Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a weak wire cable connector which can be used for branch connection of a weak wire cable, does not need to peel an insulating layer during connection and is simple to operate.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a weak cable connector comprises a lower main line connecting sleeve, wherein one side of the upper end of the lower main line connecting sleeve is hinged with an upper main line connecting sleeve, one side, opposite to the lower main line connecting sleeve and the upper main line connecting sleeve, of the lower main line connecting sleeve is provided with a C-shaped main line clamping groove arranged along the length direction of the lower main line connecting sleeve, one side, far away from the hinged position of the lower main line connecting sleeve, is provided with a clamping port, the clamping port is provided with a first clamping protrusion inclining downwards along the length direction, and one side, far away from the hinged position, of the upper main line connecting sleeve is provided with a first clamping;
a lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve is arranged backwards on one side, away from the clamping port, of the lower main line connecting sleeve, an upper auxiliary line connecting sleeve is hinged to the upper side, close to one end of the lower main line connecting sleeve, of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve, a C-shaped auxiliary line clamping groove arranged along the length direction of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve and the opposite side of the upper auxiliary line connecting sleeve are respectively formed in the two sides, away from one end of the lower main line connecting sleeve, of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve, are respectively provided with a second connecting bulge inclining downwards, and second clamping hooks matched with the corresponding second connecting bulges are downwards arranged on the two sides, away from one end of the lower main line connecting sleeve, of the upper auxiliary line connecting sleeve;
the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve is internally provided with a connecting conductor extending to the middle part of the lower main line connecting sleeve, the connecting conductor is provided with a first puncture conductor extending into a C-shaped main line clamping groove of the lower main line connecting sleeve, and the connecting conductor is provided with a second puncture conductor extending into a C-shaped auxiliary line clamping groove of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve.
By adopting the technical scheme, when in use, the main line cable is directly placed in the C-shaped main line clamping groove of the lower main line connecting sleeve, then the upper main line connecting sleeve is closed, the first clamping hook is clamped with the first clamping bulge, and the first puncture conductor penetrates through the insulating layer of the main line cable and is electrically connected with the insulating layer;
inserting the secondary cable into the C-shaped secondary cable clamping groove of the lower secondary cable connecting sleeve, then closing the secondary cable connecting sleeve, enabling the second clamping hook to be clamped with the second clamping protrusion, enabling the second puncture conductor to penetrate through the insulating layer of the secondary cable to be electrically connected with the secondary cable, enabling the main cable to be electrically connected with the secondary cable through the connecting conductor, and completing the connection of the weak current cable.
The invention is further provided with: the inner side of each C-shaped main line clamping groove is provided with first C-shaped sealing clamping sleeves at two sides of the first puncture conductor, the first C-shaped sealing clamping sleeves at two same sides are matched to play a sealing role, the inner side of each C-shaped auxiliary line clamping groove is provided with a second C-shaped sealing clamping sleeve at one side of the first puncture conductor, which is far away from the lower main line connecting sleeve, and the two second C-shaped sealing clamping sleeves are matched to play a sealing role.
By adopting the technical scheme, the two ends of the main line cable are sealed by the first C-shaped sealing clamping sleeve, and the inlet end of the auxiliary line cable is sealed by the second C-shaped sealing clamping sleeve, so that water is prevented from entering, and the connector has a waterproof function.
The invention is further provided with: the inner side of each C-shaped main line clamping groove is provided with first C-shaped fastening clamping sleeves at two sides of the first puncture conductor, the first C-shaped fastening clamping sleeves at two same sides are matched to play a fastening role, the inner side of each C-shaped auxiliary line clamping groove is provided with a second C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve at one side of the first puncture conductor, which is far away from the lower main line connecting sleeve, and the two second C-shaped fastening clamping sleeves are matched to play a fastening role.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, press from both sides the both ends of tight thread cable through second C type fastening cutting ferrule, press from both sides tight secondary line cable through second C type fastening cutting ferrule, prevent that thread cable and secondary line cable from being pulled off, the fastness of reinforcing connector.
The invention is further provided with: one side of the lower main line connecting sleeve, which is far away from the clamping port, is upwards provided with a first connecting table, and the left end and the right end of one side of the upper main line connecting sleeve, which is far away from the first clamping hook, are both provided with first connecting strips which are rotatably connected with the first connecting table.
The invention is further provided with: one end of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve, which is close to the lower main line connecting sleeve, is upwards provided with a second connecting table, and the left end and the right end of one side, which are far away from the second clamping hook, of the upper auxiliary line connecting sleeve are respectively provided with a second connecting strip which is rotatably connected with the second connecting table.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the branch connection of the cable can be realized only by respectively putting the main cable and the auxiliary cable into pressing and clamping, the operation is convenient, and the working efficiency is effectively improved;
secondly, the insulation layer of the cable is punctured by the puncture conductor to be electrically connected with the cable, the insulation layer of the cable does not need to be peeled off, the operation steps are effectively simplified, the working efficiency is improved, and the damage to the cable can be effectively reduced;
thirdly, the connector is sealed by the first C-shaped sealing cutting sleeve and the second C-shaped sealing cutting sleeve. The connector is prevented from water inflow, so that the connector has a waterproof function;
the main line cable and the auxiliary line cable are respectively clamped by the second C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve and the second C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve, so that the main line cable and the auxiliary line cable are prevented from being pulled off, and the firmness of the connector is enhanced.

