如图4所示,根据膜片长度的需要,调节好收卷装置53可调节杆533与中心的距离,改变收卷直径。开始工作时,薄膜10从速度均衡装置出来时,薄膜10经过两根过渡棍,穿过薄膜送料装置54,然后进入到收卷装置53中,夹紧。开始进行收卷工作,在收卷的过程中,由侧板511上的检测装置58检测收卷装置53转动过程中所处的角度。当收卷装置53转动圈数达到预定的圈数,转动角度到达设定位置时,切片装置56开始工作,参考图10所示,由压板气缸带动压板564运动,压紧薄膜10,然后刀座566向前移动,无杆气缸568带动刀片滑动,将薄膜10切割成片,然后刀座566后移。紧接着机械手572(参考图12所示)向前移动,经过被位置检测传感器5751检测到时,到达位置,抓紧切割好的膜片。然后压板撤离,机械手572抓住膜片向后移动,当位置检测传感器5752检测到时,机械手572张开,将膜片平整的放下。在机械手572动作的这一过程中,送料装置54同时在工作。参考图9所示,动作方式是这样的:压料气缸544将送料压板545压下,然后再由送料气缸542带动整个送料装置向前移动,使得薄膜向下延伸,为了使得薄膜能够顺利的进入到收卷装置53的夹紧装置535(参考图8所示)中,会由一个薄膜导向装置55将薄膜送入到夹紧装置535中,夹紧气缸5353带动薄膜夹膜杆5352移动,将薄膜夹紧,然后开始下一次的收卷工作。As shown in FIG. 4 , according to the requirement of the length of the diaphragm, the distance between the

如图13、图14所示,正常使用时,减速电机441不工作,离合器442处于开的状态。当需要进行穿膜时,开启驱动电机开关,电机441和离合器442会工作,自动将活动架44送到最高位,当达到活动架驱动电机控制开关时,停止工作,方便穿膜。正常使用时,塑料薄膜呈S形穿设于固定架42与活动架44之间,利用活动架44的自重将塑料薄膜展开,由于吹膜机的生产过程薄膜的生产是一个连续性的过程,而制袋机的生产是一个间歇性的过程,同时制袋机的加工线速度和吹膜机的加工线速度存在差异,通过采用储料架,制袋机的线速度和吹膜机的线速度差在储料架中得到差异消除。随着工作的不断进行,由于制袋机的线速度相对吹膜机的线速度要快,会使得储料架中的储料量减少,活动架44的位置会发生改变上升。在这一过程中会受到控制传感器的控制作用。从上到下依次为停机等待、主机减速、主机启动和加速、报警。当活动架4上升到停机等待位置控制传感器时,制袋机主机会停机等待,让本实用新型获得一定的储料量。在下降的过程中,触碰到主机启动和加速的位置控制传感器,制袋机会启动开始工作。使得工作正常进行。如果出现吹膜机的线速度大于制袋机的线速度,当活动架44触碰到主机启动和加速的位置控制传感器时,制袋机主机会提高速度,如果这还不能满足的话,当碰到报警的位置控制传感器时,机台会自动报警,然后工作人员可以及时的进行调整设置,排除故障。As shown in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14, during normal use, the
