A liquid wound spray dressing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-15 parts of cosolvent, 2-10 parts of wound sterilizing liquid, 2-10 parts of wound repairing liquid and 1 part of preservative, wherein the cosolvent comprises 20-30 parts of high-purity water, 10-20 parts of 95% ethanol, 5-15 parts of acetamide, 1-7 parts of menthol and 1-7 parts of sodium salicylate; the wound sterilizing liquid comprises 20-30 parts of high-purity water, 1-6 parts of chitosan, 1-6 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 1-6 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 0.5-2 parts of norfloxacin and 8-15 parts of glycerol, and the wound repairing liquid comprises 5-20 parts of high-purity water, 10-30 parts of aloe extract, 0.5-2 parts of vitamin C, 0.5-2 parts of vitamin E and 1-7 parts of glycerol; the preservative is isopropanol.
A preparation method of the liquid wound spray dressing specifically comprises the following steps:
a) placing the wound sterilizing liquid and the wound repairing liquid in a constant-temperature water bath, adding a stirrer with a set speed, heating and stirring in a water bath, stirring for 30min, removing the constant-temperature water bath, and continuously stirring for 1 h;
b) adding a cosolvent into the mixed liquid obtained in the step a), and continuously stirring for 30min in a constant-temperature water bath kettle;
c) adjusting the pH value of a mixed liquid of the cosolvent, the wound sterilizing liquid and the wound repairing liquid to 6.5-7.3, and uniformly stirring;
d) adding antiseptic, and stirring.
Wherein the temperature of the water bath in the step a) is 70-80 ℃. Step b) the water bath temperature is not higher than 65 ℃. The stirring in steps a) to d) was carried out in a closed vessel at a stirring speed of 60 prm.

Claims (7)

1. The liquid wound spray dressing is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 6-15 parts of cosolvent, 2-10 parts of wound sterilizing liquid, 2-10 parts of wound repairing liquid and 1 part of preservative, wherein the cosolvent comprises 20-30 parts of high-purity water, 10-20 parts of 95% ethanol, 5-15 parts of acetamide, 1-7 parts of menthol and 1-7 parts of sodium salicylate; the wound sterilizing liquid comprises 20-30 parts of high-purity water, 1-6 parts of chitosan, 1-6 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 1-6 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 0.5-2 parts of norfloxacin and 8-15 parts of glycerol, and the wound repairing liquid comprises 5-20 parts of high-purity water, 10-30 parts of aloe extract, 0.5-2 parts of vitamin C, 0.5-2 parts of vitamin E and 1-7 parts of glycerol; the preservative is isopropanol.

The liquid wound spray dressing of claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 8-11 parts of cosolvent, 4-7 parts of wound sterilizing liquid, 4-7 parts of wound repairing liquid and 1 part of preservative, wherein the cosolvent comprises 20-25 parts of high-purity water, 10-15 parts of 95% ethanol, 5-10 parts of acetamide, 1-5 parts of menthol and 1-5 parts of sodium salicylate; the wound sterilizing liquid comprises 20-25 parts of high-purity water, 2-4 parts of chitosan, 2-4 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 2-4 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 0.5-1 part of norfloxacin and 5-10 parts of glycerol, and the wound repairing liquid comprises 5-15 parts of high-purity water, 20-30 parts of aloe extract, 0.5-1 part of vitamin C, 0.5-1 part of vitamin E and 2-4 parts of glycerol; the preservative is isopropanol.

The liquid wound spray dressing of claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 9 parts of cosolvent, 5 parts of wound sterilizing liquid, 5 parts of wound repairing liquid and 1 part of preservative, wherein the cosolvent comprises 20 parts of high-purity water, 12 parts of 95% ethanol, 7 parts of acetamide, 3 parts of menthol and 3 parts of sodium salicylate; the wound sterilizing liquid comprises 20 parts of high-purity water, 3 parts of chitosan, 3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 0.7 part of norfloxacin and 7 parts of glycerol, and the wound repairing liquid comprises 13 parts of high-purity water, 25 parts of aloe extract, 0.8 part of vitamin C, 0.8 part of vitamin E and 3 parts of glycerol; the preservative is isopropanol.
4. A preparation method of the liquid wound spray dressing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a) placing the wound sterilizing liquid and the wound repairing liquid in a constant-temperature water bath, adding a stirrer with a set speed, heating and stirring in a water bath, stirring for 30min, removing the constant-temperature water bath, and continuously stirring for 1 h;

c) adjusting the pH value of a mixed liquid of the cosolvent, the wound sterilizing liquid and the wound repairing liquid to 6.5-7.3, and uniformly stirring;
d) adding antiseptic, and stirring.
5. The method of preparing a liquid wound spray dressing according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the water bath in step a) is 70-80 ℃.
6. The method of preparing a liquid wound spray dressing according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the water bath in step b) is not higher than 65 ℃.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the agitation in steps a) through d) is performed in a closed container at a rate of 60 prm.
