Before the gas containing pollutants enters the cloth bag filter 3, the pollutants and the gas are primarily separated and filtered through the cyclone separator, impurities such as oil sludge or dust accumulated on a rear filtering component can be reduced, wind resistance is reduced, the air suction quantity of a fan is increased, and the cleaning and replacing time of the filtering material is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the second chamber 12 is provided with a bag filter 3 therein, and in particular, the bag filter 3 may be preferably configured as a high-efficiency non-woven fabric frame type bag filter. The separator air outlet 22 of the cyclone 2 is directed towards the inlet side of the bag filter 3.
Wherein, the cloth bag filter is adopted for filtering, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, the filtering effect is good, and the cost is low.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an exhaust fan 5 is disposed inside the third chamber 13, an exhaust opening of the exhaust fan 5 can be communicated with the second chamber 12 through a through hole 30 formed in a second partition plate 29 between the second chamber 12 and the third chamber 13, the exhaust fan 5 is located on the filtered side of the bag filter 3, and a side air outlet of the exhaust fan 5 is located in the third chamber 13.
The exhaust fan 5 may be a centrifugal type one on the market, and its motor is a brushless dc motor, which has the characteristics of high wind pressure, high flow and low noise.
As a further modification of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the lower end portion of the third chamber 13 is provided with an air cleaning net 6 and a filter cassette 7 located above (i.e., on the inlet side) the discharge port 15, and the filter cassette 7 is located above the air cleaning net 6. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to collect and clean the separated materials separated by the cyclone 2, the first chamber 11 may be provided at an inside thereof with a separated material collecting box 8 positioned below the cyclone 2. In order to take out the separated object collecting box 8 conveniently, the back of the box body 1 is provided with a back box door 9 which is connected with the box body in a rotating way, and the back box door 9 is positioned at the rear side of the separated object collecting box 8.
