本实用新型公开了一种托盘,包括托板和支撑枕板,支撑枕板有三根,均匀地设置在托板下,托板为复合板,托板的上下层为纸板,中间层为蜂窝纸芯,四周用纸板密封;支撑枕板由两层蜂窝复合板组成,蜂窝复合板的上下层为纸板,中间层为蜂窝纸芯,两层蜂窝复合板用纸板密封,其中上层的蜂窝复合板设有两个缺口。本实用新型具有承载力大、缓冲性好、重量轻、成本低、制作简易、使用方便、符合环保要求等优点。

Description

一种托盘
本实用新型涉及一种用于货物仓储、运输时垫在货物底部的托盘。
在现代货物的仓储、运输中,为了便于叉车搬运,需在货物底部垫上托盘,这样叉车的货叉能方便地从托盘底下自由进出进行操作,从而大大减轻了劳动强度及降低了货物搬运时的受损程度。但目前常用的托盘,其上面的托板大都是木制实心板,这样一方面托盘重量较大,不便运输且防震性能差;另一方面需要耗用大量的木材,不符合环保要求而且成本也较高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种重量轻、承载力大、防震性能好、成本低、使用方便、符合环保要求的新型托盘。
本实用新型提供的托盘,包括托板和支撑枕板,支撑枕板有三根,均匀地设置在托板下,托板为复合板,托板的上下层为纸板,中间层为蜂窝纸芯,四周用纸板密封;支撑枕板由两层蜂窝复合板组成,蜂窝复合板的上下层为纸板,中间层为蜂窝纸芯,两层蜂窝复合板用纸板密封。
本实用新型所述的支撑枕板的上层蜂窝复合板上设有两个缺口。
本实用新型托盘的托板由于采用复合板结构,不但使其具有较大的承载力度,而且重量轻,四周用纸板密封后,则大大加强了托板的承载和防碰力度,而蜂窝纸芯则起到了防震作用,支撑枕板上层蜂窝复合板上设置的两个缺口,则加强了整板的防震缓冲性能。本实用新型所采用的材料都是再生材料,从而节省了资源和降低了生产成本。
综上所述,本实用新型具有承载力大、缓冲性好、重量轻、成本低、制作简易、使用方便、符合环保要求等优点。

如图所示,本实用新型托盘,包括托板和支撑枕板,支撑枕板有三根,均匀地设置在托板下。托板为复合板,托板的上下层1、2为纸板,中间层为蜂窝纸芯3,四周用纸板4密封。支撑枕板由两层蜂窝复合板组成,蜂窝复合板的上下层5、6为纸板,中间层为蜂窝纸芯7,两层蜂窝复合板用纸板8密封,其中上层的蜂窝纸板设有两个缺口9。

1、一种托盘,包括托板和支撑枕板,支撑枕板有三根,均匀地设置在托板下,其特征在于:所述的托板为复合板,托板的上下层(1、2)为纸板,中间层为蜂窝纸芯(3),四周用纸板(4)密封;所述的支撑枕板由两层蜂窝复合板组成,蜂窝复合板的上下层(5、6)为纸板,中间层为蜂窝纸芯(7),两层蜂窝复合板用纸板(8)密封。
2、如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述的支撑枕板的上层蜂窝复合板上设有两个缺口(9)。
