Abstract
A stirring cup cleaning device comprises a container, wherein the container is configured to be accommodated and supported, and two pairs of coaxial container shaft holes are formed in two sides of the container. The rotary cup holder is used for positioning and placing the stirring cup, two cup holder rotating shafts are coaxially arranged on two sides of the rotary cup holder, and the cup holder rotating shafts are in running fit with the container shaft hole. The swing driving mechanism is configured to drive a link or a transmission wheel connected to one side of the rotation shaft of the cup holder to rotate simultaneously by an angle smaller than 90 degrees by a linear driving means or a rotational driving means connected to the outside of the container. The two spray heads are positioned at the bottom end of the container, the spray nozzles are respectively aligned with the centers of the cup mouths when the cups turn to the lower part, and the spray heads are connected with pipelines and control valves and used for spraying cleaning liquid into the stirring cup.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fast cleaning of stirring cups in the industries of instant drink, catering and the like.
Background
When fruit tea is made in a milk tea shop, a stirrer is required to be used for beating the fruits into fruit juice, and particularly in the peak period of demand due to the large requirement of milk tea, an operator is required to continuously place the stirring cup on the stirrer base for beating the fruit juice, the beaten fruit juice is required to be poured into the product cup, then the stirring cup is required to be manually cleaned, the operation is repeated, and the whole process needs as short as possible. For this reason, the operator often gets busy and disorderly during peak periods, and gets tired of cramps. In this process, the process of cleaning the mixing cup is time-consuming and labor-consuming. In addition, some milk tea machines adopt the stirring cup as a tool for preparing milk tea, and the efficiency of cleaning the stirring cup needs to be improved so as to adapt to the production rhythm of the milk tea machine.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above stated problems, the present invention provides an apparatus for alternately and automatically cleaning a blender cup, which automatically cleans the blender cup at intervals of time such as juice beating and juice pouring by an operator, thereby improving the efficiency of cleaning the blender cup, saving physical strength, and making the work of the operator elegant and leisurely. Meanwhile, the device can be used as a part of the milk tea machine, and the efficiency of the milk tea machine can be improved.
In view of the foregoing, in one aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a blender cup assembly. The device includes: the container is configured to be accommodated and supported, and two pairs of coaxial container shaft holes are arranged on two sides of the container; the two rotary cup holders comprise cup holders and two cup holder rotating shafts which are arranged on the two sides of the cup holders and are coaxial, the cup holders are configured to position and place the stirring cups, and the cup holder rotating shafts are in rotating fit with the container shaft holes; the swing driving mechanism is configured to drive a connecting rod or a driving wheel connected with one side of the cup holder rotating shaft to rotate at a certain angle simultaneously through a linear driving device or a rotary driving device connected outside the container, and the angle is smaller than 90 degrees; and the two spray heads are positioned at the bottom end of the container, the spray nozzles are respectively aligned with the centers of the cup mouths when the stirring cup rotates to the lower part, and the spray heads are connected with a pipeline and a control valve.
In one embodiment, when the two cup holder rotating shafts are connected with connecting rods, the two connecting rods are rotatably connected with an intermediate connecting rod, the tail end of the fixed end of the linear driving device is provided with a hole which is rotatably matched with a support which is fixed on a container, and the double-elbow joint of the pushing end of the linear driving device is rotatably matched with a hole on one connecting rod.
In one embodiment, when the swing driving mechanism and the cup holder rotating shaft are connected with the driving wheels, the rotating driving device is fixed at the bottom of the container, the driving wheels are fixed on the output shafts of the rotating driving device, and the driving wheels are connected through a synchronous belt or a chain.
In one embodiment, the swing driving mechanism is provided with a driving wheel connected to a rotating shaft of one cup holder, a connecting rod connected to the other cup holder and connected to the other cup holder, the two driving wheels are connected through a chain or a synchronous belt, an opening in the connecting rod is in rotating fit with a double-elbow joint at the front end of the moving end of the linear driving device, and an opening at the tail end of the fixed end of the linear driving device is in rotating fit with a support fixed on the container.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an example 1 of a stirring cup cleaning device according to the present invention, which includes a container 2, two pairs of container shaft holes coaxial with an axis 110 are provided on both sides of the container 2, and two rotating cup holders 1 are rotatably connected to the container shaft holes. The container 2 is provided with a swing driving mechanism at one side: one end of the cup holder rotating shaft 12 (fig. 2) of the two rotary cup holders 1 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 31, and the two connecting rods 31 are rotatably connected with the intermediate connecting rod 32. As shown, two spray heads 7 are provided at the bottom of the container 2, with their spray nozzles respectively directed at the center of the mixing cup 9 when the mixing cup 9 is turned to the maximum tilted position, so as to facilitate the most efficient cleaning of the mixing cup. The spray head 7 preferably adopts a rotary spray head, the cleaning efficiency is higher, and the rear part of each spray head is connected with a pipeline and a control valve so as to pass and control high-pressure cleaning liquid.
In addition, an optical sensing device 6 (a type of sensor) is arranged on the side surface of the container 2 and used for sensing whether the stirring cup 9 rotates in place or not and whether the stirring cup is arranged on the rotary cup holder 1 or not, so that water is prevented from being sprayed when the stirring cup does not rotate in place, and the people can be prevented from spraying the stirring cup into a whole, and whether the stirring cup is arranged on the rotary cup holder 1 or not can be known after restarting or power failure.
When the stirring cup cleaning device works, when the stirring cup 9 is in a horizontal state, a worker can put the polluted stirring cup 9 on one rotary cup holder 1 and take down the cleaned stirring cup 9 on the other rotary cup holder; when the stirring cup 9 is in an inclined state, the stirring cup can be cleaned through the spray head 7.
A continuous workflow is generally such as: a. the start button is pressed first. b. The worker removes the left mixing cup 9 to add mixing material (e.g., fruit) and places it on the blender base to be mixed. c. As shown, example 2 differs from example 1 in that: 1. the swing drive mechanism is different. A chain wheel 33 (transmission wheel) is arranged at one end of the cup holder rotating shaft 12 of the rotary cup holder 1, the rotary driving device is a servo motor 36 positioned at the bottom of the container 2, a double-row chain wheel 37 is connected to an output shaft of the servo motor 36, and the chain wheel 37 respectively drives the two chain wheels 33 to rotate through two chains 34. 2. The structure of the rotary cup holder is different. The cup holder 11 here is composed of a front cup holder 11a and a rear cup holder 11b, and the front cup holder 11a and the rear cup holder 11b are pressed and fixed by a fastening member 14b, which may be a screw, through holes in the holder rotating shafts 12, 13.
In this example, the drive wheel is a sprocket wheel, and indeed a timing pulley is also possible. When the chain wheel is used, a chain is adopted, when a synchronous belt wheel is adopted, a synchronous belt is used as a transmission piece, and an idler pulley can be added to tension the chain or the synchronous belt when necessary.
In this example, the rotation driving device employs a servo motor (including a stepping motor), and may actually employ a swing cylinder, a swing electromagnet, or the like.

