Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock, in particular espagnolette lock, with at least one trap using a releasable locking member in a first trap entry position, in which essentially only one the Section of the trap head with sloping ceilings protrudes over the faceplate against the force of the latch spring is held and from this first trap entry position for example by striking the striking plate can be pushed into a return position, from which the trap according to a released locking member advances into a second trap entry position, in which one of the trailing slopes follows Transom section protrudes over the faceplate.
- the trap has a surface up to the trap head reaching longitudinal groove for receiving a locking member, which in the first trap entry position with a Locking cams protrude behind the faceplate.
- a locking member which in the first trap entry position with a Locking cams protrude behind the faceplate.
- a trap control described above is also used with an additional lock of an espagnolette lock, see. DE 296 05 517 U1. Here too similar disadvantages.
- the object of the invention is based on the object a lock, especially espagnolette lock, which in Speaking type in a simple manner locking technology to improve.
- the locking member When performing the relocation, due to the impact of the trap head on the Strike plate, the locking member enters spring-loaded the release position what the subsequent advance movement the trap is allowed in the second position.
- the locking member can be by levering it into the stop position lead back. This leverage can either can be initiated by lever or key actuation. In detail, this looks like the return into the stop position by means of an inclined surface control takes place what is manufacturing and locking technology proves to be cheap.
- the locking member has a locking cam, the shifting of the locking member between one short and a long housing-fixed groove changes. The short groove determines the stop position, while the long one Only allowed the trap to be in its second trap entry position is relocatable.
- Locking disorders are eliminated in that the force of the locking member spring is less than that of the trap spring. Then it proves to be an advantage that the pusher or key operated latch retraction on the locking member slope attacking lever arm the trap moved back into the Position drags in which the locking cam emerges from the longer groove and according to the displacement of the locking member occurs before the mouth of the shorter groove and after the loading in the shorter groove pulls in until it ends.
- the trap one of a main lock rod-operated additional lock is assigned so that the door is already closed experiences a multi-point locking.
- a variant draws is characterized in that the locking member is a slide is. Furthermore, the slide is substantially transverse to Trap shifting direction shiftable. Then are the grooves assigned to a housing broad side wall.
- a smooth displacement of the slide results from the fact that the slide displacement direction to the trap displacement direction runs slightly inclined. It will therefore less force is required to push the slider to shift the lever arm.
- Another version is the locking member on a housing-fixed, longitudinally grooved Shaft arranged rotating part. The latter runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the trap. Furthermore, the wave used to carry the trap tail. The trap is in its second forward position and if the door is to be opened, it will Turned part turned when lever is applied. In detail this looks like the rotational displacement of the Stop position in the release position in two phases runs in such a way that when the locking cam emerges the shorter groove first the first turn and then by acting on the locking cam against an inclined surface between the two grooves the second Rotation occurs. As a result, the control of the Turned part in a way according to the ballpoint pen principle.
- the espagnolette lock according to the first embodiment has a elongated, rail-like forend 1.
- the faceplate 1 carries a main lock 2.
- This has a main lock latch in its upper area 3, which is retractable by means of a follower 4 is.
- Below the follower 4 is located an installation opening 5 for one in the main lock 2 Double profile cylinder, not shown.
- Main lock bolt 6 lockable and lockable.
- the latch 3 is retracted when the lock cylinder is actuated become.
- the main lock 2 controls when the lock cylinder is actuated one down and up from the main castle 2 Drive rod brought out 7.
- the drive rod. 7 leads to both sides of the main castle 2 on the Forend 1 fixed additional locks 8 of the same structure.
- Each additional lock 8 has a faceplate 1 attached Castle floor 9 and a parallel to it, held by unspecified means Castle ceiling 10. Between castle floor 9 and castle ceiling 10 extends the lock set-up of the additional lock 8.
- the castle instructor one guided parallel to the faceplate 1 in the lock case Espagnolette connecting slide 11 on which the Driving rod 7 is hooked with a bend 7 '.
- connection rod connecting slide 11 equipped with a connecting drive rod 12 to control other locking components, not shown.
- the connecting rod connecting slide 11 is Carrier of a drive cam 13, by means of which in known manner a designed as a hook bolt 14 is closable. The latter swings around a lock case side Stud 15.
- the trap head 16 ' has a trap slope 22 having section A, which in the first trap entry position 3 over the faceplate 1. On a locking section closes this first section A. B and this the trap tail 16 ''.
- the trap tail 16 '' is a carrier of a locking member 23. This is designed slider and essentially transversely to the latch displacement direction in a transverse groove 24 of the trap tail 16 ''.
- the transverse groove 24 runs slightly inclined to the trap shifting direction.
- On the lower end of the locking member 23 engages a compression spring-like Locking member spring 25. Their power is less than that of the trap spring 18.
- For the purpose of achieving an inclined surface control forms the locking member 23 on its opposite the locking member spring 25 End of an inclined surface 26.
- the teaching is the corresponding broad side surface of the 16 ′′ protruding section of the Locking member 23.
- the inclined surface 26 cooperates with a lever arm 27 of an angular lever 28, the another lever arm 29 carries a stop pin 30 to interact with a bend 11 'at the top End of the connecting rod connecting slide 11.
- the lever arm 27 By own weight is the lever arm 27 according to the position in Fig. 3 on the inclined surface 26 of the locking member 23.
- the locking member 23 carries a transverse locking cam 31, which in the case of shifting of the locking member between a short groove 32 and a long groove 33 changes.
