Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention is a method for processing garbage, which is garbage containing organic matters, such as kitchen garbage. The method comprises the following steps:
step S10, receiving a starting signal for processing garbage; specifically, the garbage is placed into a garbage disposal apparatus having a start switch, and the garbage disposal apparatus starts to operate when the start switch is pressed. The waste treatment device also comprises a controller, such as a control chip of model STM8S 207. The controller receives a starting command of pressing the starting switch and starts to control the garbage disposal equipment to dispose the garbage.
Step S20, according to the starting signal, starting heating to dry the garbage, and generating a first finishing signal after the drying is finished; particularly, the kitchen waste contains a large amount of moisture, which is a key factor for mildew and deterioration of the waste, and after the moisture is removed, the mildew in the kitchen waste cannot survive, so that the kitchen waste cannot be decomposed, and further, the generation of unpleasant smell can be avoided. The garbage is dried and heated according to the starting signal, wherein the heating temperature can be set to be a fixed value, the garbage can also be divided into a plurality of gears, and the garbage with different moisture contents can be treated in a grading mode. It is also possible to set a range of heating temperatures within which the user can freely select the temperature to be heated. After the heating and drying are finished, the garbage needs to be ground, so that a first finishing signal for starting grinding is generated.
Step S30, grinding the garbage according to the first end signal, and generating a second end signal after grinding; in particular, in kitchen waste, large-volume waste is usually contained, and occupies a large space and is not suitable for storage, so that the large-volume waste is smashed by grinding, and meanwhile, small-volume waste can be further ground. More convenient to store. In addition, when the garbage is ground, the garbage is continuously dried, water stored in the garbage can be evaporated in a grinding and drying mode, and the drying effect is improved.
And step S40, according to the second end signal, the heating is turned off to cool the garbage.
After grinding, the garbage needs to be cooled, so that a second end signal is generated, heating is turned off through the second end signal, and the garbage is cooled through a natural cooling mode. Of course, the garbage can also be blown, air flow is added, and the waste heat contained in the garbage is taken away by accelerating the air flow.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the kitchen waste usually contains large and small moisture, and the existence of the moisture causes the breeding of bacteria in the kitchen waste, so that the garbage is decomposed to generate a large amount of bad smell. The garbage is dried in a heating mode by receiving a starting signal for processing the garbage, and moisture in the garbage is evaporated. After the stoving stage finishes, generate first ending signal, grind rubbish according to first ending signal, reduce bulky rubbish to little volume rubbish to reduce the space that rubbish occupied, after finishing grinding, produce the second and end the signal, according to the second, close the heating, carry out cooling treatment to rubbish, prevent that the temperature is too high when removing rubbish.
Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention is proposed on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, and the start signal includes a heating command and a stirring command.
According to the actuating signal, start the step that the heating was dried to rubbish, include:
step S210, according to a heating command, starting heating to dry the garbage; generally, a garbage disposal apparatus is provided with a heating module for heating, for example, an inner wall surface of a chamber for accommodating garbage, and heat is transferred to a center of the garbage in the kitchen through the inner wall surface of the chamber.
And step S220, stirring the dried garbage according to the stirring command. Generally, heating kitchen garbage easily leads to that garbage is heated unevenly, for example, the heat is little received to inside, leads to the unable effective stoving of the rubbish moisture that is in the cavity intermediate position, consequently stirs the rubbish in the stoving according to the stirring order, and then can stir the rubbish that is in the cavity center out, makes the heating even. In addition, the stirring can be performed by various stirring methods, such as rotating around a central rotating shaft counterclockwise or clockwise by a stirring rod. Or counterclockwise for a while and clockwise for a while.
Referring to fig. 3, a third embodiment of the present invention is provided on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, wherein the first end signal includes a polishing command and a cooling command.
Grinding the garbage according to the first end signal, comprising:
step S310, grinding the garbage according to the grinding command; specifically, the grinding can be performed by using an upper grinding disc and a lower grinding disc, or the garbage can be stirred by a stirring structure. Through this kind of grinding stirring mode, can reduce bulky rubbish to little volume rubbish, can further levitate with little volume rubbish simultaneously.
In addition, when drying the rubbish, also can stir rubbish, the stirring during grinding and the stirring during drying can adopt the same mode, for example all adopt the stirring rod anticlockwise or clockwise rotation stirring. And a stirring rod can be used for stirring during drying, and an upper grinding disc and a lower grinding disc are used for grinding during grinding. When the stirring rods are adopted or adopted, the rotation frequency and the torsion of the stirring rods during grinding are greater than those at the drying moment.
In step S320, the heating temperature is decreased according to the cooling command. After the stoving finishes, a large amount of moisture has been evaporated, and for the energy can be saved this moment, can adjust heating temperature according to the cooling command, will heat the temperature and down regulate, but still can have a small amount of moisture in rubbish inside, through the mode of grinding, rubbish is smashed, and inside moisture exposes externally, keeps opening of heating, also can get rid of remaining a small amount of moisture.
