Abstract
本发明涉及一种贮存容器的制作方法。为了制作具有在密封过程中附加的镶嵌密封中间层的容器本体,首先,由薄板材冲出容器本体及密封中间层的共同用料,接着在法兰周边区使密封中间层与容器本体分开,然后经深冲的容器本体扩径至其法兰周边之后和/或密封中间层尺寸缩减之后,将密封中间层放到法兰周边上。
Description
本发明涉及一种贮存容器的制作方法,其中容器本体用薄板材,尤其是用铝带材或者镀锡带钢深冲而成以及至少在其平的法兰周边上涂有涂层,特别是密封涂层;并且其中在压力和/或温度的作用下,使涂有另一种涂层,特别是另一种密封涂层且由薄膜材料,尤其是铝箔制成的盖在法兰周边上密封。
德国专利DE 3344441公开了上述的这种方法,其中容器本体和盖在密封过程中相互密封结合,同时,在压力和/或温度的作用下,借助于密封工具使密封涂层密封。密封过程是在容器本体装入待贮存物之后进行。在这种装入过程中,不可能排除待贮存物会部分落在贮存容器的平法兰周边上,以致使密封层断开并在紧接着的密封过程可能出现密封性的问题。
为此,实际上,有一种贮存容器的制作方法被公开,该方法把一密封中间层(即所谓″密封环″)附加到容器本体上,其上与盖或者盖状薄膜作层状连接结合并且在贮存容器装满之后贴在容器本体的法兰周边上。这种方法的一个缺点在于,通常形成密封环的容器本体和密封中间层必须相互分开地制作。在制作密封环时,同时产生了较多的加互上有限制的边角料,因为其之后仅需要放在法兰周边平面上,而环内以及邻近环之薄板材就无用。
德国专利DE-OS 15 86 288公开了另一种贮存容器的制作方法。其中应用一种由热塑性塑料构成的附加封入的密封中间层。
本发明的目的在于提供一种经济性得以改善的贮存容器的制作方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:为了制作具有在密封过程中附加的镶嵌密封中间层的容器本体,首先,由薄板材冲出容器本体及密封中间层的共同用料,接着在法兰周边区使密封中间层与容器本体分开,然后经深冲的容器本体扩径至其法兰周边之后和/或密封中间层尺寸缩减之后,将密封中间层放到法兰周边上。
这样,本发明就达到了提高经济性之目的,其中通过一起制作密封中间层及容器本体,大大地减少边角料(废料部分),因为在材料上可以合理地应用容器本体和密封中间层在一起的下料毛坯。通过周边区外形扩大还可以共同形成法兰周边和密封环。紧接着一方面分开密封环,另一方面分开法兰周边区,之后在下料毛坯内不同时产生废料。然后可以以较简单的方式,一方面与容器本体,而另一方面与盖上所装的密封中间层进行结合,其中不是容器本体向其法兰周边扩大,就是密封中间层尺寸的缩小。上述两种方式也可以进行组合。
密封中间层最好做成密封环,其外形与法兰周边的外形相适应。
经深冲的容器本体不仅可以扩展成锥形,例如3~10%锥度,而且可以逐渐地使容器本体形成具有向法兰周边扩大的横截面。
密封中间层与容器本体分开可以以较为合适的方式在深冲本身前或后进行。
当通过减小密封中间层的尺寸进行容器本体和密封中间层匹配,例如减小以密封环作为密封中间层的直径时,则可以以较简单的方式,通过外周边折入到容器本体直径的内周边上来达到。为此,最好施加合适的压力,以致于可以避免产生皱纹。
以下,将结合附图对本发明作更详细地叙述。
图1所示实际上为说明已公开的具有在密封过程中附加封入的密封中间层的容器本体的制作方法的示意图;
图2(a)至图2(d)所示为本发明的一个实施例的制作方法的步骤,以及
图3所示为说明减小以密封环作为密封中间层的尺寸的示意图。