As shown, example 3 differs from example 2 in that: 1. the swing drive mechanism is different. One end of the cup holder rotating shaft 12 of one of the rotating cup holders 1 is provided with a chain wheel 33 (transmission wheel), the cup holder rotating shaft 12 of the other rotating cup holder 1 is connected with the chain wheel 33, and one chain wheel 33 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 38. The tail end of the fixed end of the air cylinder 30 (linear driving device) is provided with a hole which is matched with a support 301 fixed on the side surface of the container 2 in a rotating way, the moving end of the air cylinder 30 is connected with a double-elbow joint 302, the double-elbow joint 302 is connected with the hole of the connecting rod 38 in a rotating way, and when the air cylinder 30 pushes, the rotary cup holder 1 is pushed to rotate.
2. The structure of the rotary cup holder is different. The cup holder 11 here has a plate shape on both sides, and the cup holder 11 is fixed to the holder rotary shafts 12, 13 by a fastening member 14b, and a screw may be used as the fastening member 14b here.

a swing driving mechanism configured to drive a link or a transmission wheel connected to one side of a rotation shaft of the cup holder to rotate simultaneously by an angle smaller than 90 degrees by a linear driving device or a rotational driving device connected to the outside of the container;
and the two spray heads are positioned at the bottom end of the container, the spray nozzles are respectively aligned with the centers of the cup mouths when the stirring cup rotates to the lower part, and the spray heads are connected with a pipeline and a control valve.

The apparatus for cleaning a blender cup as recited in claim 1, wherein: when the two cup holder rotating shafts are connected with the connecting rods, the swinging driving mechanism is rotatably connected between the two connecting rods, the tail end of the fixed end of the linear driving device is provided with a hole which is rotatably matched with a support fixed on the container, and the double-elbow joint at the pushing end of the linear driving device is rotatably matched with a hole on one of the connecting rods.
