The amur lilac, which is also called lotus clove and white clove in the mixture ratio of the invention, is derived from syringa syringae (blume) Hara var. mandshurica (Maxim.) Hara of the syringaceae, and is used as a medicine by using a trunk and branches, and has bitter and slightly cold properties, and mainly treats the effects of clearing lung and eliminating phlegm, and relieving cough and asthma. Can be used for treating cough, bronchitis, and bronchial asthma. Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata is also called as rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata, and rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata. Processing crude rhizoma Pinelliae with Alumen, Glycyrrhrizae radix, and calx, and adding into the medicine. Low toxicity and strong phlegm-resolving action. Fa ban Xia has mild dryness, and has the actions of regulating spleen and stomach, besides drying dampness and resolving phlegm, it is indicated for spleen deficiency with damp stagnation and internal retention of phlegm-fluid, and has the actions of clearing phlegm and resolving fluid retention, regulating spleen and stomach. The licorice has the obvious functions of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, can protect inflamed throats and tracheal mucosa, and can also tonify spleen and stomach, replenish qi and recover pulse. The Bulbus Lilii is a perennial herb bulbous plant of Lilium of Liliaceae, and has effects of clearing heat, nourishing yin, invigorating qi and nourishing. In addition, the green orange and the mint are added into the raw materials, the green orange has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, enriching blood and nourishing qi, and the mint can meticulously clear vexation, nourish liver, improve eyesight, cool and detoxify, and meanwhile, the taste is improved.

Pharmacodynamic experiments prove that the cough-relieving oral liquid 1, the cough-relieving oral liquid 2, the cough-relieving oral liquid 3, the cough-relieving oral liquid 4, the cough-relieving oral liquid 5 and the cough-relieving oral liquid 6 have the following cough-relieving curative effects:
126 patients diagnosed with cough and asthma with phlegm at the clinic age of 12-45 years have different degrees of cough and asthma with phlegm. The patients are divided into an observation group 1, an observation group 2, an observation group 3, an observation group 4, an observation group 5, an observation group 6 and a control group according to the sequence of the treatment, and the cases in each group are basically similar in age, disease degree, course and the like.
Observing group 1, 12-45 years old and 18 people with average age of 31.8 years old and disease course of 3-4 days, administering the cough relieving oral solution 1 of example 1 for treatment, and orally administering three times per day with 10ml each time, and the treatment course is 3 days;
observing group 2, 12-45 years old and 18 people with average age of 32.4 years old and disease course of 3-4 days, administering the cough relieving oral solution 2 of example 2 for treatment, and orally administering three times per day with 10ml each time, and the treatment course is 3 days;
the observation group 3, 12-45 years old and 18 people with the average age of 33.8 years old and the course of disease of 3-4 days, is treated by the cough relieving oral solution 3 of the embodiment 3, and is orally administered three times a day, 10ml each time, and the course of treatment is 3 days;
the observation group 4, 12-45 years old and 18 people with the average age of 35.6 years old and the course of disease of 3-4 days, is treated by the cough relieving oral solution 4 of the example 4, and is orally administered three times a day, 10ml each time, and the course of treatment is 3 days;
the observation group 5, 12-45 years old, 18 people, 35.8 years old with average age, 3-4 days course, is given the cough relieving oral solution 5 of example 5 for treatment, and is orally administered three times per day, 10ml each time, and the treatment course is 3 days;
the observation group 6, 12-45 years old and 18 people with the average age of 34.5 years old and the course of disease of 3-4 days, is treated by the cough relieving oral solution 6 of the example 6, and is orally administered three times a day, 10ml each time, and the course of treatment is 3 days;
the control group is 10-45 years old, 18 people with average age of 33.7 years old and the course of disease is 3-4 days, and the control group is administered with cough relieving exocarpium Citri rubrum oral liquid for oral treatment three times a day, 10ml each time, and the treatment course is 3 days.
The curative effect standard is as follows: (1) and (3) clinical control: no cough, no phlegm and no asthma after 3 days of treatment, (2) obvious effect: no or only slight cough, no or little phlegm, asthma; (3) the method has the following advantages: the treatment of the clinical symptoms and the pharyngeal physical signs for more than 3 days is obviously improved; (4) and (4) invalidation: after 3 days of treatment, no improvement or aggravation of clinical symptoms and pharyngeal physical signs exists, and the asthma is not relieved. The specific therapeutic effect is shown in table 1:

The invention is prepared from pure natural raw materials, and contains various traditional Chinese medicine components beneficial to human body; the cumquat and the loquat in the raw materials are purely natural and medicinal and edible raw materials without toxic and side effects, wherein the cumquat is sweet and warm in property, can regulate qi, relieve depression, relieve cough and reduce phlegm, is supplemented with the loquat to quench thirst and lower qi, promote lung qi, stop vomiting and reverse, remove upper-jiao heat and moisten five internal organs, and has the effects of promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, relieving cough and moistening lung; meanwhile, the honeysuckle contains the pharmacological active ingredients such as chlorogenic acid and luteolin glycoside, can clear away heat and toxic materials and is mainly used for treating epidemic febrile disease fever, heat toxin and bloody dysentery, carbuncle, cellulitis and furunculosis; the chrysanthemum can dispel wind and clear heat, calm liver and improve vision; pharmacodynamic experiments prove that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of small side effect, quick response and obvious curative effect, and simultaneously has the health-care effects of invigorating stomach and spleen, promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, relieving cough and moistening lung.

1. The cough-relieving oral liquid is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-35 parts of kumquat, 15-30 parts of loquat, 6-12 parts of honeysuckle and 6-12 parts of chrysanthemum;
mixing the kumquats, the loquats and water in a colloid mill, grinding and filtering to prepare a kumquat and loquats extracting solution; extracting flos Lonicerae and flos Chrysanthemi with ethanol under reflux, filtering, and concentrating to obtain flos Lonicerae and flos Chrysanthemi extract; mixing the extractive solution of Fortunella margarita and Eriobotrya japonica, flos Lonicerae and flos Chrysanthemi extract, sweetening agent and antiseptic, sterilizing, and making into cough-relieving oral liquid.
2. The cough-relieving oral liquid according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise, by mass, 15-30 parts of amur lilac bark, 6-12 parts of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 6-12 parts of liquorice, 5-10 parts of lily, 3-5 parts of tangerine and 3-5 parts of mint.

The cough relieving oral liquid of claim 2, wherein the combination of the amur lilac seed and the rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, the combination of the licorice root and the lily, the combination of the kumquat and the mint are extracted by ethanol reflux, filtered and concentrated to obtain an amur lilac seed extract, a licorice root and lily extract and a kumquat and mint extract;
mixing rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix Bulbus Lilii extract, herba Menthae extract, fructus Fortunellae margaritae extract, flos Lonicerae flos Chrysanthemi extract, sweetening agent, and antiseptic, sterilizing, and making into oral liquid.
4. The antitussive oral liquid according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the sweetener is one or both of honey and white granulated sugar.
5. The oral liquid of claim 1 or 3, wherein the preservative is one or both of sodium citrate and sodium benzoate.
