Abstract
The invention discloses an outdoor wood super weather-resistant water-based paint which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion, 5-10 parts of film forming auxiliary agent, 0.1-1 part of wetting agent, 0.3-1 part of defoamer, 0.1-1 part of ultraviolet absorber, 0.1-1 part of bactericide, 0.1-2 parts of thickener and 1-5 parts of super weather-resistant transparent color paste; the thickener comprises a ceramic RM-8W and an RM-2020NPR, wherein the mass ratio of the RM-8W to the RM-2020NPR is 1:1-6. The coating disclosed by the invention has ultrahigh weather resistance and ultraviolet resistance, avoids the problems of yellowing, fading, light loss, chalking and the like of a paint film, and greatly prolongs the service life of a wooden product.

Background
Under natural conditions, lignin is insoluble in water, but when irradiated by ultraviolet rays and short-wave visible light with the wavelength less than or equal to 440nm, lignin is easily decomposed into water-soluble components, and the decomposed lignin is taken away by water in the process of changing dry and wet, so that wood is damaged. The invention takes the acrylic acid and the aqueous polyurethane dispersoid as main film forming materials, isocyanate as curing agent, and the curing reaction is carried out at normal temperature, has the advantages of high hardness, good scratch resistance, ultraviolet resistance, yellowing resistance and the like,

5. The method for preparing the super weather-resistant water-based paint for outdoor wood according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:
s1, sequentially adding a film forming auxiliary agent, a wetting agent and a defoaming agent into a low-speed stirred aqueous acrylic emulsion, and continuously stirring at a high speed for 5-15min to obtain a material 1;
s2, sequentially adding an ultraviolet absorbent and a bactericide into the material 1 which is stirred at a high speed to obtain a material 2;
s3, mixing a thickener with pure water to obtain a premix, and adding the premix into the material 2 which is stirred at a high speed until the viscosity is 10-120ku to obtain a material 3;
s4, adding the super weather-proof transparent color paste into the material 3 which is stirred at a low speed, and stirring for 5-15min to obtain the outdoor weather-proof water-based paint for wood.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the rotation speed of the low-speed stirring in the steps S1, S3 and S4 is 400-800r/min; the rotating speed of the high-speed stirring in the step S2 is 1200-1800r/min.
7. A wood product, characterized in that the surface of the wood product is sprayed with the super weather-resistant water-based paint for outdoor wood according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or the super weather-resistant water-based paint for outdoor wood prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 5 to 6.
