Claims (7)
- Panneau composite pultrudé réalisé en une seule opération et comportant deux faces planes parallèles (1) reliées et raidies par des entretoises (2) solidaires desdites faces (1) et réalisées dans la même opération de pultrusion avec les mêmes matériaux, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu, sur au moins une face, d'un revêtement anti-adhérent (3).
- Panneau, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement anti-adhérent (3) est sous forme d'une couche composite flexible ou rigide appliquée sur la face (1) correspondante du panneau.
- Panneau, suivant la revendication 1, réalisé à base de fibres de renfort d'origine minérale et/ou organique et/ou chimique et de résine thermodurcissable et/ou thermoplastique, et comportant, en outre, des fibres de carbone et/ou des fibres aramides du type polyparaphénylènetéréphtalamide connu sous la dénomination commerciale kevlar de la société Du Pont de Nemours, caractérisé en ce que des tresses de cuivre sont introduites dans la masse du panneau pendant l'opération de pultrusion.
- Panneau, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement anti-adhérent (3) est sous forme d'une couche composite flexible appliquée sur au moins une face du panneau par irradiation aux ultraviolets et constituée par un tissu de verre pré-imprégné réalisé par enduction par fusion sur un côté du tissu d'un film polypropylène et par enduction de l'autre côté d'une résine époxy polymérisable aux rayons ultraviolets.
- Panneau, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche composite flexible est un un apprêt polyester du type connu sous la désignation commerciale APPRÊT POLYESTER GRIS PALINAL REF 862.7777 de la société dite STARCOLOR SAC et est constitué par un apprêt et un durcisseur mélangés dans un rapport de 1 à 20.
- Panneau, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement anti-adhérent (3) est constitué par un gel pour moule à béton à base de résine polyester résistant à l'abrasion.
- Panneau, suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le gel est du type connu sous la dénomination commerciale GEL-COAT GRIS SM 1329 ARA de la société FERRO PLASTICS EUROPE.
