Technical Field

At present, in order to increase the view of a crew looking out from the cab, the window glass design of the cab is also getting larger, resulting in a smaller space between two adjacent window glasses. Since the window glass is often wetted by rain or sea, in order to prevent rain or sea water from adhering to the glass to block the view, a wiper blade is provided on each window glass, while ensuring the wiping efficiency of each window glass.
Generally, most of marine wipers are translational wipers, which include a slide rail and a wiper portion that moves linearly along the slide rail, and since the slide rail needs to be fixedly connected with a ship body, a bracket for fixing the slide rail is disposed on the ship body, but at present, the bracket for the marine wiper has a large volume, so that it is difficult to accommodate two brackets in a narrow space between two adjacent window glasses, which brings a great challenge to the installation of the wiper of two adjacent window glasses.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a bracket assembly for a marine wiper according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a first bracket 1 and a second bracket 2; the first frame body 1 is arranged on the outer side of the window glass 3, the cross section of the first frame body 1 is L-shaped, and meanwhile, the first frame body 1 is provided with a first mounting hole 13 for fixing a sliding rail 4 of a wiper; the second frame body 2 is used for being arranged between two adjacent window glass 3, the section of the second frame body 2 is T-shaped, and meanwhile the second frame body 2 is provided with a second mounting hole 23 and a third mounting hole 24 which are used for fixing the sliding rails 4 of two adjacent windscreen wipers respectively. The contact area between the T-shaped second frame body 2 and the ship body is small, the size is small, the view field of the window glass 3 can not be blocked, and the T-shaped second frame body can be arranged in a narrow space and can be used for fixing one end of the sliding rail 4 of two adjacent wipers.
It should be noted that, two ends of the sliding rail 4 of the sliding wiper are respectively provided with a fastening member, such as a fastening bolt or a fastening block structure, for inserting into the first mounting hole 13, the second mounting hole 23, or the third mounting hole 24, so that the connection is fast, stable, and firm.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first frame body 1 includes a first fixing plate 11 for fixing on the ship body, and a first mounting plate 12, and the first mounting plate 12 is provided with a first mounting hole 13 for fixing the sliding rail 4 of the wiper. In some embodiments, the first mounting hole 13 is a U-shaped hole, and the opening of the first mounting hole 13 extends to one side edge of the first mounting plate 12, so that a fastener at one end of the sliding rail 4 can be directly and quickly inserted into the first mounting hole 13 from the open end of the first mounting hole 13 for fixing.

Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the second fixing plate 21 includes a second side surface 211 and a third side surface 212 which are opposite to each other, the second mounting hole 23 includes a second arc surface 231 and a fourth arc surface 232, and the third mounting hole 24 includes a third arc surface 241 and a fifth arc surface 242; the shortest distance between the axis of the second arc surface 231 and the second side surface 211 ranges from 20mm to 30mm, and the shortest distance between the axis of the fourth arc surface 232 and the second side surface 211 is less than 10 mm; the shortest distance between the axis of the third arc surface 241 and the third side surface 212 ranges from 20mm to 30mm, and the shortest distance between the axis of the fifth arc surface 242 and the third side surface 212 is less than 10 mm.