- Both the short and the long groove 32, 33 are located on the inside of the castle ceiling 10.
- the grooves 32, 33 can be achieved by stamping his. It is also possible to have a corresponding guide plate to be provided on the inside of the castle ceiling 10.
- the arrangement of the grooves 32, 33 is such that the shorter groove 32 lies below and accordingly the compression spring 25 is adjacent.
- the two grooves are separate 32, 33 by a web 34. As the drawings illustrate, the grooves 32, 33 run in the trap forward direction slightly inclined upwards.
- the trap slopes 22 the case 16 the striker plate on the door frame side 35, associated with a relocation of the trap 16 inside the lock case.
- the relocation route the trap 16 is larger than the length of the short groove 32 so that the locking cam 31 of the spring-loaded Locking member 23 is no longer supported. So it can via the locking member spring 25, the locking member 23 in a the trap 16 relocated to release position become.
- the displacement of the locking member 23 is limited by the upper edge of the longer groove 33, see. Fig. 5. Therefore, once the trap head 16 'with the latch entry opening 35 'of the striking plate 35 the trap is in its second trap entry position 6, in which shift the locking cam 31 moves into the longer groove 33.
- the Trap entry movement is limited by accordingly Long dimensioning of the longitudinal groove 21, against which the faceplate 1 adjacent end edge of the guide projection 20 of the trap tail 16 '' abuts.
- the angular lever arm 28 over the inclined surface 26 of the locking member 23 is pivoted.
- the main lock latch 3 has also engaged.
- the locking position can now be activated using the key Be brought about, the drive rod 7 travels in the downward direction and the connecting rod connecting slide 11 takes away. Over the drive cam 13, the hook-shaped bolt 14 is excluded. Furthermore, the main lock bolt is locked 6. In the locked position, the Espagnolette connecting slide 11 in front of a shoulder of Trap tail 16 'and thus as a non-return lock Act.
- Opening the door requires closing, at which drives the drive rod 7 in the upward direction and initially brings the latches 6, 14 out of engagement. With continued displacement of the drive rod 7 then acts on the bend 11 'of the connecting rod connecting slide 11 the stop pin 30 of the Lever 28, whereupon this in the position shown in FIG. 8 pivoted.
- the lever arm 27 in turn acts on the inclined surface 26 of the locking member 23, initially the trap 16 is withdrawn.
- the Locking cams 31 kicked out of the area of the web 34 the locking member 23 can oppose each other in the transverse direction move the force of the locking member spring 25, so that the locking cam 31 before the mouth of the short groove 32 lies. Since also the main lock latch 3 withdrawn the door can be opened. By ending the locking cam 31 then moves in the shorter groove 32 to the end and thereby holds the trap 16 in its first position, as shown in Fig. 3.
- the top flank of the 37 '' tail is dominated by a wing 38, which has an upward fork opening 39 trains.
- a locking member 42 Extends between the fork legs 40, 41 a locking member 42, which in this second Embodiment is a turned part.
- Both the fork legs 40, 41 of the wing 38 as well as the rotary part Locking member 42 are penetrated by a parallel to the direction of displacement of the trap 37 above the same arranged, longitudinally grooved shaft 43.
- the same is rotatably with the square end sections 44 the Lock case associated with the additional lock 36.
- Distributed around are four on the shaft 43 in the longitudinal direction running short grooves 45 cut, which on the coordinates lie, i.e. offset by 90 ° to each other are arranged.
- the locking member 42 which is designed as a turned part, has a Inner bore 51, which is the outer diameter of the shaft 43 corresponds.
- pawl-side Ribs 52 in.
- the same are the cross-sectional shape the grooves 45, 46 adapted.
- the ribs 52 continue in one the corresponding one Front side of the locking cams 52 'projecting beyond the turned parts with bevelled end face 52 '', which the course the groove end wall 45 '' 'and the inclined surface 50 follows.
- the locking cams 52 ' are supported on the groove end walls 45 '' 'of the short grooves 45 and thus limit the Trap advance movement.
- each triangular notch 55 has two notch flanks meeting in a notch valley 55 '' ' 55 'and 55' '.
- the rise angle of a notch flank 55 ' is larger than that of the other notch flank 55 ''.
- the tips 54 at a distance from the locking cam 52 '.
- the latch slope 22 acts on it the striking plate 35 and is thereby in the lock inward direction pressed.
- the locking member spring 53 can relax and shift the locking member 42 on the shaft 43 in the direction of Notches 55, which in turn due to the shifting back Trap to move the locking cams 52 '.
- the end faces 52 ′′ of the locking cams occur 52 'in contact with the notch flanks 55'.
- a twist of the locking member 42 can, however, only take place when the locking projections 52 'leave the short grooves 45 have, i.e. lie before their mouths. Then effect the notch flanks 55 'a first turn of the locking member 42, cf. 13 and 15.
- the connecting rod connecting slide 11 drives in the upward direction Under the change actuation the connecting rod and thus the connecting rod connecting slide 11 by a small Path can be moved further upwards.
- pushes the bend 11 'of the connecting rod connecting slide 11 against the stop pin 30 of the lever arm 29 and swings the lever 28 along with it lever arm 27 facing down acts on the Inclined surface 56 of the locking member 42.
- After compressing the locking member spring 53 enters the locking member 32 against the fork leg 41 of the trap tail 37 '' and thereby pulls the latch 37 in the direction of the lock.
- the locking cams 52 ' run through the long grooves 46.
