, und
mindestens ein längs der Förderrichtung (106) auf das erste Segment (126) folgendes zweites Segment (128) umfaßt, in dem mehr als die Hälfte der dem Trocknernutzraum (120) in diesem Segment zugeführten Luftmenge durch Zuführdüsen (148), welche in dem zweiten (132b) der durch die Längsmittelebene (130) der Förderkontur (131) begrenzten Halbräume angeordnet sind, zugeführt wird. - Heißlufttrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Segment (126) und das zweite Segment (128) längs der Förderrichtung (106) unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgen.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heißlufttrockner (100) mehrere erste Segmente (126) und mehrere zweite Segmente (128) umfaßt, wobei längs der Förderrichtung (106) abwechselnd je ein erstes Segment (126) und ein zweites Segment (128) aufeinander folgen.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem ersten Segment (126) mindestens ungefähr zwei Drittel, vorzugsweise mindestens ungefähr 90 %, der dem Trocknernutzraum (120) in diesem Segment zugeführten Luftmenge durch Zuführdüsen (148), welche in dem ersten Halbraum (132a) angeordnet sind, zugeführt wird.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem zweiten Segment (128) mindestens ungefähr zwei Drittel, vorzugsweise mindestens ungefähr 90 %, der dem Trocknernutzraum (120) in diesem Segment zugeführten Luftmenge durch Zuführdüsen (148), welche in dem zweiten Halbraum (132b) angeordnet sind, zugeführt wird.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem ersten Segment (126) sämtliche Zuführdüsen (148) in dem ersten Halbraum (132a) angeordnet sind.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem zweiten Segment (128) sämtliche Zuführdüsen (148) in dem zweiten Halbraum (132b) angeordnet sind.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Segment (126) sich längs der Förderrichtung (106) über eine Länge von ungefähr 1 m bis ungefähr 4 m erstreckt.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das zweite Segment (128) längs der Förderrichtung (106) über eine Länge von ungefähr 1 m bis ungefähr 4 m erstreckt.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesamtluftmenge, welche dem Trocknernutzraum (120) durch die Zuführdüsen (148), die im ersten Halbraum (132a) des ersten Segments (126) und im ersten Halbraum (132a) des zweiten Segments (128) angeordnet sind, zugeführt wird, im wesentlichen gleich groß ist wie die Gesamtluftmenge, welche dem Trocknernutzraum (120) durch die Zuführdüsen (148), die im zweiten Halbraum (132b) des ersten Segments (126) und im zweiten Halbraum (132b) des zweiten Segments (128) angeordnet sind, zugeführt wird.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung der Zuführdüsen (148) in dem zweiten Segment (128) bezüglich der Längsmittelebene (130) der Förderkontur (131) im wesentlichen spiegelsymmetrisch zu der Anordnung der Zuführdüsen (148) in dem ersten Segment (126) ist.
- Heißlufttrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heißlufttrockner (100) einen Aufheizbereich (108) umfaßt, in dem die zu trocknenden Gegenstände von einer Anfangstemperatur auf eine Endtemperatur aufgeheizt werden, und daß das mindestens eine erste Segment (126) und das mindestens eine zweite Segment (128) in dem Aufheizbereich des Heißlufttrockners (100) angeordnet sind.
