As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent cyclic motion detection device of the present invention comprises a frame 1, wherein a cyclic operation mechanism 2, an automatic turnover mechanism 3, and a plurality of detection mechanisms are arranged on the frame 1.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the automatic turn-over mechanism 3 includes an air receiving support 41, a turn-over mechanism base 31, a turn-over mechanism lifting frame 32 and two turn-over supports 33, and the air receiving support 41 and the turn-over mechanism base 31 are mounted on the frame 1.

The two turnover supports 33 are respectively provided with a turnover manipulator 36 and a turnover driving device 37, each turnover manipulator 36 is provided with four working surfaces, each working surface is provided with a suction part, and the suction parts are generally a plurality of small suckers; the maximum center distance of the two turnover manipulators 36 is the same as the center distance of the two adjacent workpiece carriers 13; the turnover driving device 37 is a stepping speed reducing motor, and the turnover driving device 37 drives the turnover manipulator 36 to rotate and controls the rotation directions of the turnover manipulators 36 on the two turnover supports 33 to be opposite.
The air receiving support 41 is provided with two rotary air receiving parts 42, the two rotary air receiving parts 42 are respectively connected with one turnover manipulator 36 through an air path hose, and the rotary air receiving parts 42 and the connected turnover manipulators 36 synchronously rotate to ensure that the air path hose is not knotted.
When turning over, the lifting driving device 34 drives the turning mechanism lifting frame 32 to descend, the turning mechanical hand 36 positioned at the front side of the workpiece moving direction descends and sucks the workpiece on the carrier, then the lifting driving device 34 drives the turning mechanism lifting frame 32 to ascend, meanwhile, the turnover driving device 37 drives the turnover manipulator 36 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the workpiece is rotated between the two turnover manipulators 36, meanwhile, the reciprocating driving device 35 drives the two turnover manipulators 36 to approach each other, the manipulator at the rear side sucks the workpiece on the manipulator at the front side in a negative pressure manner, the manipulator at the front side is loosened, then the reciprocating driving device 35 drives the two turnover manipulators 36 to separate, the turnover driving device 37 drives the turnover manipulator 36 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the side of the manipulator at the rear side, which absorbs the workpiece, faces downwards, then the lifting driving device 34 drives the turnover mechanism lifting frame 32 to descend, and the manipulator at the rear side absorbs and releases the workpiece; in the process of turning over the workpiece once, the carrier can also move forward by one station, so that the workpiece placed by the mechanical arm at the rear side still falls on the original carrier.
The multiple detection mechanisms are designed according to actual detection requirements, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a group of downward shooting detection stations 4 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the feeding side of the circulating operation mechanism 2, a lateral shooting detection station 5 is arranged behind the downward shooting detection stations 4, and after a workpiece is turned over, the workpiece passes through the two downward shooting detection stations 4, so that omnibearing visual detection can be completed; after the detection is finished, the workpiece is discharged from the other end of the circulating operation mechanism 2, and the carrier returns along with the conveying belt of the circulating operation mechanism 2 to perform circulating work.
