The two opposite sides of the second track 22 are respectively provided with a rotation driving mechanism 4, wherein the rotation driving mechanism 4 comprises a rotation driving hydraulic cylinder 41, a rotation driving seat 42, a rotation driving arm 43, a rotation driving motor 44 and a rotation driving wheel 45; the driving rotary seat 42 is fixed on the base 2, one end of the driving rotary arm 43 is rotationally connected with the driving rotary seat 42, the other end of the driving rotary arm is rotationally connected with the driving rotary wheel 45, and two ends of the driving rotary hydraulic cylinder 41 are rotationally connected with the driving rotary arm 43 and the base 2 respectively so as to control the driving rotary wheel 45 to be close to or far away from the round workpiece 1. When the driving hydraulic cylinder 41 is contracted, the driving arm 43 rotates in a direction approaching to the circular workpiece 1, so that the driving wheel 45 can abut against the peripheral wall of the circular workpiece 1, and the driving motor 44 is used for driving the driving wheel 45 to drive the circular workpiece 1 to rotate.
A welding gun positioning frame 6 is arranged on each of the first rail 21 and the second rail 22, and the welding gun positioning frame 6 comprises a movable seat 61, a horizontal sliding motor 62, a horizontal sliding seat 63, a lifting seat 64, a positioning upright post 66 and a horizontal arm 65; the movable seat 61 is slidably arranged on the first track 21 or the second track 22; the positioning upright post 66 is erected on the movable seat 61, a horizontal arm 65 is fixedly connected to the lifting seat 64, and the horizontal sliding seat 63 is slidably connected to the lower side of the horizontal arm 65 and is used for mounting a second air cylinder 77. The horizontal sliding seat 63 can be lifted up and down along with the lifting seat 64 and can also horizontally move along the horizontal arm 65, so that the prepared position of the welding gun before welding is conveniently controlled.

Based on the structure of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inward extending mechanism 13 includes an inward extending translation seat 131, an inward extending column 132, an inward extending lifting seat 133, an inward extending cross arm 134, a rotary seat 135 and an extending arm 136; the inward-extending translation seat 131 is movably arranged on the ground, and the inward-extending column 132 is vertically connected to the inward-extending translation seat 131; the inner extending lifting seat 133 is slidably connected to the inner extending column 132; the inner extension cross arm 134 is horizontally arranged, one end of the inner extension cross arm is fixedly connected with the inner extension lifting seat 133, the other end of the inner extension cross arm is rotatably connected with the rotary seat 135, and the rotary seat 135 can rotate in a vertical plane. The inner stretching lifting seat 133 can move up and down, so as to drive the inner stretching cross arm 134, the rotary seat 135, the stretching arm 136 and other parts to move up and down, thereby being convenient for keeping the same height of the stretching arm 136 and the end opening of the circular workpiece 1, or removing the inner stretching cross arm 134 to avoid shielding when the vehicle body 33 is moved, and the inner stretching translation seat 131 can be arranged on the third rail 23 and horizontally move along the third rail 23, thereby realizing the movement of the stretching arm 136 along the axial direction of the circular workpiece 1, and realizing the insertion action of the stretching arm 136 into the circular workpiece 1.
The arm 136 includes a triangular balloon 1361, an upper trachea 1362, a lower trachea 1363 and a soft sleeve 1364; the soft sleeve 1364 is square-tube-shaped, one end of the soft sleeve 1364 is connected with the rotary table, and the other end is connected with the inner camera 11 and the inner air injection assembly 12; a plurality of triangular air bags 1361 are arranged in the soft sleeve 1364, the triangular air bags 1361 are in a triangular prism shape, the hypotenuses of two adjacent triangular air bags 1361 are mutually attached, the bottom edges are respectively attached to the upper pipe wall and the lower pipe wall of the soft sleeve 1364, and the corresponding edges of the adjacent triangular air bags 1361 are respectively connected with the upper air pipe 1362 and the lower air pipe 1363 so as to control the alternate triangular air bags 1361 to be inflated, so that the swinging arms 136 swing upwards or downwards. When upper air tube 1362 inflates triangular air bag 1361 and lower air tube 1363 deflates triangular air bag 1361, soft sleeve 1364 can be bent upward, so that inner camera 11 and inner jet assembly 12 move upward; conversely, when lower air tube 1363 inflates triangular air bag 1361 and upper air tube 1362 deflates triangular air bag 1361, soft sleeve 1364 can be caused to bend downward, thereby causing inner camera 11 and inner jet assembly 12 to move downward.
The inner jet assembly 12 includes a jet motor 121, a jet mount 122, and a jet head 123; the jet motor 121 is fixed at the other end of the swing arm 136, the jet seat 122 is L-shaped and is mounted on a rotating shaft of the jet motor 121, the jet head 123 is mounted on the jet seat 122 and deflects left and right along with the jet seat 122, and the jet head 123 is communicated with an inert gas source to spray inert gas. The jet seat 122 can rotate along the circumferential direction of the circular workpiece 1, so that when the horizontal cylinder pushes out or retracts the welding gun head, the direction of the jet head 123 is rotated in real time, the alignment of the jet head 123 to the welding spot position is ensured, and when the welding seam deflects in the horizontal direction, the rotating position of the rotary seat 135 is controlled.
The main controller is electrically connected with the inner camera 11 and the jet motor 121 of the inner jet assembly 12, so as to control the jet direction of inert gas according to the welding position acquired by the inner camera 11, and realize tracking jet. The main controller can adopt an industrial personal computer or a PLC controller.

