The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to an expansion joint protection tube which comprises a joint, a corrugated tube, a protection tube and a protection tube key; the number of the joints is two, and the inner diameter of the left joint is smaller than that of the right joint; the corrugated pipe is fixedly connected between the two joints; the number of the protection tubes is two, and the protection tubes are respectively inserted into the corresponding connectors; first grooves which are uniformly distributed are formed in the two joints; the diameters of the first grooves are sequentially reduced from the joint to the corrugated pipe; the clamping shafts are fixedly connected in the grooves through springs; one end of the clamping shaft, which is close to the protection tube, is designed to be a spherical surface, and the clamping shaft is designed to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the corresponding first groove; the surfaces of the two protection pipes are provided with second grooves which are uniformly distributed; the second grooves correspond to the first grooves one by one, and the diameters of the openings of the second grooves are equal to the diameters of the corresponding first grooves; when the expansion joint works, the protection pipe is firstly inserted into the corresponding joint when the expansion joint is installed, in the process that the protection pipe is inserted into the corresponding joint, because the diameters of the clamping shafts are unequal and the second grooves are designed corresponding to the diameters of the clamping shafts, after the protection pipe is completely inserted into the corresponding joint, the clamping shafts are inserted into the corresponding second grooves under the action of the springs, the clamping of the joint and the protection pipe is realized, the operation is simple and convenient, the fastening degree of the clamped protection pipe is high, after the protection pipe is clamped, the expansion joint is installed on the joint through the protection pipe, the quick installation of the expansion joint is realized, the manpower and material resources are saved, meanwhile, after the protection pipe is fixed with the corresponding joint, the left side joint is an inlet, the right side joint is an outlet, because the diameter of the protection pipe in the right side joint is larger than the diameter of the protection pipe in the left side joint, after the, therefore, when liquid or gas flows through the expansion joint, the impact of the liquid or the gas on the side wall of the right protection pipe can be reduced, the service life of the protection pipe is prolonged, meanwhile, the protection pipe can prevent the liquid or the gas from directly impacting the inner wall of the corrugated pipe to cause the damage of the corrugated pipe, the corrugated pipe is protected, the service life of the corrugated pipe is prolonged, and the cost is saved.
