Description

The present invention relates to a hob with a hob plate, in particular of glass ceramic, which is supported on a metallic, one-piece mounting frame, the side walls extending substantially perpendicular to the hob plate and the bottom has a parallel to the hob plate at a distance from this extending mounting shoulder, the a large floor opening of the mounting frame moves and in which mounting shoulder mounting holes are provided for holding components of the hob, and a corresponding manufacturing method.

Such a hob is known from the document DE 29513 246.9, wherein a connectable with the mounting frame decorative frame, for example, consists of deep-drawn chrome-nickel steel. The mounting frame used as a base for mounting is also manufactured in thermoforming technology and is used, inter alia, for attachment of functional components of the hob, such as residual heat indicators, holding elements for heating elements, etc.

Object of the present invention is to simplify the manufacturing technique of a one-piece mounting frame of a hob according to the preamble of claim 1.

According to the invention this is achieved in a generic hob by the fact that the mounting frame is made in bending technology. In this case, the side walls are formed as separate individual side wall sections which are circumferentially each individually, bent at right angles from the mounting shoulder. The method according to the invention is characterized in that the four side walls of the mounting frame are each bent at right angles as a single surface from a bottom plate of the frame, which form a mounting shoulder, that the side walls in each adjacent edge regions are firmly connected to each other, and that in the mounting shoulder mounting holes for holding components of the hob and in the bottom plate a large area cut are punched. The decisive advantage over the solution according to the prior art is that by means of the bending technique, the size and the contour of the mounting shoulder manufacturing technology can be made easily variable. This results in a high variability of arrangeable in the mounting shoulder mounting holes or components of the hob with respect to their size and location, whereby a large variety of types of hobs with sufficient stability and high accuracy manufacturing technology is particularly simple and inexpensive to implement.

To stabilize or stiffen the mounting frame can be connected to this a decorative frame. For this purpose, mounting openings for holding the decorative frame are advantageously provided in the side walls of the mounting frame.

In terms of manufacturing technology, it is particularly accurate when two side walls of the mounting frame are connected to one another in the corner region on bent connecting tabs in pressure joining or clinching technology in the bending tool. Alternatively, the fixed connection can also be realized by a welded connection.

Dem selben Zweck dient auch die Ausgestaltung gemäß Patentanspruch 4.To further increase the stability of the arrangement, realized in the side walls of the mounting frame in bending technology special profile areas are provided. The same purpose is also the embodiment according to claim 4.

Also, the stability of the hob can be further increased by the fact that the hob plate is glued to the mounting frame made in bending technique and / or the decorative frame via an adhesive bond. As a result, the frame parts or the plate of the hob can be permanently fixed after setting the cloth in the optimum mounting position. In addition, the corresponding adhesive bead can also protect the hob against the ingress of liquid.

A cooktop 1 has a rectangular decorative frame 3 made of stainless steel, which is connected to a one-piece, rectangular mounting frame 5 made of steel sheet arranged underneath (FIG. 1). Between the decorative frame 3 and the mounting frame 5 is a known glass ceramic plate 7 of the hob 1 is supported. On the upper side of the glass ceramic plate 7, this has suitable Dekorbedruckungen that mark the heated cooking zones of the hob 1 (not shown). The decorative frame 3 is multi-part and formed in profile substantially T-shaped. About a perpendicular to the glass ceramic plate 7 circumferentially extending decorative frame side wall 9 a curved decorative frame cover plate 11 is formed in bending technique. On the underside of the outside of the glass ceramic plate 7 wegkragenden leg-shaped outer portion of the decorative frame plate 11, a first sealing bead 13 is applied (Fig. 1, 3). By means of this rests suitably sealed the hob 1 and the decorative frame 3, for example, on a correspondingly cut worktop in a conventional manner (not shown). Furthermore, a second foamed sealing bead 15 is circumferentially provided in the intermediate space between the upper side of the glass ceramic plate 7 and the underside of the inwardly cantilevered leg-shaped inner portion of the decorative frame plate 11. The glass ceramic plate 7 is thus bordered by the decorative frame 3 and is circumferentially overlapped by this by means of the decorative frame cover plate 11. In the edge region of the glass-ceramic plate 7, a plurality of small elastic pieces of adhesive tape 17 are glued peripherally distributed on the underside thereof. At the same time a silicone adhesive bead 19 is peripherally circumferentially applied to the glass ceramic plate 7 and between the edge region of the glass ceramic plate 7 and the inside of the decorative frame side wall 9 in this area. This adhesive connection 19 is used in addition to the fixation of the two frame parts 3, 5 and the hob plate 7 and the sealing of the hob 1 in this area. The glass ceramic plate 7 is supported on the adhesive tape pieces 17 on the circumference on a parallel to the glass ceramic plate 7 in a frame-shaped extending support shoulder 21 of the mounting frame 5. The support shoulders 21 are individually bent at right angles from the four side walls 23, 24 of the rectangular mounting frame 5. In an upper wall portion 25 of the side walls 23, 24 of the mounting frame 5 are circumferentially distributed rectangular flap openings 27 punched (Fig. 1). In this flap openings 27 9 three-sided cut, rectangular mounting tabs 29 are bent or provided from the decorative frame side wall. To simplify the mounting of the decorative frame 3 to the mounting frame 5, a small gap is provided between the decorative frame side wall 9 and the mounting frame side wall 23 circumferentially. In the lower wall portion 31 of the side wall 23 is bent at right angles and perpendicular to the glass ceramic plate 7 and thus a connecting tab 33 extending parallel to the adjacent side wall 24 of the mounting frame 5 is provided. The two side walls 23, 24 are firmly connected to each other at points 35 of the connecting tab 33 in Druckfügetechnik. Through this connection in the four corners of the mounting frame 5, this receives its basic stability. At the lower end portion of the lower wall portion 31 of the side walls 23, 24 of the mounting frame 5 extends circumferentially bent at right angles parallel to the support shoulder 21 and the glass ceramic plate 7, a mounting shoulder 37 (Fig. 1, 3). This encloses a large area bottom cutout 39 and also has component openings 41 which are essentially distributed on the circumference (FIGS. 1, 3). In these component openings 41 components of the hob 1, such as lighting elements, switches or electronic components, such as a residual heat display unit, be supported (not shown). Parallel to the side wall 24 of the mounting frame 5, a heat shield 43 is bent at right angles from the mounting shoulder 37 for thermal protection of particularly temperature-sensitive electronic components held in the component opening 41 below the glass ceramic plate 7 (FIG. 3).

Richtungspfeil in Fig. 1). The assembly of the hob 1 described in Figures 1 and 3 is as follows: First, the decorative frame 3 with the top of his decorative frame top plate 11, for example, placed on a mounting table (mounting direction of FIG. 3 and direction arrow in Fig. 1). Then, the first and the second sealing bead 13, 15 on the freely accessible from above bottom of the decorative frame plate 11 sprayed. Subsequently, the glass ceramic plate 7 is placed in the exact position bounded by the decorative frame side wall 9 receiving space on the decorative frame plate 11. Furthermore, circumferentially distributed adhesive tape pieces 17 are glued onto the underside of the glass-ceramic plate 7 projecting upwards in the mounting position. Also, silicone adhesive 19 is applied in the circumferential edge region of the glass ceramic plate 7 and in the edge gap between the glass ceramic plate 7 and the decorative frame side wall 9 (FIG. 1). Thereafter, the mounting frame 5 is placed with its support shoulder 21 on the glass ceramic plate 7 and the adhesive tape 17 pieces. Subsequently, a pressure on the mounting frame 5 is applied evenly distributed over the surface of the glass ceramic plate 7. As a result, the elastic tape pieces 17 are circumferentially slightly compressed. In the next step, all lobes 29 initially lying in the plane of the decorative frame side wall 9 are simultaneously placed in the flap openings 27 of the side wall 23, 24 of the mounting frame 5. After this manufacturing step, the pressure of the mounting frame 5 is lifted on the pieces of adhesive tape 17. Due to their elastic properties, the mounting frame 5 is pushed away from the glass ceramic plate 7 and the decorative frame 3 until the corresponding edges of the mounting tabs 29 abut the corresponding opening edges of the flap opening 27. In this position of the mounting unit cures the adhesive bead 19, whereby the geometric positioning of the frame parts 3, 5 and the glass ceramic plate 7 are defined to each other. The elasticity and the geometry of the second sealing bead 15 and the decorative frame plate 11 are coordinated so that the decorative frame 11 is sealed on all sides substantially gap-free on the top of the glass ceramic plate 7. In the component openings 41, the corresponding components are then inserted or held (not shown). Furthermore, heating elements 45 are placed in the bottom cutout 39 of the mounting frame 5 on the underside of the glass ceramic plate 7 and pressed in position by means of the following explained support elements 51 (FIGS. 2, 3). Finally, the mounting frame 5 is closed on the bottom side by a lid (not shown).