In the embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a weak cable connector includes a lower main line connecting sleeve 1, one side of the upper end of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1 is hinged to an upper main line connecting sleeve 2, one side of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1 opposite to the upper main line connecting sleeve 2 is provided with a C-shaped main line clamping groove 3 arranged along the length direction, one side of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1 away from the hinged position is provided with a clamping port 11, the clamping port 11 is provided with a first clamping protrusion 12 inclined downwards along the length direction, one side of the upper main line connecting sleeve 2 away from the hinged position is provided downwards with a first clamping hook 21 matched with the first clamping protrusion 12, one side of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1 away from the clamping port 11 is provided upwards with a first connecting platform 13, and the left and right ends of one side of the upper main line connecting sleeve 2 away from the first clamping hook 21 are provided with first connecting strips 22 rotatably connected with the first connecting platform 13.
One side of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, which is far away from the clamping port 11, is backwards provided with a lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve 4, the upper side of one end of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve 4, which is close to the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, is hinged with an upper auxiliary line connecting sleeve 5, one side, opposite to the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve 4 and the upper auxiliary line connecting sleeve 5, is provided with a C-shaped auxiliary line clamping groove 6 arranged along the length direction of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve, two sides, which are far away from one end of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve 4 are respectively provided with a second connecting bulge 41 inclining downwards, two sides, which are far away from one end of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, of the upper auxiliary line connecting sleeve 5 are respectively provided with a second connecting strip 52 rotatably connected with the second connecting bulge 41 downwards, one end, which is close to one end of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, of the upper auxiliary line connecting sleeve 5, which is far away from one side of the second clamping bulge 51, is provided with a second connecting strip 52 rotatably connected with the second connecting strip 42.
A connecting conductor 7 extending to the middle part of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1 is arranged in the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve 4, the connecting conductor 7 is provided with a first puncture conductor 71 extending into the C-shaped main line clamping groove 3 of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, and the connecting conductor 7 is provided with a second puncture conductor 72 extending into the C-shaped auxiliary line clamping groove 6 of the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve 4.
A first C-shaped sealing cutting sleeve 81 is arranged on two sides of the first puncture conductor 71 on the inner side of each C-shaped main line clamping groove 3, the first C-shaped sealing cutting sleeves 81 on each two same sides are matched to play a sealing role, a second C-shaped sealing cutting sleeve 82 is arranged on one side, far away from the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, of the first puncture conductor 71 on the inner side of each C-shaped auxiliary line clamping groove 6, and the two second C-shaped sealing cutting sleeves 82 are matched to play a sealing role; one side of the second connecting platform 42, which is far away from the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, is provided with a sealing rubber sheet 83, and two sides of the upper ends of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1 and the lower auxiliary line connecting sleeve 4 are provided with a sealing rubber strip 84, so that the connector has a waterproof function.
The inner side of each C-shaped main line clamping groove 3 is provided with a first C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve 91 on two sides of the first puncture conductor 71, the first C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve 91 is positioned on the inner side of the first C-shaped sealing clamping sleeve 81, the first C-shaped fastening clamping sleeves 91 on every two same sides are matched to play a role in fastening, the inner side of each C-shaped auxiliary line clamping groove 6 is provided with a second C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve 92 on one side of the first puncture conductor 71 far away from the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, the second C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve 92 is positioned on the inner side of the second C-shaped sealing clamping sleeve 82, and the two second C-shaped fastening clamping sleeves 92 are matched to play a role in fastening, so that the connector is more stable and is not easy to pull out after being connected with a cable.
The use method comprises the following steps: when the device is used, the main line cable 101 is directly placed in the C-shaped main line clamping groove 3 of the lower main line connecting sleeve 1, then the upper main line connecting sleeve 2 is closed, the first clamping hook 21 is clamped with the first clamping protrusion 12, the first puncture conductor 71 penetrates through the insulating layer of the main line cable 101 to be electrically connected with the main line cable, the first C-shaped sealing clamping sleeve 81 seals two ends of the main line cable 101 to prevent water from entering, and the first C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve 91 clamps two ends of the main line cable 101 to prevent the main line cable from being pulled off;
the secondary cable 102 is inserted into the C-shaped secondary cable slot 6 of the lower secondary cable connecting sleeve 4, then the secondary cable connecting sleeve 5 is closed, the second clamping hook 51 is clamped with the second clamping protrusion, the second puncture conductor 72 penetrates through the insulating layer of the secondary cable 102 to be electrically connected with the secondary cable 102, the main cable 101 is electrically connected with the secondary cable 102 through the connecting conductor 7, the second C-shaped sealing clamping sleeve 82 seals the inlet end of the main cable 101 to prevent water from entering, and the second C-shaped fastening clamping sleeve 92 clamps two ends of the main cable 101 to prevent the main cable from being pulled out, so that the connection of the weak current cable is completed.
