Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis, bestehend aus einem ein-oder mehrschichtigen Trägermaterial, wobei auf oder innerhalb einer Echtheitselement-Schicht dieses Trägermaterials ein Echtheitselement angeordnet ist, wobei unterhalb der Echtheitselement-Schicht des Trägermaterials ein Lumineszenzelement (13) angeordnet ist, das bei Anregung eine Hintergrundbeleuchtung des Echtheitselements hervorruft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Lumineszenzelement (13) durch elektromagnetische Strahlung angeregt wird. - Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der anregende Wellenlängenbereich für die Lumineszenzelemente (13) im UV-Wellenlängenbereich liegt.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anregung für die Lumineszenzelemente (13) durch eine Hg-Niederdruckentladungslampe erfolgt.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anregung für die Lumineszenzelemente (13) durch eine extrem schmalbandige Lichtquelle in der Form eines Lasers erfolgt.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anregung für die Lumineszenzelemente (13) mittels Festkörperlaser, Nd:YAG Laser oder durch Excimerlaser erfolgt.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anregung für die Lumineszenzelemente (13) durch Frequenzvervielfachung der verwendeten Laserfrequenz erfolgt.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anregung für die Lumineszenzelemente (13) durch Infrarotstrahlung erfolgt.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anregung für die Lumineszenzelemente (13) durch Röntgenstrahlung erfolgt.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lumineszenzelement lumineszierende Substanzen auf der Basis überwiegend mit Mn aktivierte Silikate, Phosphate, Wolframate, Germanate oder Borate verwendet werden.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruüch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektroden (2a, 2b) fingerförmige Ausbildungen aufweisen.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Elektroden (2a, 2b) aus einer elektrisch leitfähigen und transluzenten Zinnoxid bzw. Indium-Zinn-Oxid Schicht besteht.
- Wert- und Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungen (4, 5) und die Elektrodenflächen (6, 7) aus Silber-, Carbon- oder Kupferpasten bestehen.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektrolumineszenzschicht und die Elektrode durch eine zwischen der Unterseite der Elektrolumineszenzschicht und der Oberseite der Elektrodenfläche angeordnete Isolierschicht getrennt sind und die Isolierschicht eine möglichst große Dielektrizitätskonstante aufweist.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungen (4, 5) und die Elektrodenflächen (6,7) aus elektrisch hoch leitenden Metall- und/oder Carbonpasten bestehen.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lumineszenzschicht photolumineszierende Substanzen beigemischt sind.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luminiszenzschicht durch elektro-magnetische Strahlungsquellen definierter Wellenlänge zum Leuchten angeregt wird.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Echtheitselement aus einer auf dem Trägermaterial (1) aufgebrachten in ihrer Struktur (15) und/oder Farbe veränderten Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie (14) besteht.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie (14) Vertiefungen und/oder Bohrungen (16) vorgesehen werden, aus denen sich die Echtheitsmerkmale zusammensetzen.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf oder in die Vertiefungen und/oder Bohrungen (16) Mikrolinsen (22) eingesetzt sind.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Echtheitselement selbst lumineszierende Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Elektrodenfläche (6, 7) eine zusätzliche Transponderspule eingefügt ist.
