Meanwhile, in the rotating process of the crankshaft 27, the connecting rod neck 20 of the crankshaft 27 drives the connecting rod 23 to continuously swing, when the connecting rod neck 20 of the crankshaft 27 rotates to the rightmost side, the distance from the shell 18 to one end of the connecting rod 23, which is positioned at the outer side of the shell 18, is longest, and when the connecting rod neck 20 of the crankshaft 27 rotates to the leftmost side, the distance from the shell 18 to one end of the connecting rod 23, which is positioned at the outer side of the shell 18, is shortest, so that the crankshaft 27 in the scheme continuously slides left and right on the cross rod 3 in the rotating process of the crankshaft 27, and the massage balls 24 at the bottom of the shell 18 continuously move left and right, so that the massage range of the massage balls 24 to the back is improved, and the massage effect is favorable for improvement.
In addition, in the process that the shell 18 reciprocates on the cross rod 3, when the shell 18 moves leftwards, the shell 18 pulls the piston 16 to move in the piston cylinder 13 through the piston rod 17, negative pressure is generated in the piston cylinder 13, and the piston cylinder 13 sucks external lubricating liquid or liquid medicine into the piston cylinder 13 through the liquid inlet pipe 14 and the first one-way valve 15, so that liquid supplementing into the piston cylinder 13 is realized. When the housing 18 moves rightward, the housing 18 pushes the piston 16 to move in the piston cylinder 13 through the piston rod 17, the piston 16 presses out the liquid in the piston cylinder 13, the liquid enters the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet ring 33 through the liquid outlet pipe 21 and the second one-way valve 22, and enters the liquid cavity 36 from the liquid inlet, the liquid enters the liquid inlet groove from the liquid inlet hole 35 at the bottom end of the crankshaft 27, and then enters the first liquid channel 37 and the second liquid channel 29 in sequence, finally enters each ball groove 32 through the plurality of third liquid channels 30, and flows out from the liquid outlet 31. Hereby, the entry of liquid into the respective ball grooves 32 is achieved by the solution. Thus, when the top of the massage ball 24 is positioned in the ball groove 32, the liquid is applied to the massage ball 24, and then the liquid is applied to the back of the human body along with the rotation of the massage ball 24.
