in an exemplary embodiment, when the second service request is a request for automatically adjusting the operating state of the second terminal, the second service-related information includes condition information for automatically adjusting the operating state of the second terminal, and the service processing information includes: and adjusting the control information of the working state of the second terminal. When the first terminal is a monitoring camera device of a restaurant kitchen, the second terminal is an intelligent sound box or a meal delivery robot, and the monitoring camera device captures that a moving object exists in the restaurant kitchen at night, the images are uploaded to the central control terminal; the central control terminal judges whether the image is a mouse or not through an image analysis algorithm; when a mouse is determined in the kitchen, a control instruction is issued to control the intelligent sound box closest to the kitchen to be opened and play the sound for repelling the mouse, or the food delivery robot is driven to run into the kitchen, and the mouse is repelled through the movement of the food delivery robot.