In the manufacture of the mounting frame 5, the following steps are always carried out in a suitable order: It should be noted that initially essentially the bending steps are performed and only then assembly openings for cooktop components are produced according to the desired to be produced hob types. First, the four mounting frame side walls 23, 24 individually bent at right angles from the plane of a metal plate. The then remaining in the plane of the metal plate surface area of the plate later forms the mounting shoulder 37 of the mounting frame 5. There are bent by the end portions of the mounting frame side walls 23, 24 respectively the support shoulders 21 at right angles. For the completion of the one-piece sheet metal mounting frame 5 produced in bending, the side walls 23, 24 in the abutting edge regions in the region of the connecting tabs 33 are firmly connected to each other by Druckfüge- or clinching technique (Fig. 1). In addition, in order to increase the rigidity of the mounting frame 5 in the side walls 23, elongated profile areas are realized in bending technology. From the sheet metal plate, the large-area bottom cutout 39 and the component openings 41 are then suitably punched depending on the respective desired hob type. Furthermore, the bottom plate is provided with thread impressions, in particular in order to close the hob 1 on the bottom side with the lid (not shown).

For adjusting or positioning and mounting the heating elements 45 or the known heating element pots 47 on the underside of the glass ceramic plate 7, the heating element pots 47 are placed in the stable assembly frame 3.5 - glass ceramic plate 7 preassembled as described above (FIG ). At the bottom of Heizelementtöpfe 47 are arranged in a conventional manner on a circle spaced from each other, numerous numbered positioning holes 49 are provided. The exact assignment of the position of the Heizelementtopfes 47 to the corresponding printed on the top of the glass ceramic plate decor in the range of less than 1 mm inaccuracy is realized as follows: On the mounting shoulder 37 for each Heizelementtopf 47 exactly a radiator support member 51 is attached made of spring steel material. The support member 51 has a flat and elongated body 53. To increase its stability, embossing 55 is provided over substantially its entire length. By means of screws 57, which protrude through corresponding screw holes 59 of the support member 51, the support member 51 is fixed to the mounting shoulder 37 in a longitudinal side of the mounting frame 5. At the two opposite end portions of the base 53 as far as possible from each other at a distance, are provided at right angles bent from this positioning hook 61. These stuck in correspondingly formed openings of the mounting shoulder 37. To increase the positioning accuracy, is one of the substantially vertically downwardly projecting positioning hook 61 at an angle of about 45 ° to the other positioning hook (Fig. 2, 3). Furthermore, from the main body 53, two likewise widely spaced arms 63 and protrude from the plane of the mounting shoulder 37 and the base body 53 in the bottom cutout 39 of the mounting frame 5. The arms 63 end in pot hooks 65 in the corresponding positioning holes 49 of the bottom of Heizelementopfes 47 engage. This distance is typically about ½ of the diameter of the Heizelementtopfes 47. Here, the support member 51 serves for a positioning or adjustment of the Heizelementtopfes 47 relative to the frame. 3 5 and the glass ceramic plate 7 and on the other to press the Heizelementtopfes 47 to the underside of the glass ceramic plate 7. This hold down function can be reinforced by additional, provided in the lid of the mounting frame 5 tools, such as springs or embossments (not shown).
