Die Unterseite der Tischplatte 3 verläuft horizontal, wodurch die Aufstellung mittels gleichlanger Füße 2 mit rechtwinkeligen horizontalen Stirnseiten wesentlich erleichtert wird. Entsprechendes gilt für den Anbau von Lagersäulen 5, 6 für Transportsterne, Drehtische oder ähnliches, wie insbesondere die Figur 2 zeigt. Derartige Anbauteile werden durch konzentrische Bohrungen in Oberplatte 3a und Unterplatte 3b hindurchgesteckt, mit der Unterplatte 3b verschraubt oder verschweißt und schließlich durch eine Schweißnaht oder dgl. gegenüber der Oberplatte 3a abgedichtet. Es sind somit keinerlei Anpassungen dieser Anbauteile an die schräge Oberseite der Tischplatte 3a erforderlich.
Claims (12)
- Vortisch (1) für Gefäßbehandlungsmaschinen, insbesondere Füll- und/oder Verschließmaschinen, mit einer auf Füßen (2) stehenden Tischplatte (3), auf der Transportelemente (T) für die Flaschen, Dosen oder dgl. angeordnet sind, wobei die Oberseite der Tischplatte gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigt ist und die Unterseite der Tischplatte (3) horizontal verläuft, wobei die Tischplatte (3) mindestens eine geneigte Oberplatte (3a) und mindestens eine horizontale Unterplatte (3b) aufweist, die starr miteinander verbunden sind und die Oberplatte (3a) und die Unterplatte (3b) einen Hohlraum (4) einschließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberplatte (3a) und die Unterplatte (3b) am Rand flanschartig nach unten abgebogen und im abgebogenen Randbereich miteinander verbunden sind und dass innerhalb des vom abgebogenen Randbereich begrenzten Raumes Zahnräder (8,9) für die Transportelemente (T) angeordnet sind.
- Vortisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (4) gasdicht abgeschlossen ist.
- Vortisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (4) ausgeschäumt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Hohlraum (4) mindestens eine Versteifungsrippe (7) angeordnet ist, die mit der Oberplatte (3a) und der Unterplatte (3b) verbunden ist.
- Vortisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einen senkrechten Lagerbock (5,6) für ein Transportelement (T), der den Hohlraum (4) durchdringt und zumindest an der Unterplatte (3b) befestigt und an der Oberplatte (3a) abgedichtet ist.
- Vortisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Oberplatte (3a) vorzugsweise an deren höchster Stelle, mindestens eine Spritzdüse (10) angeordnet ist, die an eine im Hohlraum (4) verlegte Versorgungsleitung (11) angeschlossen ist.
- Vortisch (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spritzdüse (10) drehbar ist.
- Vortisch (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Hohlraum (4) eine Heizeinrichtung (12) für die Tischplatte (3) angeordnet ist.
- Vortisch (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite der Tischplatte (3) mit einem wasserabstoßenden Belag (B) versehen ist.
- Vortisch nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Belag (B) antibakterielle Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Vortisch nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der Belag (B) selbstreinigende Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Vortisch nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Belag (B) aus Kunststoff besteht.