图1所示实际上为一种已公开的容器本体制作方法,该容器本体具有在密封过程中附加封入的密封中间层。首先,容器本体1由薄板材,尤其是由铝带材深冲成图示的形状。其时,容器本体1设有密封涂层2,与容器本体1分开,再由薄板材冲压成作为密封中间层的密封环3。使上述所形成的容器本体的上端设置一盖薄膜4,其下侧设有另外的密封涂层5。密封环3和盖薄膜4诸如通过热封或者粘合而相互结合。在待贮存物装满之后,在压力和/或温度的作用下,通过一般的密封过程或者,另外,附加通过密封环3和容器本体1在其法兰周边区的折边,实现一方面与容器本体,另一方面与密封环3或者盖薄膜4结合。
按照图2所示的本发明的方法,首先,在图示所未表明的步骤中,由薄板材,尤其由铝带材冲出下料毛坯;所形成的毛坯不仅包含形成容器本体,而且也包含形成密封环所需的平面材料。接着,如图2(a)所示,深冲容器主体1并且将剩余的材料部分延伸成一平的部分。
接着,在平面和深冲部分之间的周边区沿着如图2(b)所示的划线进行切割;由此使之后的密封环与剩下的容器本体分开。
如图2(c)所示,再使容器本体大体上拉开以致于形成向上扩展的锥形横截面。此后,将待贮存的物质装入容器本体1中。
下一步骤(图2(d))再把设有盖薄膜4的密封环3放置在容器本体1的平的法兰周边区上。再者,密封环3和盖薄膜4通过容器本体1的法兰周边区的折边与容器本体紧密结合。
容器主体1逐渐向法兰周边区扩大也可能是一种可供选择的方法或者另外如图2(c)所示的容器本体1的锥形扩大。
密封环3和容器本体1之间的结合也可以不按照以上在图2(c)和图2(d)方法步骤中所述的制作过程来实现,其中使密封环3直径减小到密封环3在容器本体1的法兰周边区匹配。如图3(a)及图3(b)所示,这种方法是这样实现的:图3(a)中部分所示的密封环3沿点划线作部分重叠折边,其中密封环3的外周边以箭头方向向内周边折叠。图3(b)所示的形状,其中内环具有一与图3(a)所示的减小的内径。为了防止皱纹形成,在外周边折向内周边之后加以压力。
Claims (9)
1.一种贮存容器的制作方法,其中容器本体(1)用薄板材,尤其是用铝带材或者镀锡带钢深冲而成以及至少在其平的法兰周边上涂有涂层(2),特别是密封涂层;并且其中在压力和/或温度的作用下,使涂有另一种涂层(5),特别是另一种密封涂层且由薄膜材料,尤其是铝箔制成的盖(4)在法兰周边上密封,其特征在于为了制作具有在密封过程中附加的镶嵌密封中间层(3)的容器本体,首先,由薄板材冲出容器本体(1)及密封中间层(3)的共同用料,接着在法兰周边区使密封中间层(3)与容器本体(1)分开,然后经深冲的容器本体扩径至其法兰周边之后和/或密封中间层尺寸缩减之后,将密封中间层(3)放到法兰周边上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于密封中间层(3)为密封环。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于经深冲的容器本体以锥形进行扩展。
4.根据权利要求1,2或3所述的方法,其特征在于经深冲的容器本体逐渐地向法兰周边扩展。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于容器本体(1)深冲之后使密封中间层(3)分开。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于密封中间层(3)以物料封装与盖(4),尤其是盖薄膜结合,接着放在法兰周边上
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于使密封中间层的尺寸减小,尤其是使密封环的尺寸减小,这可通过使法兰外周边折向内周边达到。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于在压力作用下使外周边折向内周边。
9.一种具有密封中间层的贮存容器,其特征在于所说的容器是以权利要求1至8中之一所述的一种方法制作。
