Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide water-based digital paint paper and a preparation method thereof. The paint paper disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good covering property, uniform fiber distribution, fine paper surface, good air permeability, high sun-proof level, bright and full color, higher solvent resistance and chemical pollution resistance of furniture level and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the water-based digital paint paper sequentially comprises the following components from top to bottom: pre-impregnated backing paper, a digital bottom coating, a digital printing decorative layer and a protective layer; the digital bottom coating is composed of digital bottom coating liquid; the digital printing decorative layer is made of digital water-based ink; the protective layer is composed of water-based varnish.
Preferably, the pre-impregnated backing paper has a basis weight of 70 to 120g/m2. The preimpregnated paper is made up by using special decorative paper and then impregnating it with one or two kinds of acrylic latex or amino resin adhesive, and the content of adhesive is 5-20%.
Preferably, the digital water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-10% of pigment, 2-10% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0-1% of NaOH, 0-1% of KaOH, 0.005-0.01% of 2-methyl-isothiazoline and 50-80% of water.
More preferably, the pigment is one of iron oxide red powder, permanent yellow powder, titanium dioxide, carbon black, titanium blue powder and ultramarine powder.
A preparation method of water-based digital paint paper comprises the following steps:
(1) coating the digital base coating liquid on the pre-impregnated paper through a coating group of a digital printer to form a digital base coating, printing the digital water-based ink on the surface through the digital printer to form patterns or decorative patterns, and drying to obtain a digital printing decorative layer;
(2) coating the water-based varnish on printing paper, drying by hot air, and rolling to obtain the paper.
Preferably, the digital primer coating liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-10% of polyvinyl alcohol, 15-20% of nano silicon dioxide, 1-2% of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent and 0.1-0.5% of cationic color fixing agent.
Preferably, the digital primer coating liquid further comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.15-0.2% of pH value regulator, 4-5% of humectant and 0.1-0.3% of preservative.
More preferably, the molecular weight of the polyvinyl alcohol is 30000-120000.
More preferably, the dispersing agent is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether or polyvinylpyrrolidone.
More preferably, the defoamer is a polyvinyl alcohol ester or a polyethylene glycol fatty acid mixture.
More preferably, the cationic fixing agent is polyethyleneimine or polyvinylamine.
More preferably, the pH adjuster is at least one of ammonia or triethanolamine.
More preferably, the humectant is at least one of ethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol, 1,2, 6-hexanethiol, and thioglycol.
More preferably, the preservative is at least one of benzoate or sorbitol.
Preferably, the aqueous varnish layer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-60% of amino modified acrylic resin emulsion, 4-5% of organic acid curing agent, 0-0.2% of organic silicon assistant and 30-40% of water.
Preferably, the preparation method of the aqueous gloss oil layer comprises the following steps: mixing the amino modified acrylic resin emulsion and the organic acid curing agent, adding water, adjusting the viscosity, and adding the organic silicon assistant to obtain the acrylic resin emulsion.
More preferably, the organic acid curing agent is at least one of benzenesulfonic acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid and naphthalenesulfonic acid.
More preferably, the silicone additive is at least one of a polyether modified siloxane or a reactive modified silane.
Preferably, in the step (1), the coating amount of the digital primer coating on the pre-impregnated paper is 3-8g/m2。
Preferably, in the step (1), the drying temperature is 40-60 ℃.
Preferably, in the step (1), the coating amount of the digital water-based ink isIs 1 to 6g/m2。
The invention also provides a decorative plate, and the surface of the decorative plate contains the water-based digital paint paper.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the paint paper disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good covering property, uniform fiber distribution, fine paper surface, good air permeability, high sun-proof level, bright and full color, higher solvent resistance and chemical pollution resistance of furniture level, and no formaldehyde in the paint paper.
(2) The digital water-based ink is printed on the surface of the pre-impregnated paper to form patterns or figures, so that the paint paper has excellent pigment purity and excellent light fastness; the digital water-based ink disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high viscosity, low surface tension and good stability.
(3) The surface of the paint paper is coated with a layer of water-based varnish layer to form a protective layer, so that the surface of the paint paper can reach the quality standard of furniture grade, and the paint paper has the properties of high solvent resistance, chemical pollution resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance and the like.
(4) The digital primer coating liquid has excellent adhesive force, utilizes the nano silicon dioxide modified polyvinyl alcohol to improve the mechanical property, namely the adhesive force of the nano silicon dioxide modified polyvinyl alcohol to digital water-based ink, also has excellent ink absorption property, can be quickly fixed and dried on a digital printer, and has excellent ink transfer effect.