Referring to fig. 4, on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is provided, before the step of starting heating to dry the garbage according to the start signal, including:
step S50, setting drying time; specifically, the setting of the drying time may be several drying time steps set by the user, and the user selects the drying time steps according to the requirement.
Step S20 of starting heating to dry the garbage according to the start signal, and generating a first end signal after the drying is completed includes:
step S21, according to the starting signal, starting heating to dry the garbage within the drying time; heating in the drying time can make the inside moisture of rubbish get rid of as far as possible, can also avoid because the heating time is not enough, leads to moisture can't be dried effectively. And the waste of heating energy caused by overheating can be avoided.
And step S22, generating a first end signal after drying is finished. After the heating and drying are finished, the garbage is usually ground, and the two stages of heating and drying and grinding are continuous, so that a starting signal is needed for starting grinding, and the first finishing signal is the starting signal for starting grinding.
Referring to fig. 5, a fifth embodiment of the present invention is provided on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, before the step of grinding the garbage, including:
step S60, setting grinding time; specifically, the setting of the grinding time can be several drying time gears which are set, and a user selects the time gears according to needs.
Grinding the garbage according to the first end signal, wherein the step S30 of generating a second end signal after grinding includes:
step S31, grinding the garbage according to the first end signal and the grinding time; specifically, setting the grinding time ensures that the waste can be sufficiently finely processed. Because the kitchen waste contains a large amount of organic matters, the ground refined kitchen waste not only can save space, but also can be used as a fertilizer for the growth of various plants, and the ground refined kitchen waste can be more conveniently absorbed and utilized by the plants.
In step S32, a second end signal is generated after finishing the polishing. During the grinding process, the heating is still continuously started, and the garbage needs to be cooled after the grinding is finished. I.e. the heating needs to be switched off, the command to switch off the heating is included in the second end signal.
Referring to fig. 6, on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, a sixth embodiment of the present invention is provided, before the step of cooling the garbage by turning off the heating, comprising:
step S70, setting a cooling time; specifically, the setting of the cooling time can be several cooling time steps which are set, and a user selects the time steps according to needs, and in addition, the cooling time range can also be fixed, and the user sets the cooling time according to needs in the time range, so that the temperature of the garbage is effectively reduced in the time, and after the cooling time is finished, prompt information can be sent to prompt the user that the garbage is completely cooled and can be taken out.
The step S40 of turning off the heating to cool the garbage according to the second end signal includes:
step S41, according to the second end signal, the heating is closed; specifically, the second end signal comprises a heating-off command, and according to the second end signal, the heating is turned off and the garbage starts to be cooled.
And step S42, cooling the garbage according to the cooling time.
The cooling time is set, so that the temperature of the garbage is at least reduced to the normal temperature in the time, namely the temperature can be touched by a human body, and the garbage is still stirred in the cooling process, so that the cooling time of the garbage can be shortened.
Referring to fig. 7, on the basis of any one of the first to sixth embodiments of the present invention, a seventh embodiment of the present invention is provided, wherein before the step of starting heating to dry the garbage according to the start signal, the method includes:
step S80, detecting whether the garbage inlet is in a closed state; for example, a detection switch is arranged at the garbage inlet, and the closed state of the garbage throwing opening is detected through the detection switch, and the detection switch can be a magnetic resistance sensor.
In step S81, if the garbage inlet is closed, heating is turned on according to the start signal.
And step S82, if the garbage inlet is in an open state, an alarm prompt is given.
Specifically, the garbage is dried to generate steam, the garbage is ground to generate fragments, and if the garbage inlet is in an open state, the steam and the fragments are easy to overflow to the external environment. The waste disposal equipment can be arranged indoors generally, and therefore indoor mess is prone to being caused. The garbage inlet is ensured to be in a closed state through alarm prompt, and further the indoor environment is protected. In addition, the alarm prompt can be a prompt tone or a voice prompt.
Referring to fig. 8, in an eighth embodiment of the present invention, based on any one of the first to sixth embodiments, the start signal includes a pump command.
After step S10 of receiving a start signal for garbage disposal, the method includes:
and step S90, exhausting the garbage according to the exhausting command. Specifically, the waste treatment equipment further comprises an air suction pump connected with the inner chamber. In refuse handling installation carries out the processing procedure to rubbish, the heating is dried and is produced a large amount of vapor, and these moisture give off to the ambient air in, lead to the ambient air too moist easily, and the bacterium easily breeds in humid environment, can in time discharge these vapor in the external environment through the mode of bleeding. In addition, the kitchen waste is composed of various organic residues, so that odor is difficult to avoid in the treatment process, and the odor can be timely eliminated by exhausting air to the kitchen waste, so that the freshness of air is ensured.