1. the priming welding gun (8) is arranged at the priming station, and the filling welding gun (9) is arranged at the filling station; the bottoming welding gun (8) and the filling welding gun (9) are connected to the welding gun position correcting mechanisms (7) respectively, and tungsten electrodes of the bottoming welding gun (8) and the filling welding gun (9) can swing along the vertical direction of the circular seam (101) under the control of the welding gun position correcting mechanisms (7);
the welding gun positioning mechanism (7) comprises a welding gun clamping seat (71), a torsion spring, a front support (73), a cross arm (74), a rear support (75), a first air cylinder (76) and a second air cylinder (77); the second air cylinder (77) is vertically arranged and can horizontally move, and the piston rods of the first air cylinder (76) and the second air cylinder (77) are relatively fixed; the rear support (75) is relatively fixed with the piston of the first cylinder (76); a plurality of cross arms (74) which are parallel to each other are rotatably connected between the front support (73) and the rear support (75) and can rotate in a horizontal plane, and first torsion springs are arranged at the joints of the cross arms (74) and the front support (73) and the rear support (75); the welding gun clamping seat (71) is rotationally connected to the front support (73), and a second torsion spring (72) is arranged at the joint between the front support and the front support; the backing welding gun (8) and the filling welding gun (9) are clamped by a welding gun clamping seat (71), and when a second air cylinder (77) stretches a ceramic nozzle of the backing welding gun (8) or the filling welding gun (9) into a groove of a circular seam (101), the first air cylinder (76) drives the backing welding gun (8) or the filling welding gun (9) to move in the horizontal direction, so that a tungsten electrode swings;
the preheating mechanism (5) comprises an arc-shaped preheating seat (52), and the arc-shaped preheating seats (52) are arranged on the front sides of the bottoming welding gun (8) and the filling welding gun (9) along the rotating direction of the round workpiece (1); an electric heater is arranged on the inner arc side of the arc-shaped preheating seat (52), and the electric heater heats the annular seam (101) when the electric heater covers the outer ring side of the annular seam (101).

The efficient underfill welding apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the welding wire feeding device comprises two arc-shaped preheating seats (52), wherein wire feeding notches (521) are formed in the rear sides of the two arc-shaped preheating seats along the rotation direction of a circular workpiece (1), the wire feeding notches (521) are located on the right outer sides of a circular seam (101), wire guiding wheels (522) are arranged at the wire feeding notches (521), welding wires (10) can be led into grooves of the circular seam (101) through the wire guiding wheels (522), and the welding wires can be delivered to tungsten electrodes of a backing welding gun (8) or a filling welding gun (9) along the grooves.
