- eine Vorrichtung zum Messen der Bandkrümmung quer zur Durchlaufrichtung des Bandes.
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Richten von Metallband mitparallel zueinander angeordneten Führungsrollen (2,6;1,7;14,15;16,17) undeiner in dem Zwickel zweier Führungsrollen angeordneten Richtrolle (6;7;18;19), bei derdas Band (5) die Richtrolle zwischen zwei Berührungslinien (9,10;24,25) formschlüssig umschlingt, längs dererdie Führungsrollen über das Band in mittelbarer Berührung mit der Richtrolle stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, im Querschnitt gesehen, die sich im Mittelpunkt der Richtrolle (6;7;18;19) schneidenden Radien (26,27) der Führungsrollen (1,7;2,6;14,15;16,17) durch die Berührungslinien (9,10;24,25) Band/Richtrolle verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtrolle (6;7;18;19) verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtrolle (6;7) auf einem Schwenkarm angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtrolle (6;7;18;19) in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Ebene des Bandes (5) verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtrolle (6;7;18;19) und/oder mindestens eine Führungsrolle (6;7) durch mindestens eine Stützrolle (8;20;21,22,23) abgestützt sind.
