Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于碳纤维复合板材制作的真空灌注装置，包括基板，基板上设有碳纤维层；其中，碳纤维层的顶部设有顶部真空管；另外，碳纤维层的侧边设有侧部真空管，同时，碳纤维层的另一个侧边设有树脂进料管。本实用新型提供的装置能够使粘合剂在模具内向水平和垂直两个方向渗透，从而使粘合剂能够与碳纤维均匀地结合在一起，较好地克服了由于碳纤维铺层太厚所带来的垂直方向渗透阻力增大的问题，提高了材料的力学性能和成品的质量。

本实用新型涉及高分子复合材料技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于碳纤维复合板材制作的真空灌注装置。
背景技术
生产中，随着高分子复合材料的应用越来越广泛，碳纤维板材的制作也在向超大、超厚方向发展。而在其中的真空灌注过程中，粘合剂往往不能够均匀地分布在模具内，导致碳纤维铺层不能被全部浸润到，从而影响了最后的成品质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的问题，提供一种提升成品质量的用于碳纤维复合板材制作的真空灌注装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案得以实现：
一种用于碳纤维复合板材制作的真空灌注装置，包括基板，基板上设有碳纤维层。
其中，碳纤维层的顶部设有顶部真空管。
另外，碳纤维层的侧边设有侧部真空管，同时，碳纤维层的另一个侧边设有树脂进料管。
基板的外表面覆盖有用于导流粘合剂的导流网。
本实用新型的有益之处在于：
本实用新型提供的装置能够使粘合剂在模具内向水平和垂直两个方向渗透，从而使粘合剂能够与碳纤维均匀地结合在一起，较好地克服了由于碳纤维铺层太厚所带来的垂直方向渗透阻力增大的问题，提高了材料的力学性能和成品的质量。

如图1～图2所示为本实用新型的一种用于碳纤维复合板材制作的真空灌注装置，包括基板6，基板6上设有碳纤维层5。
其中，碳纤维层5的顶部设有顶部真空管2。
另外，碳纤维层5的侧边设有侧部真空管1，同时，碳纤维层5的另一个侧边设有树脂进料管4。
顶部真空管2和侧部真空管1均用于灌注粘合剂；而树脂进料管4则用于灌注树脂到碳纤维层5上。
基板6的外表面覆盖有用于导流粘合剂的导流网3，以便更有效的回收及处理原料，避免了生产材料的浪费和因为原料剩余而导致生产流程被影响的情况发生。
本实用新型提供了一种90°交错抽真空的装置，令真空灌注过程中的粘合剂均匀地分布在了模具内，使碳纤维层5所有部分都能浸润到，有效促进了成品的良率。

1.一种用于碳纤维复合板材制作的真空灌注装置，包括基板(6)，其特征在于基板(6)上设有碳纤维层(5)，其中，碳纤维层(5)的顶部设有顶部真空管(2)；碳纤维层(5)的侧边设有侧部真空管(1)，同时，碳纤维层(5)的另一个侧边设有树脂进料管(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于碳纤维复合板材制作的真空灌注装置，其特征在于所述的基板(6)的外表面覆盖有导流网(3)。
