Description
(a) eine Schicht aus einem Gemisch eines Polyamids mit einem Molekulargewicht von 20 000 bis 30 000 und einer Schmelzpunktstemperatur von 210 bis 230°C und eines Äthylen- Vinylalkohol-Copolymerisats mit einem Molekulargewicht von 15 000 bis 30 000 und einer Schmelzpunktstemperatur von 160 bis 190°C in einem Mengenverhältnis von 9 : 1 bis 1 : 9 und
(b) mindestens eine zweite Kunstharzschicht mit einer von der ersten Schicht abweichenden Zusammensetzung,
wobei die Folie durch Recken in mindestens einer Richtung bei einem Reckungsverhältnis von mindestens 2 : 1 molekular orientiert und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Schicht (a) 2 bis 25 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Polyamid, eines langkettigen Fettsäureamids, eines aromatischen Sulfonamids, eines Polyamids oder eines Copolyamids mit einem Molekulargewicht von 5000 bis 25 000 und einer Schmelzpunktstemperatur unterhalb 205°C als Weichmacher enthält.
Claims (27)
- (a) eine Schicht aus einem Gemisch eines Polyamids mit einem Molekulargewicht von 20 000 bis 30 000 und einer Schmelzpunktstemperatur von 210 bis 230°C und eines Äthylen- Vinylalkohol-Copolymerisats mit einem Molekulargewicht von 15 000 bis 30 000 und einer Schmelzpunktstemperatur von 160 bis 190°C in einem Mengenverhältnis von 9 : 1 bis 1 : 9 und
- (b) mindestens eine zweite Kunstharzschicht mit einer von
der ersten Schicht abweichenden Zusammensetzung,
wobei die Folie durch Recken in mindestens einer Richtung bei einem Reckungsverhältnis von mindestens 2 : 1 molekular orientiert ist,
- a) Herstellung eines Gemisches aus einem Polyamid mit einem Molekulargewicht von 20 000 bis 30 000 und einer Schmelztemperatur von 210 bis 230°C und einem Äthylen-Vinylalkohol-Copolymerisat mit einem Molekulargewicht von 15 000 bis 30 000 und einer Schmelzpunkttemperatur von 160 bis 190°C in einem Mengenverhältnis von 9 : 1 bis 1 : 9 und 2 bis 25 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Polyamid, eines Weichmachers, wobei die Verarbeitungstemperatur des Gemisches bei einem Wert in der Größenordnung der Verarbeitungstemperatur des Copolymerisats und unterhalb der Temperatur liegt, bei der beim Extrudieren ein signifikanter Abbau erfolgt;
- b) Bereitstellen eines zweiten Kunstharzes mit einer vom unter a) genannten Gemisch abweichenden Zusammensetzung;
- c) Einspeisen des Gemisches und des zweiten Kunstharzes in einen Extruder und Erhitzen des Gemisches und des zweiten Kunstharzes auf die Verarbeitungstemperatur;
- d) Extrudieren des Gemisches und des zweiten Kunstharzes zur Bildung einer mehrschichtigen Folie;
- e) Einstellung der Temperatur der erhaltenen Folie zur Ermöglichung einer molekularen Orientierung;
- f) Recken der Folie bei dieser Temperatur zu einer mindestens uniaxialen molekularen Orientierung und
- g) Abkühlen der erhaltenen Folie.
