s6, after the assembly line takes away the material in the container, the AGV travelling bogie transports the container of empty case to the empty case roll table in workshop, and the container of empty case passes through the lift and transports to the roll table in, RFID intelligence fork truck transports the container of empty case to the empty case buffer memory of warehouse from the roll table.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the material management system based on RFID and the operation method thereof solve the problems that: the manual work efficiency of the warehouse-in and warehouse-out is low, and the business operation is complicated and is easy to make mistakes; the logistics cooperation construction is difficult, and the information transparency and the emergency mechanism are limited; the field management and the scheduling mostly depend on manpower, and the problems of warehouse entry and part handover, such as high cost, are solved.
The forklift solves the problems that most forklifts in the manufacturing industry depend on manual management at present, and the aspects of dispatching method, logistics efficiency, investment cost and the like still need to be improved, reasonably dispatches the forklift, reduces the operation burden of a forklift driver, and reduces the management cost.

the RFID intelligent access door is arranged at a feeding port, a discharging port and an assembly line of a workshop and is electrically connected with the vertical warehouse system, the RFID intelligent access door is used for reading information recorded by the RFID tag, and the RFID intelligent access door transmits the read information to the vertical warehouse system;
the RFID handheld terminal is electrically connected with the vertical warehouse system and can read information recorded by the RFID tag;
the display screen is arranged in the warehouse and electrically connected with the vertical warehouse system, and the display screen is used for displaying the work task and the completion state of the logistics operation in real time.
An operation method of an RFID-based material management system, the operation method comprising the steps of:
