The invention has the advantages that: (1) when urine is collected, the young or the old does not need to urinate in the middle section, and the initial urine enters the counterweight block through the funnel and flows to the left side of the regulator; (2) after the midstream urine begins, the left side of the adjusting cavity is blocked by the stop block, the midstream urine flows to the right side of the adjuster and enters the conveying pipe, and therefore the separation of the initial urine and the midstream urine is realized; (3) the middle section urine enters the collecting pipe through the conveying pipe for collection, and the conveying pipe is designed to prevent the urine from flowing out and splashing on hands when the collecting pipe is detached; because the middle part of conveyer pipe is "U" shape structure, the urine can pile up at this earlier after getting into the conveyer pipe, along with the piling up of urine, the urine can slowly spill over and then flow in the collection pipe through the infusion mouth. The discomfort caused by the midstream urination is avoided because the midstream urination is not needed.
