根据另一方面,提供了一种用于制造如上所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元的方法。首先,提供外环,其可以使用机械加工、热处理、研磨以及必要时的表面处理来制造,以提供具有截头球形外表面的轴承外环。
然后将外环置于如上所述的模制件中,其中模制件由外环、第一模制部分和第二模制部分封闭。注射装置可以与模制件联接,用于用聚合物材料填充模制件的腔。一旦聚合物例如热塑性材料冷却至冷冻温度,可以通过移除第一模制部分和第二模制部分来使带凸缘的轴承外环单元脱模。在此步骤之后,带凸缘的轴承外环单元由嵌入聚合物凸缘中的轴承外环构成。
根据另一方面,提供了一种用于制造轴承组件的方法。除了如上所述的制造带凸缘的轴承外环单元的步骤之外,用于制造轴承组件的方法还包括将滚动元件和内环组装到带凸缘的轴承外环单元的外环中的步骤。

图1示出了用于制造带凸缘的轴承外环单元的模制件1。带凸缘的轴承外环单元包括外环2和凸缘4,凸缘4附接到外环2的滑动界面6。
模制件1包括第一模制部分8和第二模制部分10。第一模制部分8和第二模制部分10设置在彼此之上。模制件1的一侧由外环2封闭,如图1所示。
在将模制件1放在一起之后,将聚合物材料填充到在第一模制部分8、第二模制部分10和外环2之间形成的腔中。聚合物材料例如热塑性材料通过形成在第一模制部分8中的开口12注入。为了注入聚合物材料,可以使用注射装置14,其可以联接到开口12。
在将聚合物材料填充到腔中之后,冷却聚合物材料。当滑动界面6形成腔的一侧时,聚合物材料直接模制到滑动界面6上。在聚合物材料完全冷却,特别是冷却到冷冻温度之后,通过移除第一模制部分8和第二模制部分10使带凸缘的轴承外环单元16脱模。
作为最后一步,滚动元件和内环可以安装到带凸缘的轴承外环单元16的外环2上,以制造完整的轴承组件。
因此,凸缘4可以容易地附接到外环2的滑动界面6上,以允许外环2的自对准。由于凸缘4由聚合物材料制成,所以整个轴承组件可以制成比使用钢凸缘的轴承组件更轻。此外,这种聚合物凸缘的制造比钢凸缘的制造更容易,因为不需要进一步研磨外环材料以获得凸缘的正确尺寸。
为了加强聚合物凸缘4,有机片18可以嵌入聚合物材料中,如图2所示。有机片18是由纤维(例如碳纤维或玻璃纤维)层增强的预固结热塑性材料片。
在用聚合物材料填充模制件1之前,可以将有机片18放入模制件1中。当模制件1的腔填充有聚合物材料时,聚合物材料围绕有机片模制。通过使用这种有机片,可以向聚合物材料中添加更高程度的强度和刚度,从而提高凸缘4的强度和刚度。
总之,当如上所述制造聚合物凸缘和用于轴承的具有带有用于自对准的聚合物凸缘的滑动界面的外环时,可以简化制造并且可以减少材料浪费,因为不需要在凸缘上进行研磨等。
Claims (10)
1.一种带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16),包括由金属制成的外环(2)和附接到外环(2)的滑动界面(6)上的凸缘(4),
其特征在于,所述凸缘(4)由聚合物材料制成并通过注射模制附接到滑动界面(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元,其中,所述聚合物材料是热塑性材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元,其中,所述聚合物材料是纤维增强的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元,其中,所述聚合物材料由嵌入的金属片或有机片(18)增强。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元,其中,所述有机片(18)是由纤维层增强的预固结热塑性材料片。
6.根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元,其中,所述纤维由玻璃或碳制成。
7.一种用于制成根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16)的模制件(1),包括第一模制部分(8)和第二模制部分(10),其中,所述第一模制部分(8)、第二模制部分(10)和外环(2)形成可用聚合物材料填充的腔,用于将凸缘(4)包覆模制到外环(2)的滑动界面(6)上。
8.一种轴承组件,包括内环和根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16),其中,滚动元件布置在所述内环和带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16)之间,其中,滑动界面(6)设置在所述带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16)的凸缘(4)和外环(2)之间。
9.一种用于制造根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16)的方法,包括以下步骤:
-提供外环(2),
-将外环(2)置于根据权利要求7所述的模制件(1)中,其中,所述模制件(1)由外环(2)、第一模制部分(8)和第二模制部分(10)封闭,
-通过注入聚合物材料填充模制件(1)的腔,
-冷却聚合物材料,
-通过移除第一模制部分(8)和第二模制部分(10)来使带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16)脱模。
10.一种用于制造根据权利要求8所述的轴承组件的方法,包括以下步骤:
-提供根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16),
-将滚动元件和内环组装到带凸缘的轴承外环单元(16)的外环(2)中,以制造轴承组件。