For a further understanding of the invention, preferred embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the examples to further illustrate the features and advantages of the invention, and any changes or modifications that do not depart from the gist of the invention will be understood by those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, the scope of which is defined by the scope of the appended claims.
Those who do not specify specific conditions in the examples of the present invention follow conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The raw materials, reagents and the like which are not indicated for manufacturers are all conventional products which can be obtained by commercial purchase.
Example 1
The water-based digital paint paper of the embodiment comprises a pre-impregnated backing paper 100, a digital primer 200, a digital printing decorative layer 300 and a protective layer 400 from top to bottom; the digital printing decoration layer 300 is made of digital water-based ink; the digital primer layer 200 is composed of a digital primer liquid, and the protective layer 400 is composed of water-based varnish.
The pre-impregnated backing paper has a basis weight of 70-120g/m2。
The digital base coating liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10% of polyvinyl alcohol with the molecular weight of 50000, 15% of nano silicon dioxide, 0.8% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1.2% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.2% of polyvinyl alcohol ester, 0.3% of polyethyleneimine, 0.2% of ammonia water, 2% of ethylene glycol, 2% of triethylene glycol and 0.2% of benzoate.
The digital water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 8% of iron oxide red powder, 8% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5% of NaOH0.2%, 0.005-0.01% of 2-methyl-isothiazoline and 75% of water.
The water-based gloss oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 56% of amino modified acrylic resin emulsion, 2.5% of naphthalenesulfonic acid, 2.4% of benzenesulfonic acid, 0.1% of polyether modified siloxane and 39% of water.
A preparation method of water-based digital paint paper comprises the following steps:
(1) coating weight of 6g/m by coating group of digital printer2The digital undercoat liquid of (2) is applied to a prepreg paper 100 to form a digital undercoat layer 200, and the amount of the applied liquid is 5g/m by a digital printer2The digital water-based ink is printed on the surface to form patterns or decorative patterns, and the patterns or the decorative patterns are dried to obtain a digital printing decorative layer 300;
(2) coating the water-based varnish on printing paper, drying by hot air at 50 ℃ to obtain a protective layer 400, and rolling to obtain the paper.
Example 2

The digital base coating liquid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 9% of polyvinyl alcohol, 18% of nano silicon dioxide, 0.8% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1.2% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.2% of polyvinyl alcohol ester, 0.3% of polyethyleneimine, 0.2% of ammonia water, 2% of ethylene glycol, 2% of triethylene glycol and 0.2% of benzoate.
The digital water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: carbon black 7%, 1, 2-hexanediol 10%, naoho 0.5%, kaoho 0.2%, 2-methyl-isothiazoline 0.01%, water 75%.
The water-based gloss oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 56% of amino modified acrylic resin emulsion, 2.5% of naphthalenesulfonic acid, 2.4% of benzenesulfonic acid, 0.1% of polyether modified siloxane and 39% of water.
A preparation method of water-based digital paint paper comprises the following steps:

The digital water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: carbon black 8%, 1, 2-hexanediol 8%, NaOH 0.5%, KaOH0.2%, 2-methyl-isothiazoline 0.005-0.01%, water 75%.
The water-based gloss oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55% of amino modified acrylic resin emulsion, 2.5% of naphthalenesulfonic acid, 2.4% of benzenesulfonic acid, 0.1% of polyether modified siloxane and 40% of water.
A preparation method of water-based digital paint paper comprises the following steps:
(1) coating weight of 6g/m by coating group of digital printer2The digital undercoat liquid of (2) is applied to a prepreg paper 100 to form a digital undercoat layer 200, and the amount of the applied liquid is 5g/m by a digital printer2The digital water-based ink is printed on the surface to form patterns or decorative patterns, and the patterns or the decorative patterns are dried to obtain a digital printing decorative layer 300;
(2) coating the water-based varnish on printing paper, drying by hot air at 50 ℃ to obtain a protective layer 400, and rolling to obtain the paper.
Example 4

The digital water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: titanium dioxide 8%, 1, 2-hexanediol 8%, NaOH0.5%, KaOH0.2%, 2-methyl-isothiazoline 0.005-0.01%, and water 75%.

The result of the detection
The digital paint paper prepared in the examples 1 to 4 is tested by a detection mechanism and meets the standard limit requirements of the GB/T28995-2012 formaldehyde emission and the general performance standard required by the artificial board, as shown in Table 1.
