Further, as shown in the figure, the surfaces of the long box 43 and the first cutter 46 are coated with high performance non-stick materials. By spraying the high-performance non-stick material, the double-sided adhesive tape can not be adhered to the surfaces of the long box 43 and the first cutter 46, and the situation that the double-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the surfaces of the long box 43 or the first cutter 46 to cause abnormal adhesion to the surface of the film roll 14 is avoided.
